Name/Alias: Baz

Gender: Male/Genderless

Appearance:

Species: Namekian

Backstory: Baz is the "true" son of Namek, much like how the Nameless Namekian was split between Kami and Piccolo, Baz was split between the Grand Elder and Nail in order to have one half of his self be the progenitor of the "Warrior" Clan and the other the "Dragon" Clan. Guru retained most of the intelligence and even memories of their fusee, Baz, whereas Nail was raised to be Guru's bodyguard. When Nail and Guru re-fused, the Namekian that was made was actually Baz, but in his short fight with Mad Max, his life force was absorbed by the King of Ur. Since Baz has the ability to be a powerful warrior and to create the Dragon Balls, Max gained this ability as well.

However, the Mad King is not a bashful, arrogant tyrant, and as the powerful Super Namek reformed in Maxwell's mind, he sought to give him actual purpose and a body once more. Once Mad Max defeated the "Nailuru" fusion now known as Baz, he teleported the remaining husk of a body to his orbiting ship. Work commenced on repairing his body and cells without a mind or consciousness in Max's technological facilities. There, Mad Max learned much about the Namekian physiology, to the point of where he made the decision to use his own Dragon Balls to wish back Namek and all of the Namekians. Mad Max has been using this new world to send colony ships full of human settlers to build an off-world colony to live peacefully with the Namekians as well, with plans for Baz to return and rule over the entire race once more.

Powers and Abilities:

• Namekian Physiology: Being the Last Son of Namek, Baz has the ability to regenerate himself from near-fatal injuries with enough concentration and live off water, among other things such as Namekian Fusion, arm expansion, superhuman hearing and strength, thick skin, and telepathy.
• Advanced Ki Manipulation: Baz, being the result of Nail and Guru fusing back into their original form, possesses a massive power level and ki reserves, which he can use for devastating attacks. As Namekians gain energy from sunlight, his ki reserves will be replenished so long as he has UV radiation. Excess ki can be turned into strength, stamina, and almost indefinitely stored for later use.
• Magic Materialization: Baz is the originator of the Dragon Balls, and can create them at will.
• Telekinesis: Just look at that video.

Weaknesses:

• Believe it or not, Namekians feel physical pain from high frequency noise. That's because of his super hearing or something.
• Lack of water, because that's all Namekians need to survive
• Stronger opponents - obvious, just needed filler for weaknesses
• Regeneration takes a lot of energy, and if Baz has expended himself in a fight, don't expect to regrow an arm at the very last second unless he has some energy left.

So I have been reading up on magical characters such as doctor strange, and I have found that my character possessing a measly 11 incantations is actually quite embarrassing. He doesn't seem like a powerful mage at all really, compared to any of the major characters i am seeing. I think he is the only one in the forum who cannot compete with those with similar powers to him. Now technically he isn't using "Magic" as we know it, but still.Am I just imagining that or am I mainly outclassed by almost every "decent" mage in the marvel universe, since that is the universe I believe he comes from.


(Btw, Themus is marvel too while Outworlder is DC)

He doesn't seem like a powerful mage at all really, compared to any of the major characters i am seeing. I think he is the only one in the forum who cannot compete with those with similar powers to him. Now technically he isn't using "Magic" as we know it, but still.Am I just imagining that or am I mainly outclassed by almost every "decent" mage in the marvel universe, since that is the universe I believe he comes from.

Eh, Magic is pretty broad. I'd just give him that power at a mid-high level and make up incantations as you go.

Sure. Baz will be introduced, fight alongside Mad Max in Subterrania, then probably appear in the Himalayas. Now, Shimura would know Guru, not Baz, who was the original Namekian before Guru split his own body.

My real problem is that these "super spells" of sorts are supposed to be really hard to learn, and take a lot of time. He is a prodigy so I could make an excuse. Maybe I could say that he has been to depressed to continue to train before now, and that is why he hasnt learned like 200 of those in the ridiculous amount of time he has been alive.
