Bio: While there are hundreds of rumors surrounding her, from being genetically modified to having an affair with a admiral of the UE, truly her life might even be more complex than the rumors suggest. She was was born on Hyperion II, a planet very close to the new border with the UE, and one of the few planets with large scale ship production facilities in the FSR, also one of the few that believed war was emanate. Her father was a baron of the local criminal syndicate, and did his best to install her with the local government as a pawn. His plans were crushed when she joined the fledgling militia of her planet, and on her first mission, dropped a 25 tonne (yield) degenerate matter bomb on her fathers complex. To her, this absolved her of the sins of her father, and with that began an ambitious climb up the ranks. She won many honors and much respect on her campaign to destroy what was left of the syndicate by her father. She quickly climbed in prestige and rank, until a command opened up for her. Many thought it was a mistake to put such a young woman at the command of one of the largest of the FSRs new warships, but she had more combat missions under her belt than anyone her age, and most officers her senior. She was given command of the Eos, the first ship of a new class of super carriers designed to protect the people of the FSR when ever, and where ever they needed it.
Ship Info The Eos is a very large vessel, an experiment by FSR shipbuilders trying to push their limits. It has highly advanced command and control systems allowing it to control its 200 fighter craft almost as if they were one dedicated weapon. It lacks weapons of its own compared to other ships its size, but the massive wing of advanced fighters seem to make up for that. Thought meant to act mostly alone its C&C systems make it quite at home as a flagship.

But in their communities they are very open to outsiders and are very outgoing. However, some of their most skilled are very quiet and tend to avoid the more crowded planets such as Kylmä. These members of Söpö society live mostly on Valtameri and Lämmin. The Söpö have created their own faction but it is very small. The name of their faction is the Tähti Alliance.

Kivi: A planet which is famous for its plains, while being the warmest planet with a habitable surface it is also home to the Karja, a domestic animal which originated from Kivi.
Kirkas: A mountainous planet which is mostly comprised of regular stone, it is fairly small but with mountains which go outside of the planet’s own atmosphere this has been turned into a major spaceport by the Söpö.

Basically, if they're in the Eastern Fringe Worlds, they're part of the Confederation of Osirisian Worlds, whether they like it or not. If they don't want to be, they will have to take it up with the government - that will not allow them to split away.

Davrik had a fascination with systems, theories, hypotheses, and possibilities. He was also very much interested in many academic subjects, often coming up with his own hypotheses, creating hypothetical government models, studying earthly history, studying the inner workings of different technologies, etc. Davrik was also interested in fiction and the concept of worldbuilding. Him and his sister would construct worlds not only for entertainment but for an escape.
When their mother committed suicide when Davrik was 17 and Skylar only 14, pain had struck both of them. They had no place to live and no way of making money. They had decided to make the undercity their home, a place where the moneyless and unaccepted dwelled. Plus they had explored its chambers many times before and had a deep understanding of the city's hidden systems. They got together with long time friends within the undercity and managed to bring about happiness. They enjoyed each other's presence, every second of every day. For food, clothing, and other necessities, they often stole from kiosks and small stores. They had even stole weapons, valuable jewlery, electronics, and......well.....books for Davrik. Davrik still had a desire to learn.
Then one day, all went to chaos. The police had raided the undercity dwellings, forcing Davrik, Skylar, and everyone else to leave. Some had been beaten and arrested ,but Davrik and Skylar made it out, alive and well. The group traveled to a nearby cluster of mountains where they rested, looking upon the city that they once dwelled in. Later on they were meet by unusual armed soldiers. They seemed friendly and invited them into their hidden compound.
It turned out that the armed militants were actually dwellers of the indpendent galactic territories. Their mission was and is to establish a new state of star systems. They were and are supported by wealthy individuals within all nations of the galaxy. Eventually the undercity group was taken to space where they would travel to Tandera, the homeplanet of the IUS or independent union of systems. It is a planet that was terraformed by the Earth Union ,but abandoned. Here the undercity group would be taught and trained numerous skills and more information about different subjects. Davrik was and is still admired by many members. His sister is as well. It was their new home and will be for life.

Basically it's the whole "mysterious unknown past". If he's eccentric, then great, but the whole unknown past just doesn't fit it.

Davrik and his sister, skylar, were very close. They traveled together from their neighborhood to local stores, from parks to dark alleyways. They often traveled into sewers and drain tunnels.
Davrik had a fascination with systems, theories, hypotheses, and possibilities. He was also very much interested in many academic subjects, often coming up with his own hypotheses, creating hypothetical government models, studying earthly history, studying the inner workings of different technologies, etc. Davrik was also interested in fiction and the concept of worldbuilding. Him and his sister would construct worlds not only for entertainment but for an escape.
When their mother committed suicide when Davrik was 17 and Skylar only 14, pain had struck both of them. They had no place to live and no way of making money. They had decided to make the undercity their home, a place where the moneyless and unaccepted dwelled. Plus they had explored its chambers many times before and had a deep understanding of the city's hidden systems. They got together with long time friends within the undercity and managed to bring about happiness. They enjoyed each other's presence, every second of every day. For food, clothing, and other necessities, they often stole from kiosks and small stores. They had even stole weapons, valuable jewlery, electronics, and......well.....books for Davrik. Davrik still had a desire to learn.
Then one day, all went to chaos. The police had raided the undercity dwellings, forcing Davrik, Skylar, and everyone else to leave. Some had been beaten and arrested ,but Davrik and Skylar made it out, alive and well. The group traveled to a nearby cluster of mountains where they rested, looking upon the city that they once dwelled in. Later on they were meet by unusual armed soldiers. They seemed friendly and invited them into their hidden compound.
It turned out that the armed militants were actually dwellers of the indpendent galactic territories. Their mission was and is to establish a new state of star systems. They were and are supported by wealthy individuals within all nations of the galaxy. Eventually the undercity group was taken to space where they would travel to Tandera, the homeplanet of the IUS or independent union of systems. It is a planet that was terraformed by the Earth Union ,but abandoned. Here the undercity group would be taught and trained numerous skills and more information about different subjects. Davrik was and is still admired by many members. His sister is as well. It was their new home and will be for life.
