Golden eyes, light brown hair which is cut in a bob, extremely pale skin, rather small, wears a plain white dress with a golden ribbon around her waist
Personality: Short temper, sarcastic, witty, self centered, thinks highly of herself
Short Backstory of Character:
Cae was born to two city elves who quickly realised her magic despite being marked. They strove to protect her from those who would kill her, and succeeded in faking her own death so they could care for her in secret. Unfortunately, when Cae was five she was found and her parents killed. Cae soon became a slave herself, but was lucky to have been taught to hide her powers. She was never willing to work, and felt the strike of a whip on her back many times, but Cae was viewed at too skilled to not work for them.
Cae's owners were killed by dragons on day, and in the confusion she ran away, but now is constantly in hiding from those who wish to return her to captivity.

Personality: WIP
Short Backstory of Character:Created long ago, Kalithraxas was the result of an experiment by an ancient vampire sorceress and alchemist, using the already long-dead form of a dragon for her own ends. Resurrected, and altered with dark magic and alchemy, his very bones were laced with adamantine imbued with dark energy. At first he would be used as a weapon, first in civil war in the Larashgár empire, in a destructive conflict that united it under his creator. In the centuries to come, that empire would consolidate its power, and gradually expand. Essentially being nothing more than an unliving weapon at the beginning, he also in time served as a general and commander in the empire's armies, after he had proven to possess an intellect and sense for warfare matching that of his power. Distant conflicts grew closer, with the lands in a time of chaos that had come about in certain parts of the world following the banishment of Eva, perhaps due to the shift in the balance of power that had occurred when the dragons won. Kalithraxias himself remembered little of the life of the dragon with whose form he had been created, and although curious, had essentially long given up in that area. One thing, he did recall, was that before, he had been one of the dragons to first rebel against Eva . Meanwhile, as Kalithraxias abandoned his attempts to find out about his past, larger powers formed in the wars that went on. Battles grew more bloody, vast legions were slain in battle, cadres of mages extinguished, and Kalithraxias fought in yet more battles. The war raged continuously, and Kalithraxias came to be known as the Winged Titan, also fighting famed enemy commanders, sorcerers, heroes and warriors, in both humanoid and inhuman forms. The holy princes of Urae'Haroc fell in various ways to him, their armies shattered after meeting his blazing gaze. Thousands of years passed, and in the later stages of the war, a few centuries before it ended, the carnage he created even as the empire he fought for was mostly in ruins, was too much for a nearby coalition of nations to tolerate. A declaration by them was made, to gather various sorcerers, priests, heroes and knights to bring down the Fiend of Larashgár.
This task force, led by the a mysterious Elf mage, had many who utilised Holy, Light or Life related magics, which had been known to be a weakness of his. Kalithraxias and the soldiers of Larashgár fought fiercely in opposition, and the battle of Tharenfel was to become a legend in time. Nonetheless, as the costly battle wore on, it became clear that he would loose. His vampiric mistress who watched from the distance, decided finally to abandon him, seeing him as no longer useful, and vanished into the mists of time. Though it seemed that he was an untiring avatar of war, and his foes lost much in the battle, glyphs, runes and powerful spells of light, holy energy and binding ice magic immobilized him. Defeated, he was weakened with a sacred curse, and imprisoned within a barrow atop a mountain, which was chosen for the ancient magics worked into the place, combined with how difficult it was to teleport or travel between dimensional planes there. Enchanted chains, stakes and other means of binding were used, whilst magic glyphs, as well as an artefact that maintained a field of holy light around him, further increased security. An order of sorcerer-knights was created to guard him, and a fortress erected on the mountain around the barrow.
At various points, a cult that had risen in the half-remembered ashes of Larashgár, ironically worshipping him as a dark dragon god, orchestrated various attacks on the fortress. The cult of Kalithraxias gradually eroded the defences to some extent- including the numbers of the order, though this was not enough to yet let him cast his shackles aside. As time passed, the fringe cult gained some momentum in several of the states that had succeeded the empire, such as the Kingdom of Dal Erain, the Principality of Anzarwal, and the Kingdom of Great Célanessus. From time to time, Kalithraxias was able to command and utilise magical replicas of himself outside of the bastion, maintaining some awareness and a role to play in outside events, accordingly. Though these replicas were naturally much weaker than the real thing, and could be destroyed accordingly.
Thirty seven thousand years before present, he was freed. In concert with an attack by the cult, several dragons had joined them, the fortress was left in ruins, the knightly order all but wiped out- with the dead either raised to serve him or their souls consumed. Although cautious and wary of attracting the attention of powerful beings in a state in which he had still not fully recovered to his original power, he played some role in events, as a general, assassin and sorcerer. Though little is known of events at this stage, within a millennia he had recovered and grown stronger still. In this part of the world, dragons had destroyed those who may have opposed them, at some point between his defeat and his return.
Perhaps it was fortunate, that he was now free from obligations, servitude or imprisonment, with Larashgár essentially long gone, despite attempts by some remnant descendants of its populace to proclaim a revived empire that was little more than a vestigial attempt to replicate an ancient empire, though it was vassalised, unsurprisingly, to dragons. Whilst his cult thrived in some places, and proved useful, Kalithraxias’ gaze was often upon the current nations, and whilst occasionally ruling as a tyrant for a century or two in several places, he tended to disappear when he either tired or ruling, or felt that too much opposition was growing. Accordingly, he was determined not to be controlled by others. He went as a mysterious count who came to serve as the commander of the royal guard in one kingdom, disguising his true nature and much of his personality. Seven hundred years, and an odd plague stole the lives of many. He became something of an influential and mysterious figure at court, sometimes having various positions such as royal guard commander as mentioned earlier, as well as spy-master and general at different points. Many rumours and few certainties were known, when it came to Kallor Eiderann Jael'staurien, as was his pseudonym. At the court, even his true species was a mystery- though his seeming eternal youth, his long-term presence, and his unusual eyes lent to some speculation. It was to his advantage that many of the events he had been involved in before, were long forgotten, and at best, survived as fragmentary legends, myths and stories. For the past four centuries, however, he has announced his true nature, and essentially rules that kingdom.

while i love the work you put into making the backstory, there are a few problems....Vampires didn't much exist back then, or humans and elves, as that was about 100,000 years ago, in which most would probably been cavemen. as for vampires, its possible they existed, but they wouldn't have looked anything like the humanoid ones we see today. humans, elves, orcs, Nekos, the Arii, succubi, and Atlanteans weren't around in the time of Eva's rule.
also during her rule 100,000 years ago, everything was pretty much in ruin, there would have been no nations or countries, and while life did exist, civilization pretty much did not....if it once did, she had long destroyed it, before she was defeated and imprisoned.
but besides that, the character is pretty interesting...

im not so sure....it just feels like you might not rp fairly with this character....i dont know why i am having this feeling, im so sorry, its just that well sometimes when people rp bloodthirsty, wild characters, they sometimes forget that their character isnt the toughest, strongest or the best, or otherwords, unbeatable...
as long as you promise not to get to carried away in fights sequences and and interactions in genral, then i will accept..

Character's Name: Malk Vr'kest
Gender: Male
Age: 20
Species: Dragon-Human Hybrid
Skills/Powers:
Human Form: Peak human strength, reflexes and endurance. Is a master survivalist, archer and is very well versed in hand to hand combat and although isn't technically magic, can approach wild animals and even tame them without scaring them.
Dragon Form: A brutal, relentless and vengeful form. In this form he has greatly increased strength, durability, reflexes, speed and can also fly, breathe fire and even ignite himself on fire to become a living fireball. Is the opposite of his human form and scares away all animals in the area except from his pet eagle, Talon, and is definitely not stealthy and discrete.
Weapons & Equipment:
-Long Bow: A hand crafted long bow with an 80 Lb draw weight. It is powerful, accurate, durable, comfortable to use and cheap and easy to maintain.
-Trick Arrows: A wide variety of special arrows that stand out from a regular broad head arrow. These include armor piercing arrows which can punch through plate armor, barbed arrows which get stuck in the target and are impossible to pull out without causing severe bleeding, fire arrows which are magical arrows that ignite the second they leave the bow, setting fire to the target as well as electrical arrows which can incapacitate a target upon detonation on impact. The final lethal arrow being another magical arrow that explodes upon impact, causing death and severe damage to everything within 5 meters. There are other utility arrows such as flare arrows, grappling arrows and zip line arrows too.
-Iron Bastard Sword: A single handed long bladed sword. It is light and is designed to allow the user to make quick and powerful blows giving it an advantage over heavier Long Swords whilst maintaining a longer blade than a short sword.
-Iron Dagger: Used for crafting, skinning and gutting animals as well as fighting though this isn't really designed for combat.
-Iron Hatchet: Mostly used to lop down trees and split wood though could double as a weapon if needed.
-Reinforced Leather Gloves: Gloves with Iron plates that guard the backs of the hand and wrists. This protects the user from blows that could break bones or remove the hand.
-Reinforced Leather Chest Plate: A hardened leather chest plate reinforced with a Bronze Plates sandwiched between the leather. This provides protection against many arrow heads save from armor piercing arrows.
-Leather Boots: A pair of leather boots with a hardened sole and toe caps.
-Camouflage Cloak: A cloak that allows the user to become camouflaged into the background by moving slowly or sitting still. Only works in woodland areas, grassy areas, bushes and mud. Sharp movements or being hit will cause the cloak to lose it's camouflage effect.
-Dragon Pendent: A pendent that Karock gave Malk's mother when they met. After she died, Karock gave the pendent to Malk to take on his journey. The pendent doesn't have any powers though it was more of an identification as a lot of Dragons came to Karock for guidance in the past and would probably recognize it. This would hopefully deter most dragons from attacking him out of mutual respect for Karock. Karock had the same symbol on the pendent tattooed into his chest so it wasn't something you would forget.
Appearance:
Personality: A calm and mellow tempered individual that is slow to anger. He talks only when he needs to, is cynical, patient and prefers to avoid combat. He considers himself more human than dragon, despite wanting to be more dragon. Respects all dragons, especially his father. Hates to show his face though will do so reluctantly.
Short Backstory of Character: Born out of a forbidden relationship between a human warrior woman and an the old wise dragon that lived in the mountain next to the village she was sent to kill. Instead of killing the dragon though, they fell in love and Malk is the result of that relationship. Malk's mother died after he was born leaving his father, Karock Vr'kest, also known as the Old Wise Dragon, to raise him. Karock taught Malk everything he knows about surviving the outside world and even attempted to help him master his ability to turn into a dragon though this seems to be only triggered when he was angry. Whilst Karock had faith in Malk, Malk was not confident about his ability and no matter how much Karock tried to give him faith, Malk simply sighed and looked at the ground, wishing he had never been born.
However, when Malk hit 18 and Karock considered his training finished, another idea struck the wise dragon. He told Malk that he wasn't able to help him and that to master control of his transformation, he must first master himself. Karock suggested that he leave the mountain and go on an adventure, learn new things, meet new people and define himself as a human. Maybe along the way, he would figure out how to control his transformation. So he left, taking all the necessary supplies with him. Though when he went to the town his mother was born in, it didn't take long for his grandparents to identify him and not much longer to figure out his father was the Old Wise Dragon that they oh so wanted to kill. Malk left the village quickly, avoiding the guards who put a bounty on his head. Every town he went to had a wanted poster of him on a wall somewhere. He now keeps to forests and mountain regions to avoid guards.
