Brief Description of your Economy: Brazil is an agricultural powerhouse, exporting large amounts of agricultural products. Though agriculture has been the largest industry for Brazil, as of recent the nation's manufacturing sector has grown quite largely and quickly. The Brazilian manufacturing sector is fed by it's resources, which too feed industries all over the industrialized world. Brazil is the second highest economy in the Americas, the largest in South America, and one of the fastest growing economies in the world. It's GDP-per capita is nearing levels similar to those of European nations, though quite far from it. The nation is experiencing a boom, and is at it's highest it is ever been in.

Brief Description of your Infrastructure: Brazil has gone in an endeavor for the past few decades to unite the country by rail and now roads. Railways have grown to connect cities in the coast, and to some extent into the Amazon, which enables resources to be taken from underdeveloped areas to industrial centers in the coast. Paved roads exists only in major cities and the communities that surround those cities, dirt roads are far more common in the nation. Though the coast has significantly been developed, it lags in some areas, the rural areas of the nation are significantly underdeveloped.

Army: The army of Brazil is quite modern for a South American country, it's the most technologically advanced in South America and most innovative. Though lagging compared to European militarizes, it's not too far away from them. The Brazilian Army employs modern tactics, and is experienced in mountainous terrain. Navy: The navy of Brazil is nation's joy. Since the moment Brazil gained independence, its leaders knew the importance of being able to defend its coasts and stopping invaders before they even landed. Brazil's navy is extensive, though most of it's ships are outdated, it continues to be a strong force, that attracts the respect of American and European navies alike.
Air Force: The smallest and the newest of the Brazilian armed forces. The air force is experienced and small, however the nation hopes to make it the best in South America.

Brief description of your Foreign Policy: Brazil is the opposite of an isolationist country, it is quite active in the affairs of it's continent. However in the past few years, the nation has begun growing more aggressive and imperialistic in regards to it's neighbors. Brazil's foreign policy had mostly been to defend itself but now it's to improve and increase itself. The nation's leaders are friendly to Argentina and to some European nations, however it trades with everyone. Peru is disliked, the USC is distrusted/not really liked, but due to them being stronger than Brazil it keeps relations warm with them.

History:
1668- The popular Braganzas fail to defeat the Spanish in the Branagza. Escorted by British Ships, they and their supporters flee to Brazil and proclaim independence but fail to gain local support. Branganzas die off.
1670- Brazil is made into it's own Viceroyalty, Portuguese speakers are forced to learn the Spanish Language.
1786- Brazilian war of Independence.
Early 1800s- Independence is given to Brazil, Monarchy collapses, republic forms. British-Brazilian set up in 1812. Rio Grande is lost. Brazilian civil war. War with Gran Colombia, causes the nation[Colombia] to collapse.
Mid 1800s- Brazil furiously begins developing itself. Paraguay war is 1v1. Brazil wins, installs puppet. Intervention in Peru. Brazil amends relations with Spain.
Late 1800s- Industrial revolution hits Brazil. First intervention in Bolivia. Continuation of infrastructural development. Lusophones retreat to interior of the nation.
