Paved roads exists only in major cities and the communities that surround those cities, dirt roads are far more common in the nation. Though the coast has significantly been developed, it lags in some areas, the rural areas of the nation are significantly underdeveloped.

Army: The army of Brazil is quite modern for a South American country, it's the most technologically advanced in South America and most innovative. Though lagging compared to European militarizes, it's not too far away from them. The Brazilian Army employs modern tactics, and is experienced in mountainous terrain. Navy: The navy of Brazil is nation's joy. Since the moment Brazil gained independence, its leaders knew the importance of being able to defend its coasts and stopping invaders before they even landed. Air Force: The smallest and the newest of the Brazilian armed forces. The air force is inexperienced and small, however the nation hopes to make it the best in South America.

The nation's leaders are friendly to Argentina and to some European nations, however it trades with everyone. Peru is disliked, the USC is distrusted/not really liked, but due to them being stronger than Brazil it keeps relations warm with them.

History:
1668- The popular Braganzas fail to defeat the Spanish in the Branagza. Escorted by British Ships, they and their supporters flee to Brazil and proclaim independence but fail to gain local support. Branganzas die off.
1670- Brazil is cut into three different territories, each one goes to each of the Spanish Viceroyalties. Discriminating laws and persecution against native Portuguese Speakers brings discontent.
1678- The Janerio Massacre occurs in present day Valencia(Rio) Portuguese Speakers attempt to rebel against the oppressing Spanish only to be put down quickly.
1695- The Brazilian territories are united once again under the Viceroyalty of Brazil, Capital is moved to San Luis.
*Lots and lots of Spanish immigration happens during this time.
1786- Brazilian War of Independence starts and rages for twelve years, this war spill over into the other Viceroyalties. Bolivia which was part of the Brazilian Viceroyalty is lost to Peruvian rebels-thus begins the Brazilian-Peruvian rivalry.
1798- Independence is given to Brazil. A monarchy sets up in Valencia.
1812- Brazil and Britain form an alliance during the Anglo-Columbian war of 1812.
1816- Gran Colombia and Imperial Brazil go to war, though unpopular in Brazil, they manage to win and Gran Colombia collapses. Republican Movements begin.
1825- The Brazilian Civil War begins between Republican North and Monarchical South.
1830- The Civil War ends, the Monarchy centered in Valencia collapses at the Republican capture of the city and the execution of the Emperor, Maximilian de Sousa. While Brazil is united once again, the troublesome region of Cisplatina breaks off after a brief war with exhausted Brazilian troops.
-Post Civil War Brazil attempts to mend the wounds created by the civil war and to catch up to it's neighbors. Around the mid 19th century Brazil begins to modernize.
1857- The Paraguay War is a 1 on 1. Brazil wins and rather than annexing the country, it establishes it as a puppet and a buffer between Gran Peru and the Rio De Plata. Brazil's victory brings the nation together.
1869- A plea from Bolivia unites Brazil and Chile against Peru in the war of the Double Alliance. Brazil weary of Peru's dominance in South America, and hoping to reunite with its former territory agrees to Chile's proposal of an invasion.
1873- The War ends. Peru is brought down a notch, Chile and Brazil end up in Good terms, Bolivia is granted it's Independence. Brazil becomes South America's leading nation.
-Post Double Alliance War Brazil begins seeing a huge amount of reforms. Specifically those that regard to the economy. The industrial revolution really begins taking off in Brazil, cities begin growing, social changes bring reforms, Brazil becomes very progressive and become's South America's face to the world. Economic boom really becomes apparent during this time.
1889- Political corruption becomes rampant especially after the Bahia Mayor Scandal. Government begins a crackdown on corruption.
1900- Civil discontent in Paraguay leads to an almost civil war, Brazil intervenes further strengthening their control over Paraguay.
1902- Conservative president is elected, they remain as the major holders of congress and the presidential office till day.
1910- Treaties with Bolivia allows military access into the nation, and has Bolivia become heavily economically dependent on Brazil. (Bolivia is sort of a Belarus to Russia.)

Agreed. This needs loads of work- and, if I may be blunt (of course I may, I'm the OP ), I'm quite leery of letting you play as the Soviets based on this app's progress and (in particular) the RP samples you've given me here. History is rather short, and I'm quite unclear as to what Georgism and Franciscoism are. Please include brief explanations of those (as well as whatever a "monarchical revolution"). Additionally, your army is super vague- "units usually consist of riflemen, tanks, cavalry, and artillery" could describe pretty much any army in the world (although idk why at this point Argentina has a lot of tanks).
Additionally, your imports/exports section is quite odd. Argentina has always been a major agricultural and foodstuffs producer and isn't known for manufacturing or mining or the like at all.
Finally, your description of your infrastructure tells me almost nothing.
