The land of Albion is a vast place, with a long and mysterious history. It is a place of magic, and danger. A land that when it is threatened, great heroes rise in its defense. The land is now just recovering from its latest threat. Mad with power and stricken with grief by the lose of his family, Lord Lucien of Bowerstone attempted to rebuild the spire to recreate Albion in his own twisted imagine. The Seeress Theresa began recruiting four powerful heroes to put an end to Lucian's wicked scheme. The first and most of powerful of the heroes was a street orphanage of Bowerstone Oldtown who dreamed of visiting the castle with his older sister, Rose. A magical music box finally made their wish come true, but it became a twisted one, as Lucien killed Rose and the hero narrowly escaped death and was nursed back to health by Theresa. After a long and harrowing quest that took sacrifice and perseverance, the four heroes defeated Lucien and saved the world. The four of them then went their separate ways, and the Hero of Bowerstone was left to begin a new quest, one that would change Albion forever.
This RP will take place after the end of Fable 2 and will follow the Hero of Bowerstone on his quest to unite Albion. Along the way, there will no doubt be new quests, adventures, and challenges that await.

Hero of Bowerstone
The Hero of Bowerstone was uses to going by many different names, "Lionheart", "Chosen One", and many others. However the one he always preferred was the name he was bin with, Sparrow. It was what his parents had called him, and what his beloved sister Rose called him. The Hero had faced true horrors in his life, and he felt his name kept him tied to a time before all that, a time of innocence. Despite the rough times and sacrifices he faced, Sparrow somehow kept his kind heart, and childish sense of humor. It was probably the reason so many people found it easy to follow him. Since he had defeated Lucian and brought those lost to the Spire back to life, Sparrow had become a living legend in Albion, especially Bowerstone. However, now he wasn't sure what he was supposed to do, his quest was over and the future was in his hands, he didn't know how to feel about that. He currently sat in a tavern in Bowerstone Oldtown with his companion, his dog Hunter. Hunter never left Sparrow's side and was his faithful companion, always. Sparrow sipped on a beer as he thought about the vision that Theresa had shown him the last time he had seen her. In it, he was a king, ruling all of Albion, and he even had a child who would become a ruler themselves. Could that even be possible? There hadn't been a King of Albion in hundreds of years, could he really be the one to unite his land into a kingdom. He knew that Albion needed it, things had been chaotic since the fall of the Heroes Guild, but could he make things any better. He sat in a surprising silence as he drank his beer with Hunter at his feet. He was obviously deep in thought, wondering what the future would hold for him.
Elizabeth Abbott
The daughter of the Governor of Brightwall was in her father's large manor in the center of the town. She was quietly working on her journal of the woods outside the town that she had seen on her walk. She was actually very excited, she had recently finished her play and she felt it was perfect. After she had begged her father he finally agreed to host a showing of it in the center of town, and Elizabeth had written a number of flyers by hand and sent them all across Albion. She was hoping some actors would arrive soon who would be interested in being in her play. She was very proud if her work, and wanted dyer father to be proud too.

Isabel Mosca
The redhead stood leaning against a wall, taking a drag off the lit cigarette she had in her hand. Her hair was tied up in a high ponytail and next to her was another ponytailed person, her dear friend Sparrow. Isabel and the famed Hero of Albion had been friends forever ever since they were poor kids growing up on the streets together. She remembered what she first said, "Sparrow? What a silly name!" she said as a child. Then after the tragic loss of both their families they were together and then separated, being reunited years later to save Albion and avenge Rose. Now on Teresa's illustrations they were traveling across Albion.

Sunny Rose
"Sunny!" "What've you been doing dear, are you dealing with a rough client up there!?" Red Annie Rose called up the stairs. The busty middle aged redhead ran the infamous Rose Garden, the most frequented brothel in Bowerstone. Upstairs was one of the courtesans and Annie's own daughter Sunny. The young working girl was getting ready for the day, her golden blonde curls tumbled down her back and she was dressed in a beautiful blue gown. She was softly singing and rocking a cradle with a bouncy blonde infant inside. "No Mother, today's my day off remember?" Sunny called back. Annie spoke up. "Oh. Well I hears some disturbing noises and feared that you were being raped so I came to check." Sunny couldn't help but shake her head as she put her baby in the carriage waiting downstairs. She had a flier she got from around town calling for auditions for an actress in a play. If she did well she could be famous and get out of this lifestyle. Also the governor of Brightwall was one of the possibilities of her father and the governor's daughter made this play. She would find out if she had a father and sister out there.

"I have to go now, wish me luck!" Sunny told everyone with a wave, hugging her mother before pulling her cloak over her head and leaving. The other prostitutes, Sunny's friends kissed her and the baby's cheeks before they left waving. "Bye Sunshine!" "See you later!" "Break a leg honey!" "Don't forget us!" "Bye Little Lenka!" Sunny smiled, the sun seemed to shine on her future more as she walked on her journey to Brightwall.

Sir Horacio Godwi's horse trotted along the stone road onward to Bowerstone. His armor shone in the bright sun,his clothes were cleaned up and neat. His blonde hair was tucked into his helmet.
The sun glinted off the fearsome bear head ornament atop his helm, the face gaurd was down over his handsome face.
On a warm sunny day like this most men would've removed their helmets, especially on a peaceful road like this.
But not Horacio.A lifetime of training and personal experience taught him to be ready at all times.
His sword hilt lay across his lap.
His black battle horse Thunder was adorned with armor of his own.
As they rounded a corner the city of Bowerstone came into plain site.He leaned close to Thunder and spoke,"Well old boy, here we are.The city of Bowerstone at last.Hmm,bigger than I thought it would be.Well then, lets go see if we can find a new employer,a city like this is bound to have work for us eh?"
Thunder snorted in response.
Horacio smiled as they headed onward.

Sparrow
After Sparrow sat in silence for a little while he turned his head and saw Isabel standing behind him, smoking a cigarette. Hunter came to his feet and walked over to Isabel, snuggling against the female warrior's leg affectionately. Sparrow couldn't help but smile, Isabel was Sparrow's oldest friend and had helped him and Rose out through hard times. When Theresa had rescued him and brought him to Bower Lake, he didn't think he would ever see Isabel again but then one day in Bowerstone she approached him and when she explained who she was he was overjoyed to see her. She traveled with him from then on and was there when he defeated Lucian, she never left his side. Now that the quest was over she hadn't left either, and Sparrow appreciated that. He leaned his head back and drained his beer before turning to Isabel, "Hey Bells, I was thinking about going back to Bower Lake for a visit. You know, I'm not sure what the future has in store for me right now, but that's where I got a second chance at life, I feel like going there will help me clear my mind, what do you think Bells?" He asked her, using his childhood nickname for her.
Elizabeth
Elizabeth meanwhile was sitting outside her house watching the butterflies flying around, she always liked butterflies. She was drawing them as they flew around, she liked drawing too. She was waiting anxiously for people to arrive to audition for her play. She really hoped she would attract some actors. She knew she wasn't very well known, but she would sell all her possessions if it meant her play got preformed in front of the town.

Dante Fox
Dante walked though the streets of bowerstone. He stood out in his dark hooded trench coat and metal mask. While strolling through the streets he noticed a flyer advertising a play stuck to a wall. Dante stood staring at the flyer contemplating what to do, he was afraid of going because he would have to perform in front of other people and might shame himself but he also figured that it was necessary. Dante couldn't name one true friend and couldn't remember the last time a girl had voluntarily decided to remain in his company for a lengthy period of time without some kind of incentive such as money. The play could be a chance to branch out and make some new acquaintances. At the least he could make some new contacts and open up some business opportunities. He might even have fun at the play but Dante doubted that;it has been a long time since Dante found enjoyment in anything.

Isabel looked at Sparrow when he spoke, she smiled when he used her childhood nickname. "Hey Hunter, it's good to see you too buddy." she smiled, petting the dog affectionately and turning to Sparrow, growing quiet at his question. "Bower Lake? Why d'ya wanna go back there for, Theresa send you another vision?" the redhead questioned then said. "You need to clear your mind? Well what am I, chopped liver? We'll go if you want, but tell me what's on your mind." Isabel said, hiding apprehension behind her cheerful tone. Bower Lake was Sparrow's haven, but it was also the place where Isabel's father did the attempted drowning of himself and his family. Isabel was the only one that survived, she often went back but the place was still painful for her.

Sunny finally after a long journey arrived at the outskirts of Brightwall, she had a long list of questions for the governor when and if she saw him. She smiled at her little Helena sleeping in the baby carriage and taking a breath to steady her nerves she followed the directions she was given and walked toward the governor's manor. Helena woke up and giggled at the flitting butterflies, trying to grab them with her chubby little hands.

Raava Anor/Azami Hikaru
A slender young woman with long black hair that flowed to her feet was walking through the streets of Bowerstone. She held a picture of Sparrow in her hand and the Albion clothes she wore made her feel out of place. Unfortunately it was necessary, she was on a mission to track this man down for the betterment of her country.

Just then, a beautiful woman with dark skin and curly dark hair walked past. She was wearing a blue embroidered jacket with the pin of Albion that classified her as a physician. She was visibly tired, she had just come off the click tending to sick patients and now was out of herbs. She headed to the store to buy some when she saw Azami out of the corner of her eye. The two shared a brief glance before Raava walked away.

Lillie pressed her back against the wall of the cold cobblestone walls of a building that formed part of an alleyway. Eyes flickering cautiously for a moment before she reached for the inside of her cloak and took out a bag of gold. "Sucker" she snickered, weighting the goal with her hand before stuffing it into her cloak again. Today had begun quite well, she had ransacked at least four individuals without them even noticing that she was even there and her recent victim. A town watch man, recently hired actually, wasn't quick enough to keep up with her and she highly doubted he was quick enough to see what gender she was, let alone her face.

Fixing the hood around her head, she grinned and pushed off the wall. Her next victim awaits!

Rumble and Dex

Its great gaping maw of a mouth opened in a menacing earthy grin. A sickly sweet smell of morning dew and freshly cut pine wafted off of the mass of tendrils that was a troll. It took a step towards Rumble and crushed an old fallen tree like a twig. Rumble readied his Battleaxe and from beneath his helm came a guttural growling. The troll responded in kind by emitting a thunderous wail that sent all the nearby birds to flight. Dex drew his pistols, pulled back both the hammers and looked over to Rumble, nodded and took off at a sprint. Rumble gave a great roar, like that of a great lion and charged the massive beast.

Dex and Rumble had heard of a creature that lurked in the woods nearby Point Lookout, to close to Bowerstone for comfort. In the weeks following Lord Lucien’s death a half dozen people had gone missing in the woods, and only a small boy had escaped the troll to tell the tale. At which point Rumble and Dex had been more than happy to take care of the brute. After bringing the boy to a local orphanage the duo had set off into the woods to find the beast. After two days of searching they’d finally found it.

Dex vaulted over a sizable boulder and barely slowed. He was running around the troll while Rumble held its attention from the front, the two hunters were no amateurs, they knew the only way to kill a troll was to destroy the exposed nerves. Dex hadn’t seen any on its chest, so he assumed they must be on its back. He was nearly to the backside of the troll when he heard the great commotion that could only be Rumble and the Troll having at it. He’d seen Rumble, with his own two eyes, defeat a bear with his bare hands, so he knew this must have been biblical.

Rumble hefted his Axe above his head moments before the two met head to head. He cleaved down just as the two came together and heard branches crack and burst as his axe swung home. Dirt, splinters, and foliage spewed forth from where his axe hit the troll just above the eyes. It screeched in pain and was staggered as their two bodies collided. Yet, miraculously it didn’t fall, and was far from death. One of its great tendril arms flew forwards at speeds Rumble didn’t think imaginable to grab him and toss him aside. He threw himself to the side to avoid the brute’s death grip, and narrowly avoided his demise. But, in that moment he lost his weapon, and now it seemed this would devolve into a brawl. From beneath his helmet a grin cracked Rumble’s face; he wouldn’t have it any other way.

Dex turned with his guns raised and tapped into his reserve of willpower. All at once he slowed time, willed his guns to hit their target, and searched for the exposed nerves. He also inadvertently saw Rumble and the Troll clash, the massive axe was embedded deep into the cranium of the troll, and the Troll was thrashing out at his friend. At that moment Dex found his targets. He counted seven of the nerves, and took aim at two of them, pulled the trigger and then holstered the pistols. He didn’t wait to see if he’d hit his target, he already knew he had, instead he unsheathed the shorter rapier and charged forward. The Troll racked from the nerves being severed, but it kept on fighting, tough bastard. Dex jumped onto its back as Rumble and the Troll began their divine standoff of strength. Dex slashed at each nerve in rapid succession, no matter how strong Rumble was, the Troll was stronger and it was only a matter of time until his friend was bested.

Rumble and the troll pushed at one another in a great struggle, and Rumble realized very quickly that he was losing. His heels began sliding through the dirt, but he could feel the creature’s strength slipping, Dex was cutting its lifeline, but too slowly. Rumble’s heel went through mud and with all his might he tried not to sink and get crushed by the massive brute. But at last, several moments later, he felt the troll slacken, and lose its strength. It let out a great sigh and that was it, it was dead.

As Thunder walked elegantly through the streets of Bowerstone Horacio looked around and about.Though he did receive looks of speculation and curiosity he wasnt used to not being hailed by practically everyone who saw him.
But this wasn't Westcliffe. No one here recognized or probably even heard of him.
He held Thunder up as he looked at a flyer stuck to a building side.
He read it over carefully.
"Hmm.A play eh?Never was much into theater myself. But then again, there are sure to be scores of people there, possibly even a new employer.Looks like I'll be attending a play Thunder boy."
Thunder nickered in response.
"Right. But first lets find an inn so I get get some food and drink and you some water and oats."
Thunder whinnied and they headed to find an inn or tavern.

Marianne Stroorard

Marianne walked through the dark alleys of Bowerstone near the tavern, keeping an eye on the entrance while also maintaining a level of conspicuousness to prevent any form of being recognized. While in Westcliff she is often seen as a vigilant standing for justice, in Bowerstone, a city of law and rule, she was seen as a bandit if anything else. She couldn't be recognized by the guardsmen in the case that they see her and her fellows as rabble meaning to cause trouble, even though that is far from their intention. She leaned on the side of the tavern, waiting for her informant to come to her and provide her with then information she is seeking. The merriment from inside could still be heard from outside, men drinking inside and the chatting of the various patrons made sure that any chance of silence was whisked away. She didn't have much on her, she definitely wasn't wearing her typical garb. She was wearing townswoman dress, something that would help her blend in with the rest around her. Her steel turret pistol nestled away in her dress, out of sight.

She then saw her informant walk inside, noticing him flash her a smile along with a strange hand gesture to signify it was him. She followed in behind him, following him to a nearby vacant table and sat down with him. He ordered some gutter beer for himself, while she ordered some simple table wine. She always admired the taste of wine compared to that of beer or spirits, it spoke to her more ostentatious side. With their drinks ordered, Marianne then addressed her informant. "It's good to see ya still kicking about, Petri." She said with a little smile.

"Yes... Though I should be saying the same for you, seeing as how you're the one who is living near bandits and balvarines." He said in a lighthearted tone and a bit of relief for himself, as most people don't exactly relish the thought of living near such brutish creatures. The thought of having your head torn off by a crazy human-canine in the middle of nowhere tends to not be a pleasant thought.

"I manage, y'know me." They continued talking for a bit until the man returned with their selected drinks, Petri taking a big swig of his beer before Marianne even had a chance to sip her own wine. "Woah there, give me some of what you have to say before you get too pickled."

"Ah, right." He leaned in a bit and began whispering with a small tone. "Listen, the Hero is over yonder. Talking to the red headed girl."

"Alright then." She then turned her head a little to see the Hero of Bowerstone and his friend, though immediately looked back.

"He's been here for a bit, not much in updates. You didn't really have to come all the way out here, there's nothing new."

"Oh, there's something new. Thel wants the Hero's help, but doesn't want to push too soon. We don't have the greatest reputation, and the Hero is seen as a very good and pure person. We don't want to push things."

The rest continued into murmering until they stopped talking about it all together, and moved on to small talk.

Sparrow
Sparrow shrugged at Isabel's question, "I'm not really sure why I want to go there, but it just seems right. Maybe I'll know what to do after that." He nodded to her when she demanded to be filled in on what he was thinking, "You're right I shouldn't hide things from you. I'm just not sure about the vision Theresa showed me. In it... I was a king, I had an army at my command and I ruled all of Albion. Is that what I'm supposed to do, and if so, how? I just don't know honestly. It all seems surreal. Bower Lake was where my first impossible seeming quest began, maybe I find some insight there this time." He told his friend. He then frowned when he heard the apprehensive in her voice. He knew that Bower Lake held painful memories for her. He reached out for her hand to comfort her. "I'm sorry Bells. I know own that place has some really bad memories for you. I just really feel like I need to do this, and I don't want to go without you." He told her sincerely.

Meanwhile Elizabeth was sitting on the porch of her home when a beautiful blonde woman a bit older than her walked toward the house. Elizabeth noticed she had a little baby with her who was giggling and reaching for the butterflies. Elizabeth couldn't help but smile at that. "Hi, my name's Elizabeth. Are you new to town?" She asked the woman as she walked towards her.
Walter Beck
Walter Beck was traveling with a small group of mercenaries head get toward point lookout. There was rumors of troll killing villagers and the group had been hired to take it out. Walter didn't much like traveling with mercenaries, he found them to be petty and simple. They didn't seem to have purpose other than gold and pleasure. He wanted more from life, but he just hadn't found it yet. He made his way following behind the group as they approached their destination. Finally they arrived only to find the troll dead seemingly at the hands of two well armed men who stood before it. "What is the meaning of this? " The mercenary captain demanded. He was a large man with a thick brown beard a rifle tooled over his shoulder. Walter wondered who these two men were. They didn't seem much like regular mercenaries to him, and to take down a troll just the two of them? He knew they must have been strong.

Horacio sat eating eggs and beans and drinking a flagon of hearty beer.
It was a good meal, the eggs well seasoned and the beans had good flavor too.The beer was good and strong how he liked it.
He took a big swig,as he looked up and froze, his flagon still at his mouth.
There she sat.Marianne Stooard.
He recognized this deviant from his time in Westcliffe.A deviant he didnt much care for.
A deviant with a hefty price on her in Westcliffe.
Looks like its time for some fun he thought.
He pushed his meal away and stood.
He still bore all his equipment except his helmet which he left on his saddle.
He adjusted his armor, checked his sword and headed toward Stooard.

Marianne Stroorard

Marianne noticed the man walking towards their table, she hadn't really noticed him before but recognized him as Horacio Godwin. A bounty hunter from Westcliff. The only reason he was walking near her table is if he knew her, and he definitely was armed. He wore his armor and his sword as he made his way, and she noticed as he checked it as he obviously meant to use it. She gave Petri a small little sign that the man coming towards them was a threat. And he removed himself from the table. "Excuse me miss, but I have to return to my home to check on my family. See you some other time." He said. Petri wasn't wanted and by all accounts was just another ordinary guy. "I gotta rush!" He said as he barreled out of the tavern, as was the plan if she was discovered.

She however remained as though she hadn't noticed, giving the illusion that she barely knew him in any way. Just another chat you have with drunks at the bar, nothing of consequence. She took a sip of her wine, and then finally gave notice to Godwin. "Well, hello there sir. What do I owe the pleasure?"

Erik sat on his favorite chair while looking at a flat piece of paper. One the paper was a map of a island where he needed to go in order to get the final ingredients necessary in order to bring his wife back from the dead. He looked from the map when he saw two of his men drag in a gypsy. Erik asked his men in a inquisitive voice," Why did you bring this man here"? One of the guards said to him in a sharp voice," We caught this man trying to rob a store". Erik said to the guards," Put this man on a raft and make him go to Moonscar Island, he shall be pardoned of his crime if he brings back the items i desire". The guards then put the gypsy on a raft and he set course for the island. Erik said to himself," Most likely the gypsy will die before he reaches the island but it will be a fitting punishment". Then he continued to look over his map.

Of course the man was lying, Horacio obviously knew who she was. The odds of him approaching her of all people in the tavern without having prior knowledge to her was improbable. Though she would be familiar to him, a wanted poster for her and her men are just about everywhere. Vigilantes are often characterized as bandits for working outside of the given law, especially when they are highly organized and camped out like they were. Being seen as anarchists, even though they try to bring what little order they can. Barnum redoing Westcliff into a tourist trap did help a lot, but the surrounding region was still not so nice. Her group often gets bunched in with the others around, and thus she is wanted.

"I'm from a way's away, from Oakfield. I'm here to be with a friend in the meantime, we're kinda celebrating some stuff. Friendly stuff, y'know." She took a quick sip of her wine. "I couldn't find him at his home though, so I figured I'd stay here at the tavern and try again later. Please, sit with me if you don't mind. Waiting is a lot easier when you have someone to chat with."

Sunny saw a young blonde woman sitting on the porch of the opulent home. She had only seen such luxury when she was called to the houses of the fine lords for her services. She looked up when she was addressed and nearly gasped. There was a strong physical resemblance between the two, not identical but some similarities were definitely there. She finally spoke up. "Miss Elizabeth, it's nice to meet you. My name is Sunny Rose and I came because of this flier about an acting job? And this, us my little Helena, although we call her Lenka." Sunny smiled, tickling the baby.

Isabel snapped out of her thoughts when Sparrow spoke to her and then apologized. "Thank you Sparrow. If we have to go to Bower Lake than I guess that we have to go, you know I'd follow you to the ends of the world." Isabel told her friend sincerely, although she clearly didn't want to go back there. She looked in the corner of her eye and saw a woman looking at them, wondering why.
Azami and Raava decided to walk down the street together since they had nothing better to do. "Hello, my name's Azami, what's yours?" the princess asked. The dark skinned lady smiled. "Raava Anor, I'm a physician here in Bowerstone. It's nice to meet you Azami." the doctor said.

Sparrow could tell that Isabel dud not want to return to Bower Lake but was very grateful when she agreed to and was touched by her words. "Thank you Isabel, your friendship means everything to me.' He told her, taking her hand and looking into her eyes as he spoke. He then saw a woman glancing over towards them and saw her speaking to a man. They big seemed like soldiers of a kind, he wondered what was going on between them.
Elizabeth noticed that she and the woman in front of her looked quite similar, it was almost eerily so. Her eyes lit up though when Sunny said she was there for the acting job, "Really, that's great! You're really Sunny Rose? I've heard of you before. You're a famous courtesan aren't you? "She asked in surprise.

Dex and Rumble

Dex sat on a stump inspecting his pistols while Rumble sat nearby gathering looking through the Troll’s small stash of stolen goods, most likely from the missing men and women. At the sound of snapping twigs Dex looked up from his work to see a motley group of armed men, likely swords for hire out doing the job Dex and Rumble had already accomplished. Glancing at each and every man Dex could see that the Troll likely would have chewed them up before they were able to kill it. He was almost happy he and Rumble had gotten there before them, almost. More than most else Dex hated mercenaries. They lived for nothing but the kill and the loot.

Dex grunted at the mercenary captain and finished what he was doing. Once he was sure his guns were spotless he reloaded them with experienced hands, quicker than most veteran soldiers could manage. Still oblivious to the others, Dex whistled to Rumble who turned to Dex, who in turn motioned to their guests. Rumble quickly stood to face the newcomers, and retrieved his axe should there be trouble.

Dex couldn't help but notice Rumble had found a handful of expensive trinkets. More than likely a nobleman or woman had come out here to have an affair with someone, and was rudely interrupted. Dex stood and began walking back towards Bowerstone. Rumble quickly followed. As they neared the mercenaries Dex turned to the captain gave him a curt bow and said;

“The job is done, by whom, it doesn't matter.”

The duo would go and give the orphan some of the trinkets for his loss. Not much recompense for a lost loved one, but it would allow him to open a nice shop when he grew of age. The rest of the trinkets would go to the orphanage itself, they might be able to take on a few more of the street urchins with it. As Rumble passed the mercenaries, some of whom looked at his loot, he growled at them to which they cowered under his sheer size.

Of course he was trying to casually question her about things, such as her affiliation to Westcliff. Of course she'd been there before, but did this guy need to know that? Obviously he didn't, and she Marianne didn't plan on revealing her identity to someone who would turn her in and ruin everything she could hope to do. She came to Bowerstone for a reason, and that reason was not to be imprisoned by a no good bounty hunter. "Hmmmmm... I have passed through Lookout Point before, though I have not been to Westcliff before. I heard it used to be some bandit haven before some rich man came in and spiffed up the place. I heard the roads there are still bad though, so I don't think I'll care to go up there anytime soon."

She then peered out a nearby window to see Petri pass by, with her backup in case things indeed go awry. It would be a decent sized mob, most of whom are contacts or people who owe her and the White Bandits favors. Hopefully, she won't need them. They'll only spring if this man does anything. They likely won't be able to take down a man of Godwin's caliber, but it was what she could get.

She returned her gaze back to Godwin, finishing her glass of wine before setting the empty glass on the table. "I really do must be going now, my friend should have returned by now and I must see to him. If he's not there, I'll simply wait for him. I apologize, sir."

No,the time to act was now.
A metal scraping could be heard.
He'd unsheathed his sword under the table and had it pressed firmly against Mariannes stomach. He kept the blade below the table. No need to create a scene till necessary.
"Get up."He commanded.

Walter looked impressed by the two, they carried themselves well, and they didn't seem like ordinary mercenaries to him. The mercenary leader glared at Dex, "It does matter, that was our kill! Now you would better compete us!" He said drawing his rifle. "Captain what difference does it make? We didn't lose anything from it. Let's just move on." Walter said, trying get to diffuse the conversation.
Suddenly in the tavern, Hunter began to growl when he heard a metal scraping sound, he was used to the sound of weapons being drawn. "What's up boy?" Sparrow asked curiously, seeing that he was looking at the man and the woman sitting across from them. Sparrow decided to check it out and walked over to them casually, preparing himself mentally for a fight, "Hello friends, it's nice to meet you. Everything alright?" He asked in a friendly tone.

Dex and Rumble

Dex didn't like being threatened, especially by degenerates. But, whatever madness plagued this man to think he could accost someone who had just killed a Troll made Dex pity him. Nevertheless he loved killing no less than his love of mercenaries, however ironic that was. Thus, Dex raised his hands to not appear a threat, however that couldn't be said for Rumble who had raised his axe menacingly prompting the mercenaries to retreat out of its considerable range.

"As much as I would like to teach you a lesson in humility, we have business in Bowerstone that needs attending. So, sirs if you would kindly sod off it would be much appreciated."

Dex's dangerous expression dared them to start something, as if he would like nothing more than to bash a few skulls. However, after a few moments he cued Rumble to drop their spoils. They could find another way to give the child a better life, but this was the only way Dex could see the mercenaries shoving off.

She did as the bounty hunter commanded and got up, swords being pushed through her was also not something she looked forward to in her life. Marianne was hardly surprised that the man would try something like this, but she didn't think he'd do it in a place as public as the tavern. He obviously had no intent of being discreet. Of course the mob of her fellows made their way into the tavern already and began casually making their way around them. They didn't pop out, just appeared as more ordinary people entering the tavern to get drunk with booze.

She complied with the man's wishes though, she got up from the table and wore a startled and fearful face, playing innocent.

Marianne was surprised that the Hero had approached them, the sound of the fool unsheathing his blade must have drawn him. Of course, she hoped that the Hero would help her if things went from bad to worse. It was definitely a hope. She jumped back from the blades grasp, behind the chair where the blade couldn't reach her. "This man is trying to kidnap me or something, please help!"
