They would have to be vetted, and you can't just invite them to gain allies.

That's not a new problem. Trust me, I was part of that monopoly in AWWA1. It's not new.

I suppose it would, I just think Uni is saying that he does not want people posting one-liners, or people who are new to RPing on NS and would likely post one-liners, godmod, meta game, etc.

TBH I don't think the ATL CSA could have beaten ATL Japan, but that's just me. You'd have to give any American players from Brooklyn to Japan, and any from parts of the North to the Canadians. Japan would also have the combined superior talents of national teams of North Korea, South Korea, Japan, Philippines, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, among others...

Also, mentioning North Korea is unwise. They were disqualified for using steroids; first year they haven't qualified for the Women's World Cup. Bring them along and Japan might just be disqualified.
