The robots storm Primm, taking all Legion Forces left inside the Vault, to be put on the Treadmills.

Robobrain Lieutenant: Hello, Sir. Our forces are going to occupy Primm. We may not be able to move for a long while.
KL-04: Good, this will be our foothold. Make sure we have a large garrison in Primm. Send out Eyebot scouts. We will not move until our War Plans are prepared.
Robobrain: Yes, Sir. What about Patrols?
Kl-04: No. We must put all effort in not making a weak line between Vault 25 and Primm. We must wait.
Robobrain: Yes, Sir. Eyebots have been sent out.

"Yep, you're looking at an NCR Ranger"

"Cool man. How'd you get into the Rangers so quickly?"

Shepard shrugged. "Ranger whatshisface offered it"

A troop of three legionaries was walking along the nipton highway. Patroling from nipton to the road leading to mojave post was a tedious job. The profligates were so close, and yet Lanius had not ordered them to attack, and so they were forced to hold back.

The legionaries were silent, listening for signs of wildlife, but there was none to be heard. Most of the creatures in the area were scared off by the continuous traffic of refugees from the direction of highway 95 when the legion took the dam.

Suddenly, a load squish was heard, the two legionaries in front turned to see their comrade's head had exploded. Then the second legionary was knocked to the ground by a bullet to the chest. The third found the source, a black figure in the ruins of the nipton pit stop, a ranger. The legionary, his machete already drawn, charged. The ranger drew his shotgun, and shot the machete straight out of the legionary's hand. Unarmed, and doomed, the legionary stood still, unable to move or think.

"Where are you stationed?" The ranger asked.
"Go fuck yourself!"
"Wrong answer"
*bang* and the legionary's brain was filled with buckshot.

"True to caesar" said the ranger, with a raspy voice.

Shepard looked around. "I'm gonna get hiking, it'll be a long trip". With that, he began hiking south when he caught glimpse of Rangers killing Legionares. Cautious, he approached with his new Anti-Material Rifle. He looked at the bodies and nodded in approval. "So soldier, why are you here?".

Joshua looks down at Goodsprings. He notices that their aren't any Legionaries in the village, but he notices an army of Legionaries fast approaching and some of the villagers taking arms and getting ready for the raid. Joshua crouches. He pulls out his service rifle and takes aim... He pulls the trigger.multiple times until his magazine runs out, killing three of the raiders and injures one. The villagers open fire. Joshua reloads then continues firing. Seven more Legionnaires die, and three are injured. Joshua continues firing, as do the villagers. One of the villagers take a bullet to the head. Eventually another villager dies, but the Legion loses six more in return. Joshua then climbs down from the mountain, he shoots down another one, and then only four Legionaries remain. Joshua and the villagers open fire upon them, killing three, then injuring one. Joshua walls to the injured one. "Tell your boss you failed... Tell him we will fight and die for our right to live. Go." The legionary limps away. Joshua turns. "Everyone! Follow me! It's not safe here! They will return! We must unite, resist, and fight these bastards!" Only five of the villagers choose to follow Joshua

Joshua and the group makes a long walk to Jacobstown. Killing any Legionaries that attempt to follow. When they arrive, they immediately set up camp. They notice Shepard isn't around, and so, they wait for him to arrive.

The Legate breathed a heavy sigh as the courier read off the recent events within his realm. After he was done the Legate shooed him away and summoned whoever was waiting, it was the new High Military Consul "You wanted me sir?" he said as he got on one knee. The Legate stood "You may stand. I want you to declare over Radio Free Vegas (formerly Radio New Vegas)that The Legion has begun reforms. I want this repeated to the word, any slip ups and you will be...never mind. In a act of eternal gratitude I, Legate Lanius Caesar of the Glorious Legion, has formed a Senate. With me as its head it will be made up of a Representative of any and all major factions...even those horrid rebels raising hell around Primm and Goodsprings. All elected officials are to meet in New Vegas within the next two days if their submissions are to be counted. You got that?" The Consul nodded and hurried off.

He has invited any and all elected leaders to meet him in New Vegas within the next two days or their representatives will be locked out."

His position next to the road offered him a good spot to ambush the next small patrol through the area, hopefully one containing only three or four legionaries. He wanted a quick fight so he would have plenty of time to remove a legion uniform and stash the body. At the moment however, he was being perfectly still and was content to observe the two figures talking approximately 30 feet from his location.

One was so obviously from a vault it was almost a cliche', the other was a ranger with a strange accent. Both were apparently meeting for the first time, and any intel Trent could gain would be better than none, he couldn't bear the dishonor of returning to Hidden Valley after all this time with nothing to show for it. And so, he cradled his Marksman Carbine, keeping it at a casual ready just in case, and watched the two figures as they talked and strode ever closer.

The Legate watched as the officials began to pour into the Strip in anticipation for this new Senate the Legion was forming. He sighed and his second in command, Lucius, nudged him "Don't worry Legate, while the days of Caesar are ending fast a new one is just on the horizon. The Legion now will be more democratic unfortunately but if those damned Rebels lay down their arms, more peaceful." The Legate chuckled "And if they dont we can call them unreasonable or some shit, turn public opinion against them, let them wither away like a rotting corpse." His second chuckled at that "So Legate, where is this new Senate going to be?" The Legate threw his hands in the air "Fuck if I know, probably somewhere large enough for all these dickfaces." he said motioning to the crowd that was gathering. His second in command snapped his fingers "It can be at that artists former workshop, it has a huge open garage that would be perfect if it were to be cleared. Hey what happened to him anyway." The Legate pointed to a cross nearby "Probably went over there. And that is a good idea. It's proximity to Camp Legate would allow for quick response should fights break out." His second in command nodded thoughtfully "Are you really going to go through with this Legate? Before you were an---" he bit his lip before he said it. A ass. The Legate thought "I dont know Lucius. Something's change, the Legion is a great example." the Legate motioned to the new Senate "Two months ago if you said the Legion would have a democratically elected Senate I would have put you on a cross. But look at us now." He once again motioned to the people milling about in front of them. "So what are you going to do about the Traitors?" Lucius said. After a moment of thought the Legate responded "Send an unarmed Explorer or two with word of the Senate, if they are smart they would at least check it out." Lucius nodded and headed off to Camp Legate.

Joshua and his small squad of GoodSprings rebels set out to The Strip. Marcus was told to give Shepard a note when he arrived,saying he's headed to the strip for the senate and that GoodSprings supports us completely and that with the rebellion in power we could influence the CL Into democracy. The group arrived a day early into the strip.

And with that the Senate began. The Legate herded the men and women into the building and a large open garage, walls lined with Pre-War High school bleachers for the Senators to sit on. They also were stripped of all weapons* and other harmful devices which could be used to kill. The Legate walked out in front of the Bleachers to a podium with a microphone hooked to speakers situated up and down the Strip, his voice commanded the room and the silent murmers died as he began "Friends, Senators, Pioneers. I am Legate Lanius, Caesar of Ceasers Legion and I am here today to open the First Senate of the Legion. Gathered before me are men and women from all corners of the Wastes, from the Nellis Air Force Base to Nipton, from Red Rock to The Fort. Even Jacobstown has sent a super mutant here." The super mutant stood and bowed before sitting back down. "We even have the Pro-NCR Rebellion Representative here. And in the spirit of Truth I have had a doctor, Doc Mitchel cut loose the mask for me to reveal my face." The Legate gulped and lifted the front plate of the mask from his face.

*This means there will be no shooting and or fighting in the Senate. Any fighting will be a automatic ban, no warnings.

As the two walked the nipton highway, josh turned to shepard,

"I heard the broadcast, the legate is setting up a senate. I had heard he was cunning, and this confirms it. It sounds like a trap to me.

You don't show, you pass up your chance to have a say, and so you can't complain when the legion rolls over you. You do go, and the legate has all his enemies in one room... The legate is a brute, a monster so i've heard. I cannot see him truly believing in democracy... Even if it is no trap, it is not his way. There is a reason for this, there has to be.

I was thinking of setting up shop in the sewers of north vegas, even if the legion know it exists, i doubt they would go down there. If not, well i suppose i was gonna live in some cave and wander the wastes doing ambushes. But if you have a rebel gang, then fair enough, i'm good at making things go boom. And if you know any hot vegas gals with a ghoul fetish, heh heh, well let me know"

Out in the wasteland near some of the old vaults, Frumentary Gaius Aurelianus' luck had finally run out, thoroughly and irreversibly. His squad was gone, for starters... And his own future looked grim. A hostile Gatling Turret had sprung to life from the midst of a freaking bush, drilling Titus and Lucius full of holes before the Legionnaries could disable it, and then a Gauss rifle in the distance vaporized Cassius' brains and Brutus' ribcage. He then gave the good ol' dead run his best shot, but it didn't work. He felt a searing pain in his leg, and his knee crumbled to pulp. He tried to grab his pistol and he watched it disintegrate alongside his forearm. That was it, the end.

Death came to him in the shape of a young, short, stocky black woman with hazel eyes and purple dreadlocks on a mohawk, wearing some strange, armored hybrid between a robe and a trenchcoat, colored blood red. There was no mistaking her axe to grind: That was a girl on a vendetta. It took him a while to identify the girl wearing them as Brotherhood of Steel, but then everything clicked. Gaius clenched his teeth, this wasn't going to be pretty. He gazed up at her when she reached him: "Listen, I'd much appreciate it if you just got on with it.", he managed to groan. Judging from the prompt kick in the teeth that followed, it'd been the wrong thing to say. "Maybe someone somewhere gives half a flyin' shit about your feelings, but that sure ain't me.", the scribe from Hell hissed. Then she smirked: "Right now you probably wonderin' just how f***** you are. I'ma indulge your curiosity: Halfway between totally screwed and better off in Hell."

The Frumentary proved to be a tough sonuvabitch to crack: Try as she might (and Lord knows she tried) beating the living crap out of him simply didn't do it. Eventually she gave up and started to walk away. Surprisingly enough, the idea of dying by sunstroke and dehydration did what 'bootwork' couldn't, and the legionary started to talk in exchange for the promise of a mercy kill, although nothing he said sounded particularly useful. Once all was said and done, she punched the prisoner in the gut with her ballistic fist. "This one's for Watkins.". Another punch. "This one's for Veronica." And then she dealt the killing blow: "And this one's for my brother, Stanton."

Tyra looted the Legionnaries and left the corpses for the cazadors and the geckoes before returning to the Outpost to check up with the rest of the Remnants.

Was alive before the war, my soul was saved, my skin wasn't as lucky it seems. Lived in vegas for a spell till that House guy kicked most people out, so i went to the NCR, and ended up being a ranger. They never sent me east though, so i decided to go myself. Too late it seems. I have over 200 years expirience with humanity and let me tell you, if we are going to survive we need technology, medicine, science. The legion opposes these, they are taking us backwards, taking away freedom, democracy and progress. They are a cancer, and if they spread, they might doom us all. If you are going to fight with me you might wanna keep your distance, i've never been a good shot, so i use explosives so i don't have to. Mighty fine jumpsuit you have there, woulda thought it makes more sense to wear armour, but it's your arse.

You sure these muties can be trusted? Had to hunt down a few out west, healthy supply of minigun bullets too, and dumb as a bag of hammers.
