Germany is an economic power, the nations around it Denmark and Poland begin economic collapse and they are unable to feed their citizens Germany intervenes and starts economic aid for the two nations. The nations accept this but an ultermaiden is offered to poland and Denmark. That support will continue and poland and Denmark will be reformed to greater power and to former glory if they become apart of the new German Central Europe. The nations had a month to decide before all support was withdrawn the population of Germany 84'234'567 all unanimously voted for the new United Europe.
Denmark accepted and it was the begging of the new United Central Europe. The Polish people were hesitant and declined, it was only until 3 months later when they lost over 100000 citizens to famine and malnutrition the new Germanic empire came and once again helped the people of Poland and the polish government realised they were at the mercy of the German people who helped them without complaining.
The Poland government became a state along with Denmark on the 26th June 2031. War had broken out a year before and all help from the international community was cut the USA worrying about war Russia and China fighting in the courtroom and Germany was polands only help.
