Name: Death Eaters
How large is the faction in numbers: 60 Death Eaters, 2,000 Snatchers(From the Ministry of Magic), and 200 Giants along with all the Dementors under Voldemorts control.
Short description of Tech level: Well, kinda 1900's since they only really use Magic...
Short history of the faction: The Death Eater's were founded by Voldemort. All f them follow and believe his words. Some follow out of fear, in fact most do. They were responsible for all the problems in the Harry Potter World and have been around for decades. They are few in number, but can manipulate others and have many organizations they have infiltrated and that they control secretly.
Race(s) the faction is made up of: All Humans

I had to do this faction other wise I couldnt have my Death Eaters....
