Little Jose has just finished is his third week of conditioning. The reforms enacted by the Falange party has made schools into little military installations. Those who excel at science or math are put into dedicated specialized classes, whereas those who are average or weak in science and math are placed under the "Citizens Training" program. Jose and his classmates are now trained to use weapons and how to fight hand to hand, they are also taught how to operate basic machines used in industrial production. The program focuses on teaching the youth of Spain how to be a working member of the "New Spain." Every day before the students leave for home they recite the national anthem and salute the Spanish flag.

San Sebastian

Twelve members of the Spanish Marquis are being dragged into town by a utility truck. The men are bloodied and writhe in pain. Officer Esteban stands before the truck giving the signal for the truck to stop. Once stopped, several Spanish soldiers cut the men loose from the truck and escort them to Esteban.

The people of San Sebastian look upon the scene, some feel disgust for the way the soldiers are treating the Marquis, other hate the Marquis for their actions.

Esteban orders the soldiers to bring the men onto a platform in the town square while pacing back and forth before the towns people. Once on the platform the Soldier notice ropes attached to the platform and know that they are used to hold prisoners in place, so they tie the rope around the constraints on the Marquis members.

Esteban addresses the crowd; "These men have killed innocent Spaniards. These cowardly men attacked the innocent people of Figueras. They shall pay for their heinous crimes."

After hearing this the youngest member of the Marquis panic and begins to struggle. One of the soldiers nearby bashed the struggling rebel over the head with his rifle.

Esteban continues; "These filth will no longer be a problem. For these rapscallions are to be put to death." Esteban Looks toward his soldiers and orders them into position. "On my mark you are to fire."

The Soldiers bring their soldiers to bear and pick their targets.

"Fire!"

Within ten second all of the Marquis are dead. Those in the crowd who hated the Marquis begin to clap. Though peer pressure the rest follow.

He enforced a conscription of 1 Million Males, and 1 Million Females, all to be positioned on the French border, with 100,000+ armored vehicles, and over 80,000 tanks. Immediately, 300,000 men and 100,000 women were positioned on the French border. Every one out of five people would be armed with modern technology, and women rights were enacted to give women a morale boost. It seemed war was imminent, and that the German people hoped the war would end quickly.

The Field Marshal is addressed by 10 German General's, and 5 Minister's. They say that Hitler is alive, and that he has positioned him head of Germany until the end of his hiding.

On the border with Spain, the former force of 200,000 troops has been reduced to 125,000 with 25,000 going to the Italian border and 50,000 going to the German border. This has been done to both reduce tensions with Spain and strengthen defenses on more volatile fronts (Germany and Italy). Still outside Belgian waters the French Northern Fleet has seemingly placed a blockade around the ports of Antwerp and Rotterdam on the Rhine. Officially they are anchoring to sort out engine problems on the Battleship Joan of Arc on its way to Leningrad but many see it as a blockade of the ports.

We Italy declaring neutrality, the government has seen it fit to move 50,000 soldiers from the Italian front to the German front taking the total number of French troops on the German front to 850,000 (700,000 of whom are full time, professional soldiers). The forces on the German border have been formed in to Army Group Belgium (AGB), Army Group Luxembourg (AGL) and Army Group Rhine (ARG). AGB and AGL both have large tank divisions which will spear head any assault in to Germany. However, the government in Paris still hopes Germany will see sense and withdraw.

Ian walked off. As he did, orders were sent to the forces on the border to retreat to Germany, while a army of 45,000 stayed behind to respond to actions that concerned Germany. The government have announced new economic measures to stave off the crash the experts see as arriving. These include a rise in 4% tax for the very rich. A rise by 4% tax in luxury goods and cutting child benefits to the very rich (as they can pay themselves). Also the government has announced the beginning of Keynesian economics by building new railways, airports, ports, roads etc. As well as this, because of peace with Italy and Spain, all mobilized troops in Africa has been demobilized and 75,000 troops on the Italian border and 50,000 on the Spanish border have been demobilized.

OP Action for all the decisions made before:

The Dutch and Belgians celebrated for the German's actions. Though over 700,000 (Approx. 840,000 Civilians) disagreed with the actions, and supported only being free rather than being recognized as a independent state, but only 100,000 that toke arms. The rest supported it, and formed a Militia of 150,000 men that will respond if the French invaded. The forces of the 5,000 Germans there trained the Belgian-Dutch army of 60,000 (The Militia were trained by the Belgian-Dutch Army), which were armed with Modern weapons, and had a arsenal of over 50,000 of the German tanks (previously posted IC).


French Companies shut down everywhere from males and families saying they will not work. They demanded no war, and that going to war is useless, seeing that the only reason the government did it was so they could oppress the Germans. They pointed out that the Dutch and the Belgians were fine with being a independent state and demanded they lowered the french army back to a size of 350,000. In the Military, 400,000 men abandoned their posts on the borders, with only 5,000 committing mutinies. The mutinies failed, well mostly. Only 67 Colonels died, with only 24 Generals dying also. Over 50 Officers were injured, and 4,000 were given court martials. Effect- 50% lower economy, 5% lower Military

German newly conscripted Soldiers demanded that they were released from Military service.
