Anyway, the characters here have quite a variety of powers, I'm having a bit of trouble thinking of what to make for a new character. Any ideas? I admit I spent a bit much of my creative juice on Etla the other day.

Name/Alias: Hector Gage/Dragoon

Gender: Male

Backstory: Born in Metropolis, Hector grew up believing in truth and justice and the American way. After all, he was from the city where the world's greatest champion lived. Superman, how could he not? His school days were filled with study and standing up for the little guy. He sometimes earned a black eye from the local bully, but his parents were proud of him. And he laughed it off and went about his days. This mindset continued until he was a teenager and his parents were killed in a work accident. Then, Hector was introduced to a new side of society. Lawyers. His home was seized and his life insurance was voided. Hector, already devastated by the loss of his parents and having no immediate family in Metropolis and lost everything. So, he went to live with his Aunt in Gotham. She was a good woman, but money was an everyday issue and she had never had children. The two bonded and soon he saw her as a mother.

But now entering collage, the tuition piled up, the debts mounted and their small condo was being threatened to be taken away. Not to mention, his Aunt had fallen ill and he was now trying to pay her hospital bills. Hector needed money, and he needed it now. Introduced to petty gang life, he came upon a chance to save everything they had. His collage education, their home and his aunt's health. A large bank robbery. He armed himself and walked into the doors nervously at the age of 19. Scared and almost about to turn back. He realized that he could not go through with it, however, by pure dumb chance another man pulled a gun and began to rob the bank. Knowing he had to do something, Hector reached for his weapon, but realized.

The gun he had brought was a toy. He never had it in him to kill a man.

Even so, he decided he could possibly bluff him into putting the gun down until Police arrived.

Hector pulled his weapon and pointed it at the desperate man. But when the man saw him, he recognized something in his eyes. That they were both just two, lost and desperate souls. He began to lower his gun, and told the man to just turn himself in. However, before a response could be gained. Batman arrived, and put both of them down hard. Both men were arrested and jailed. The man for armed robbery, and Hector for an accomplice.

During the trail, he plead guilty and his lawyer struck a deal. Hector would spend eight years in prison. But the robber had cut a deal and he was released in four years. Only to rob a second bank, in which Hector's Aunt was in, she suffered a heart attack, and never woke up. The loss devastated Hector, and he spent his remaining time in despair, alone in prison until he was released when he was twenty seven. His Aunt, while she was alive, believed until the very end that Hector was a good man. That he was destined to do good things. But after being released, he had no education, no job prospects and no future.

He knelt in the cemetary where his Aunt's stone was. Swearing a pledge, that he would become the man she always pictured him as. A couple weeks later, he woke up in his run down apartment. About to go on to another day, when he found a alien stone that had made it's way to him. As he picked it up and examined it, it seemed to activate and encased him in armor which greatly expanded his physical abilities. Allowing limited energy projection as well as flight. The center piece on his chest also capable of deflecting energy blasts as well.

He had become, Dragoon.

Powers and Abilities: Base Human out of his armor, but inside of it his speed, strength, agility, durability are all enhanced to superhuman levels. He can project limited energy blasts from his hands and fly as well as deflect some energy attacks. However, there are also two other alien stones which he can collect, and if he manages to gather all three within his armor he becomes vastly more powerful. Able to project devastating energy blasts, teleport, even slow down time. However this form only lasts for a very brief time and once he exits, the other two stones will vanish and he must find them again to enter hyper form.

Weaknesses: The center stone on his chest. Attacks that are not energy based, and that are strong enough can damage it, and if damaged he will exit his powered form. His hyper form is very brief, only a couple minutes and he will automatically exit after a time back to his normal powered state.
