Name: Khan Noonien Singh (Just called Khan)
Appearance(Pics are fine):
Race: Enhanced Human
Age: 300+ ?
Gender: Male
Powers, abilities, and skills:
Enhanced Strength: Stronger then a normal human Khan can punch harder, jump further, and, obviously, lift heavier stuff then a normal human. Strangely, though, he doesn't appear to be able to run faster.
Enhanced Intelligence: Khan is smarter then most average people, but not really superhumanly so (Sadly, the person playing him is kind of dumb so this enhancement will probably not come in to play much).
Enhanced Regeneration: Khan can heal faster then most people, and can take much more damage then normal humans. Doesn't mean he can't die, though. Give him enough of a beating and eventually he'll weaken. It will take more then just punching him, though. If you punch him you're more likely to wear yourself out before he gets tired.
Equipment (If any): Phaser (Handgun type), Phaser rifle, and a Boolean gun (Will remove if too powerful)
Short backstory: I don't know entirely (Only seen the Khan of Star Trek: Into Darkness), but basically, he was 'created' (Or enhanced) around 300 years ago to bring peace to a war-torn time, though how he and his crew were meant to do this isn't entirely clear. Wrongly deemed war criminals after an accident, he and his crew were condemned to death, and ended up going in to cryo-stasis for 300+ years. Their ship was found after Vulcan was destroyed, and Khan was awoken by a Starfleet Admiral to help prepare for a war with the Klingons, which never actually happened. Khan attempted to smuggle his crew out, but was discovered and forced to flee. Believing that his crew had been killed, he sought revenge, blowing up a secret Starfleet base, as well as attacking a meeting of high-ranked Starfleet officers. After fleeing to Kronos, he would found by Captain Kirk and his crew, and surrendered when threatened with the missiles in which he had hidden his crew. Long story short, he used Kirk to get revenge, betrayed them for his own crew, and then sought more revenge when he believed that Kirk had killed his crew. Once caught, he was put back in to cryo-stasis, only to awaken again to find something slightly wrong with time.
Weaknesses: Well, if he's dismembered or blown up or something like that, he'll respond like an average human, though when it comes to dismemberment, probably with less screaming in pain. If he looses and arm, he can't like, re-grow it, and being bombed...Well, he'd just be dead. (Will figure out more if I have to.)
Universe they are from: Star Trek
He's mostly the same as Khan from the movie, but less...'savage'. Basically, he doesn't bring peace by wiping out any species deemed less superior or whatever it is that he and his crew were meant to do. Basically, he's not a super great person, but he's not entirely evil. Just revenge crazed.
