Bio: Ishimaru Kaito was born in Amegakure to a normal family but that quickly fell apart due to his father's demise on a A-ranked mission. His mother did her best to take care of him while he trained at the ninja academy to prepare for the Chūnin exams. Ishimaru's training payed off when he passed the Chūnin exam, glory was short lived as his mother made the decision to leave Amegakure and move Konohagakure. Ishimaru didn't argue as he only wanted to please the only mother he had in life. He transferred his skills to better use in the village hidden in the leaves.
Goals: Stay alive and return home once he has fun in the ninja life
Strengths: Well trained in Ninjutsu and Genjutsu due to his training in Amegakure
Weaknesses: Moderate in Taijutsu as he has a attacks from the shadows mentality

Current village of residence: None, he's presently rogue. He's traveling in the Western forest of the Fire country.
Appearance: Tall, lean and gracefully muscular, with pale white skin. His long white hair is kept in a bun with a thick plait on each side of his face. He has black eyes, hawkish features and bears the mark of the Kaguya clan (two red dots on the forehead). He usually wears a deep red yukata with a wide white obi, over the usual ninja pants, with geta. He carries around a gourd made of steel-plated solid gold containing tea, on a long chain.
Personality: Laid-back and easygoing, he tends not to seem very motivated for anything. However, that is a mere act: he is actually extremely determined once he sets a goal for himself, and doesn't mind using violence to attain any such goal.
Bio: Shimon was born in the Kaguya clan during one of their numerous wars. He was sent to the battlefield as a child, and spent most of his life fighting; the other clan members feared him due to his kekkei genkai (it is unusual even within the clan). When he was 22, he was sent with a unit of thirty ninja to destroy an enemy force near Amegakure; when they got there, it appeared the "enemy force" was constituted mainly of civilians who happened to be occupying the place. The other Kaguya ninja wanted to kill them, but Shimon decided that he didn't like the idea and massacred his unit before disappearing, thus going rogue. Since then, he has been wandering around looking for work.
Goals: For the time being, getting a position somewhere.
Strengths: Extraordinary taijutsu; powerful kekkei genkai; training in Wind release and basic genjutsu; advanced sealing techniques; shocking suppleness, bodily control and reflexes.
Weaknesses: His reserves of chakra are below average for a jounin, which makes him unable to use his kekkei genkai's full potential; moreover, it makes it imprudent for him to constantly enhance his physical prowess with chakra during fights, so he doesn't do that, instead releasing chakra in short bursts like Sakura and Tsunade do (basically, his average physical power and speed are inferior to those of most taijutsu specialists).
Specialty jutsu: Taijutsu (his form is unusual, resembling a mix of Praying Mantis kung fu, Zui Quan boxing and kali); he typically fights with a pair of batons made from his bones.

wears a white yukata under a typical samurai plate with a black obi belt and haori over the top of the armour. He also wears black hakama pants that are tucked into white socks in plain geta. A katana is inside a scabbered strapped to his waist.
Personality: Soramaru is a calm individual who is very trusting having abandoned his village due to an attempted assasination by fellow ninja, he is of a methodical and intelligent nature, though outwordly cold and shrewd, is of a very gentle nature inwardly.
Bio:

Soramaru Hoshitaka was born to a pair of Mist Ninja who didnt want a child to hold them from the Ninja life they had him set up on a stripend and placed under the care of the orphanage, though occasionally visiting he was very lonely as a child as his introversion didnt make many friends. After becoming a ninja he followed his parents career as a ninja and strived to live up to thier unspoken expectations, as an academy student he studied meticulously and thouroughly giving him the best grades over all of the primary subjects though this isolated him socially from the class. Upon his gradution he obeyed his Jounin-Instructor meticulously thruought the 1st Shinobi World War at the age of 12 leaving him very disturbed by the nature of his career. He recieved a field Graduation following the death of his Instructor to acting-Jounin as he led the 9 man squad of genin (as the three instructors and 3 veteran genin had been killed) to the end of the mission successfully upon the end of the war he seeked to be an acasemy instructor though this was denied and he was again placed in active service as a Jounin. An assasination attempt by his genin team (secretly under-cover ANBU) left him betrayed by the Village he served faithfully he vanished away to the Leaf Village and offered intel on the Mist for his safe transition into the Konoha Ninja forces where he has served for 2 years.

Goals: To live in a world without death and subterfuge.
Strengths: His Kenjutsu was unparalled within the Mist as he was to be a member of the original Seven Swordsmen before his escape along with his knowlegde of water and earth jutsu. His taijustu is also exceptional and above average for most Jounin
Weaknesses: His reliance on his Water and Ken Jutsu make him a somewhat predictable opponent and he often times suffers from Post Traumatic Stress attacks that can disrupt his fighting abilities
Specialty jutsu: Water Style: Spear of Izanagi

It was rather nice in my recap to see so many different people from different villages in the Hidden Leaf. Though to be fair, it does add the potential fro a traitor arc or something like that

I wasn't being sarcastic. And I wouldn't try that on Josuka, all five of his big sisters would beat you up. Especially Aiko, since she's a ninja. If she's still not tired from the grueling training that her Haruko-sensei and Oro-senpai is making her do, and having to help out with the pear orchards on top of that.
