The Emperor has, nominally, united within himself all three branches of the Government and has the ability to appoint Ministers of State, whom had to sign the propositions the Emperor put forward. Army: The Imperial Japanese Army is a force comprising of 300,000 individuals and roughly 2,000,000 potential reserves. They are well trained and equipped with modern weapons, making them a feared force throughout Asia. The Military High Command is also currently experiment with armoured vehicles, as they observed during the Great War, and are highly interested.
Navy: The pride of Japan is her Imperial Japanese Navy, with roughly 200,000 individuals operating it and being extremely well trained it is one of the most elite naval forces in the world. It sizes at roughly -insert number here, I'm not sure what to put- and finds itself roaming the Western Pacific and the Yellow Sea.
Air Force: 30,000 Individuals. No worthy planes of note, but the Japanese High Command has begun to develop their own designs for fighters, bombers and whatnot in coordination with Japanese Companies such as Mitsubishi.

Brief description of your Foreign Policy: Japan sees herself as the most successful none-European nation to exist, having risen out from the ashes of a feudal society to become a fully fledged industrial nation that from time to time intervenes in affairs at the bequest of other powers. Aside from East Asia however, Japan rarely ventures diplomatically and is more content to remain in what she considers her entire sphere of influence. The Japanese Government distrusts Communist Nations, as their ideals threaten the Imperial ways of Japan.
Protectorates/Dominions/Satellites: None, as far as I know. But if possible I'd like Korea as a satellite state/protectorate. If allowed, I will expand upon that in the history.
Alliance/Alignments: USC (If Buj wishes to start allied), leans towards Capitalistic Nations.

History: Roughly the same minus the annexations done by Japan during the 1880s, 90s, the 1900s etc. Defeated Russia in the Russo-Japanese War, but not as severely as IRL. (Not much I know, but not much to expand on)
