Who would we consider to have the most effective army right now, and then 2nd and third, yatta yatta yatta, down the list. I would say... at least, that we should be historically accurate, but also allow alt-hist of what we've done for our militaries to determine this. I'll say this, Austria should be at least in the Top 10 for military. And based on what I've done for Spain's Navy, I think they should be in the Top 10 for most effective Navy.

Oh yes, I would definitely rank Prussia militarily as most effective and stronkest. Here's my prototype list (subject to change) for armies at least:

Vak, before you go about with any revolution, is it okay if Luigi di Zahringen is betrothed to Marie Antoinette? As Unj mentioned, XV murdered XVI, so she's not betrothed to him any longer. OTL, the Two Sicilies and Austria had marriage ties, and Marie Antoinette is far closer to Luigi's age than the RL Hapsburg queen consort of the Two Sicilies, Maria Karolina. (She's also OTL more famous, and I might be able to make some plot points around her character.) If Alexandros wasn't 1) her younger brother and 2) engaged to Louise of Great Britain, I might consider him, but I am not going to break a betrothal nor get to that level of inbreeding.

Technically I still had Sweden and Norway.... I think.. although both I barely RPed with and as such wouldn't mind giving you Sweden. However, I just wanted to make sure if the specifics of allowing to play 5 nations max was still allowed by Uni.

2. Prussia has united most of North Germany into the "German Empire", and has declared separation from the HRE.
3. Egypt has beaten the shit out of North Africa and basically plans to unite the Arab and Persians under one banner, but has stopped to reorganize themselves.
4. The Turks got rekt by multiple nations
5. Greece elected a Habsburg to be their King.
6. Two Sicilies is lead by a Zahringen, from Baden.
7. Spain overthrew their Bourbon monarch, and so France is basically threatening to invade them unless they do as they want.
8. Germany is lead by a 16 year old girl named Catherine von Hohenzollern, only daughter of Friedrich the Great.

That's the jist of it, anyway.
