Oh. Well I suppose that would be something. Though in all honesty, people don't usually go and get involved when they see cops rushing somewhere and stuff. .

I don't think you need to ask permission to make more apps, considering Rup gave you permission already a while ago anyway.

I've thought of making a second character myself, but I feel like it's too soon for another. Don't mind me, though, those are just my thoughts.

Powers/abilities: To put it simply, she has humongous physical abilities. She can easily pick up a tractor-trailer and throw it dozens of yards away, move faster than sound, dodge bullets absent-mindedly, endure blows that would destroy a bunker and keep fighting after receiving wounds that would have put a berserker down a hundred times over ... potentially. However, being a sweet little girl, she lacks any fighting experience or knowledge, has no drive for it, fears both being hurt and hurting others and basically can't use her powers to a tenth of that potential. She actually freezes up and goes nearly unconscious when she is exposed to violence. Also, her English is quite fluent due to Silas's tutoring.
Weapons: Her body.
Personality: She is an unusually kind and gentle person, terribly shy towards strangers but quite warm and cheerful to those she likes. As mentioned above, she fears fighting, but can be fierce if cornered. She feels very protective of her non-meta brother Alexandre and has a kinda-sorta crush on Silas, and will do just about anything to defend them. She has a powerful phobia of violence, due to bad past experiences.
Likes: Alexandre, Silas, sour and/or spicy food, reading (especially novels), music, singing, dancing, sports, photography, rain, snow and bright sun, tea.
Dislikes: Violence, discrimination against non-metas, crowds, loneliness, sweet food, science studies.
Bio: Given her age and social position, there isn't much to say. Elise was born in 2006, along with her twin brother Alexandre, to a wealthy Parisian couple; her parents loved her very much but were usually absent for work, and she grew up with Alexandre as her main source of meaningful human interaction.
She lived an uneventful life until she was five years old: that was when, at school, she stepped up to defend Alexandre against bullies who were picking on him for being a non-meta. The fight escalated, and she accidentally tore three of the bullies apart. Following this, she was of course expelled from school and kept isolated in her family's mansion, where she was tutored by experts in lieu of going to school.
The only one who didn't fear her, and with which she developed a noteworthy relationship, turned out to be Silas; thus, she quickly became somewhat infatuated with him, and she hasn't told anyone about it - it's plain to see for Alexandre, though. She often drags her brother along to go and visit Silas at Wagnaria, where they are recognized as regular clients and offered advantages.

Powers/abilities: None per se, he's a non-meta. However, he has a perfect, eidetic memory, a great drive for learning and speaks - and reads - French, English, German, Dutch, Spanish, Portugese and Japanese fluently. He also has an uncanny ability to become an indistinct part of any crowd he's in.
Weapons: None.
Personality: Contrary to his sister Elise, he is rather cold, aloof and cynical for his age, and puts up an outgoing and cheerful front before strangers. Very intelligent and knowledgeable about a large variety of things, he is also very protective of Elise, and feels a kind of one-sided rivalry towards Silas despite appreciating the student - probably because their personalities are somewhat similar. He is very sarcastic and sharp-witted, and often described as arrogant. Could also be a tsundere.
Likes: Elise, Silas (but don't tell anyone), studying in general (especially sciences), reading (especially manga and light novels, untranslated), watching anime, surfing the Internet, philosophy, sweet food, crowds.
Dislikes: Music, singing, dancing (though he puts up with all three to humor Elise), sports, any kind of extreme weather (be it rain, snow or sun), sour and/or spicy food, discrimination against non-metas (obviously), being alone (in the meaning of "not having a crowd around him": he doesn't mind simple loneliness per se, but it makes him feel vulnerable).
Bio: Alexandre's early life was much the same as Elise's ... Up to the point when he was sent to school. There, he was frequently bullied and harassed for being a non-meta, until Elise save him by killing three of the culprits; however, he was then discharged from school, and home-schooled alongside his sister. Most of his tutors discriminated against him as a non-meta and/or feared Elise very much, so he didn't get close to anyone of them until Silas came along.
Alexandre disapproves of his sister's feelings for Silas, but nevertheless goes out of his way to support her, and he generally sticks to her whatever the situation.
Current location/situation: On his way to Wagnaria, in order to pay a visit to Silas.
