History: Katla was recently ousted from her abode in the northern mountains. Bringing with her what she could she settled down in the Ettenmoors for a time and laid a small clutch. After raising her small clutch to the point where they can fly she is ready again for an adventure and to gain some booty.

Other: A small tribe of underling Goblins, Her clutch of three wyrmlings, and a small trove of valuables. Katla is also several hundred years old, though she is still quite young for a dragon.

It only states that it has to be backed by the cannon, and it is. 25,000 isn't that much at all, barely enough to launch an assault on Moria.

Yes. And I can, canonically, claim another hundred thousand Orcs, as can Liec claim another hundred thousand men. We're starting with lower numbers so recruitment won't push us up into the realm of the ludicrous.

Whilst I personally have no issues with a dragon, as long as it isn't OP but kept with reason (Yes, you'll be quite tough but nothing along the lines of Ancalagon the Black and such), I'd like the opinions of others as well.

There aren't, as far as I know. You have he undead from under the mountian, the souls.of the dead.marshes, and the Nazgûl, and those are as far as one can get.
