The Imperator stood on his private balcony overlooking the stage grounds where two soccer teams stood at opposite ends of the grounds. He stood and rose his voice so everyone could hear. "LET THE GAMES BEGIN!" The crowd roared and the two teams started kicking the ball. The Praetorian behind him spoke. "Shall we return to the war games now sir?" The Imperator turned and started walking to the exit with the Praetorian guard following. "Yeah. Let's go." Twenty minutes later the Imperator led the military exercises of the NR Army in the southern fields outside New Rome. Completely unaware of things outside of his lands.

The grand duke looked at the bos guards and said "thank you that was truly a thrill" he said to his 30 guards "you may wait in the vaults waiting area" the grand duke walked into the "overseers office", shook hands with the elder and took a seat. "Good evening sir. I am Grand duke Corran. I am the Grand duke, owner, leader, innovator and overseer of vault 645 in addition to the island of Newfoundland. You may have heard of me by the radio but if I may, It is an honour to meet you, the leader of the USA military as I have been told. You must surely be a wise, and honest man indeed . These are a fe of my nobles here to my right and left."

"It is nice to meet you to Grand Duke Corran. It is also a pleasure." Tom said sitting down. The same guard that greeted Grad Duke Corran walked in and saluted Tom. Tom saluted back and he took a seat by Toms desk. The man took off his helmet and laid it on the ground. He said "hello I'm General Albert Roberts. It is a pleasure to meet you Grand Duke Corran." He said reaching out and shaked his hand. "So how much do you know about this new world? Could you tell us about the creatures you know first or you can start with anything you would like." Tom said.

Yes I could help you with that. I don't know much but So far I've seen numerous sea monsters, a black bear like creature we call a yow GUI, and a radioactive cockroach we call a radroach. We have seen the east coast from Newfoundland to Washington and west from Washington to here. Though mostly from the sky. While traveling I have learned that the amount of electricity in my airship is uncommon. I have mostly learned that to get through this world it takes a lot more sleeping gas then the vault to survive, the wastelands populace doesn't respond well to conversation and our skills tend to be very rare. So far since leaving the vault I have hosted an air show, a science fair, been a guest on a radio channel. Just like in the vault. I have created a vivid collection of artifacts from the east coast such as the USA Declaration of Independence and ya. I have come here searching for those that contacted me after hearing my radio broadcast and i think that must be you, am I correct? But mostly I have learned that the world has become a very lethal and inhospitable place. I am glad to meet a new person besides the 2000 in the vault.

Allister bent down and signed the treaty first as a sign of goodwill " Whose next? Seattle or BoS? In the meantime, We'll take our leave" Allister marche dout hsi men following him, they all boarded the Verti-Birds, and after 10 minutes getting everything loaded, they left for the Oil Rig.

Ben took it and signed it. And then turn to the Seattle people once Allister left
"Can we have some fuel and you do not know who these enclave are. We would like to keep a small base here to protect you."

German troops march victoriously throught the streets of Bremen, because now Germany has been unified. German soldiers ar enow being redirected towards Belgium and the Netherlands, along with France.
Warsaw
"Push, Push you pigs!" yelled a General to his troops. Warsaw, once a beautiful city pre-war now smoldering ruins, do to the German sieged out side. Soldiers charged into the city to see that the final guards of the city were nothing more then boys armed with pikes. Ten hours of siege led to the city being annexed by the Reich.

The Imperator feels it's high time New Rome expanded and got some actual borders. Splitting the NR Army into two Legions of 240 men the two Legions will spread to take Floyd County by taking the following settlements two at a time starting from New Rome:

Empire of New Rome, Floyd and Chattooga Counties, Georgia.

As the settlements of Floyd where being assimilated into New Romes empire after surrendering to its rule or being conquered, the 1st NR Legion regrouped and marched northwest into Chattooga Country. The Legion marched up State Route 1 to take Summerville then take the settlements of Cloudland, Lyerly, Menlo, Pennville, and Trion from Summerville the week after taking the city, finishing the first wave of expansion by New Rome.

Those who were not celebrating were the sceintist, who noticed the BoS looking shifty at them, looking at the tank and vertibird they wrer workign on oddly, a deep suspicion was grwoing

15 solider's and 5 scribes stayed at Seattle with two vertibirds. The other 13 took off and headed towards anchorage with will be a two day trip. Meanwhile the men that stayed walked around mapping out town. The scribes went to the overseer or leader of this city. They were on the fronts steps to going into his meeting building or where ever he is.

"I'm sorry but Mariposa is off limits. We have had contact with another group in Seattle but they sound like they hate us, and we just met a few days ago. FEV is Forced Evolutionary Virus." Tom said with a sign "we do not know much of it. The US goverment was working on it in 2077. Our founder Roger Maxson founded it. I'll show you some stuff in our history" he said typing stuff on a computer on his desk. He turned it around and it read,

Roger Maxson, a captain in the United States Army. Led by Colonel Robert Spindel, Maxson was part of a team sent on January 3, 2076 to monitor progress at a West-Tek facility in California, which was conducting research on behalf of the American government. On January 7, 2077, all West-Tek research and personnel – Maxson and his team included – were relocated to the newly constructed Mariposa Military Base in an effort to enhance security.

On October 10, 2077, Captain Maxson and his men discovered, to their horror, that the West-Tek scientists at Mariposa were using military prisoners as unwilling test subjects for their genetically engineered Forced Evolutionary Virus (F.E.V.). Morale in the base quickly collapsed and Colonel Spindel suffered a mental breakdown, eventually committing suicide five days later. In the midst of the crisis, Maxson's men turned to him for leadership. Captain Maxson proceeded to interrogate Robert Anderson, the chief scientist of the West-Tek research team stationed at Mariposa, learning the extent of their experiments. Anderson, along with most of his research team, were subsequently executed for their crimes.

Maxson, now in control of the base, declared his desertion from the United States Army via radio on October 20. To his confusion, he received no response from the chain-of-command, as the U.S. Army was currently focused on escalating conflicts with the Chinese. Three days later on October 23, both nations launched their entire nuclear arsenals. Within two hours, the Great War had ended and much of the Earth was reduced to a radioactive wasteland. The Mariposa Military Base survived the onslaught, its numerous safety protocols protecting the soldiers within from the radiation and the F.E.V., which had been accidentally released and was now seeping into the newborn Wasteland. Two days after the attack, on October 25, Captain Maxson sent one of his men, Platner, outside in protective power armor to scout the area and gather readings on the atmosphere. Platner reported no significant amounts of radiation in the surrounding area.

After burying the bodies of Anderson and his executed staff members, Captain Maxson and his men raided the base for various supplies and weapons schematics before sealing Mariposa and venturing off into the desert, eventually managing to regroup with surviving members, including Maxson's own wife and teenage son. The following weeks of travel inflicted casualties on the party at the hands of various raider gangs and the harsh conditions of the Wasteland. In November 2077, Captain Maxson eventually led his band of survivors to the safety of Lost Hills, a government fallout shelter. This journey came to be immortalized in Brotherhood lore as “the Exodus”.

In time, Captain Maxson set the bunker as the headquarters for his new organization, the Brotherhood of Steel. As the Brotherhood's first High Elder, Maxson sought to use Lost Hills' resources to help rebuild civilization – no matter the cost.

Tom slid the computer back around. He sighed again, "we believe the Enclave has the FEV but it is unknown. We also believe the FEV caused a lot of these mutations. We would also like to your stuff once we are done."

I noticed that your men are all dressed in a uniform style composed of electrically powered suits of armour, may I ask where you obtained it? I have maybe 10 but most are working but on display turned off and aren't used because I've found them to rare to properly repair should anything happen to them.
