I can work that into the story in a dramatic way. He always has to be near Jack because Jack doesn't notice that it's a brain thing and doesn't realize he needs to completely fix it, and he gets crabbier and crabbier from the headaches and gets reckless...Okay, I'm seriously considering writing a character getting progressively more brain-damaged, and my only reference for the progression of an aneurysm patient is Buffy's mom in season 5.
