History:Jennifer is the last of the Bartlebys. She is the most reclusive and the most secretive. A natural fit for Slytherin her parents said. By her time it was not a surprise that she was separate from her siblings. She quickly made friends in her house, but found that she was more Slytherin than most. At home she was indeed the black sheep of the family. Not by looks, she fit in perfectly, but by actions. She enjoyed watched horror films and reading their equivalent novels. Always looking for things in the dark places of not only her home, but hogwarts as well. It is her goal to find more secrets than her sister, in a way to call for attention that her older siblings have no trouble finding.

History:Jeremy is the Oldest of the four Bartlebys. He grew up with a great aptitude for reading and studying, and has proved such in his pureblood home time and time again by showing off his abilities to learn advanced spells. History:Professor Cardon Gabricht did not grow up and live in Hogwarts, but in the east. However, ever since he was young and heard of the great things happening at Hogwarts he privately wished he went there. After finishing his schooling he immediately applied for the position of Professor of Transfiguration at Hogwarts. After strenuous work he got the job, and he does everything he can to prove that he belongs on staff.

However I think the Ministry would be following up on any magic practised regardless; since its not actually on Hogwarts grounds, it would be investigated I would think. Not only that but the staff at Hogwarts, if they found out, would definitely investigate disciplinary options for those responsible.

The ministry only seems to follow up on violations of the Statute of Secrecy. Underage magic in Hogsmede on the train and in wizarding houses seems to be entirely ignored.

She does it twice I think, once in the fist movie, for their general ratty-ness, then he breaks them again coming out of the chimney in the shop, so she takes care of it.

Ah, I suppose this is all pedantic anyway. We could just assume that magic is allowed on the train but, for obvious reasons, if the staff found out about any incidents there would be serious consequences. That would explain Malfoy's actions not being reported.
