The first being that Caesar hand picks the Frumentarii, not anyone else. While not being a major issue, it's still something that needs to be fixed.

Second, if you have power armor, I think you're going to have to nerf it in some way. Not to mention that it wouldn't be particularily helpful to him anyways. Frumentarii are spies, and not heavily armored shock troops.

I must ask, I am interested in this rp mind you, does the 200 member limit only apply to actual troops in my group and not apply to civilians under my "Control". Say I controlled a small village or two, would the civilian population living in said villages count against my member count? Mind you I am thinking of being a warlord of some sorts with control over a small area and some villages.

That would be your people in total. That doesn't mean you can't get more people ICly, you'll just have to expand by RPing.

I'm disinclined to let you play as the commander of the Enclave forces, however, I'll allow it because I know you'll be devious to a fault.

But, that said you can't have your current numbers. At most you may have a dozen men with power suits. All the rest may have very high quality armor, but not power armor. We're rolling somewhat with the lore version of power armor in which a dozen men in power armor is a small army in itself. So, change that and you're good to go.

You cannot have your soldiers be equipped with power armor. That would be for BoS, Enclave, and some characters only. But, also you cannot be from any vault inside of New Orleans, that would be what everyone is fighting over.

Faction Leader: Jebediah 'Jeb' Sawyer, affectionately called Paw by the rest of the family. I'll post his app if my faction app is good.

Faction numbers: 180 family members, eight outsiders kept for consumption and pleasure, ten hogs, and a massive hunting dog named Mojo.

The warriors of the family, often six to seven feet tall, use an assortment of vicious weapons. From machetes made from old boat hulls, to makeshift scattershot rifles, the Sawyers are adept at murder, and kill without mercy. For armour, they wear croc hides and metal sheets.
Faction Bio: The Sawyer family has been in the Bayou's for as long as anybody can remember. Known for being reclusive and fiercely independent, leaving only to attack other tribes and trade with the few outsiders they trust, the saying 'Keep it in the family' is kept close to heart. Countless generations of inbreeding have turned them into barely human monstrosities, ruled by primal instinct and a warped form of down south Christianity.

Starting Location: The Bayou's around Baton Rouge.

Goals: Kill anybody who tries to hurt family, eat well, and keep the outsiders of their land.

I must ask will we be able to base are faction more or less anywhere in Louisiana or are we confined to a specific area? Depending on the answer I am looking at 2 locations:

1. Arcadia, Bienville Parish, Louisiana- highest elevation of any town in Louisiana, makes for an excellent defensive spot.
2. Pointe à la Hache, Plaquemines Parish, Louisiana - somewhat close to new Orleans and in general the action providing me access to trade and diplomacy but leaving me vulnerable to attack from larger groups.

It doesn't matter to me so long as it is within the state boundaries of Louisiana.

In general they're too stupid to effectively run a small inbred empire. So, they simply raid one another, basically trading slaves, and fighting one another for fun.

I meant to imply that they were already Frumentarii, only picked by Virgil for this particular assignment.
