I don't want to provide a full infobox for most of my countries until most of the developments have been revealed, so as not to give away any plans I have right now (and because there are a bunch of alternate history ideas I want to explore). The most likely one to be made would be Ethiopia's, as the plans for that one aren't terribly grand.

No, not Luigi. Mohammad Khan Qajar sentenced three of his servants to death in June 1797 after they got into an argument, but decided that they might as well continue doing their jobs before their executions. They stabbed him repeatedly as he slept.

Based on what actually happened to Maximilian Francis Hapsburg (our Alexandros Apsvorgoi) than any particular dislike for the Hapsburgs.

1. The Capellos are still ruling Spain, but there is an active Bourbonaise restoration movement (think the Carlists) that France is bankrolling, and has considered invading to restore the Bourbonnaise monarchy.
2. Britain is ruled by the Hanoverian dynasty (like historical)
3. I guess I'm ready, but you could break them up instead of slamming an entire novella down. But you do you. ^^

Carlos III died in 1788, and his eldest son, Carlos IV, is currently in Paris, looking to be restored as King of Spain by Louis XVII (OTL's XVIII). Ferdinand, his brother, is looking to strike out as a monarch else where, either as the King of Lombardy, or taking a crown for himself (he is OTL's Ferdinand I of Two Sicilies). You can have either brother, the other will become King of Spain.

Green indicates a Catholic,
Red indicates a Secular (Mayoral/City Leader).

The College has no real authority beyond being able to express their region's concerns with legislation. The Kaiser(in) still has absolute authority over legislation, with aid from the Reichstag.

I do hope you noticed how Luigi's father is on the College of Princes, and how Catherine's foreign policy extends German protection of Greece and Two Sicilies, due to sitting German houses (Habsburgs and Zähringen)

It was more of a point that Germany's going to defend Two Sicilies and Greece regardless of relations -- at least under Catherine. Catherine is a German ethnic nationalist in a large way; she will protect the Zahringens and Habsburgs in their countries just as much as she defends the Germans at home as well. It's less a "political reason", and more just as a demonstration that German is German, and Germans and their homes will be protected. So basically, as long as a German dynasty reigns over a country, that country will be defended with German blood.

She doesn't hate the Habsburgs, especially now that they're no threat to her rule, having been completely relegated to practical obscurity beyond the Colleges of Princes and Greece.

TL'DR: Two Sicilies and Greece have defensive guarantees by Germany, any nation that invades them will get a foot in the ass. Habsburgs and Zahringens are not hated.

That does not need a TLDR. It's actually a pretty good length; long enough to be detailed, short enough to not drag on.

As for the actual substance, the way that Catherine speaks about Maria Theresa, Marie Antoinette, and Maximilian Franz/Alexandros did not convey the message that she particularly liked or cared about the Hapsburgs at all. She also doesn't seem to have much respect for Ludwig/Luigi von Zähringen either.
