The decision of who'd win in a fight and who is more powerful might not be the same, and yeah both will have to be answered ICly.

Against Midora:

His "Gourmet Cells" are very similar to the enhancements Dagon has, so they're about evenly matched there.

His healing factor is probably lower than Dagon's as Dagon's healing factor is like Deadpool's (crazy powerful, but leaves you super disfigured.)

His gravity aura will definitely throw off Dagon's attacks. Dagon will probably have to use his suit to "overcharge" his weapons so they can actually hit Midora.

His imperceptibility will also be tough. Dagon will have to use the Suit's countermeasures to defend him, which can be very unpredictable.

Intimidation won't do much to Dagon, as he's frickin' crazy.

The Hungry Tongue will be an interesting thing to fight, but I'm not letting you eat my stuff!

From what I understand about Minority World, it sounds like you can fly. The Suit can fly as well, so it's flying fights FTW!

Mimicry/Mirror Neurons won't be a big factor because of how long it takes to mimic attacks.

Meteor Spice Dagon just needs to dodge. I'm not sure how powerful the attack is, so I don't know if the Suit can take it.

All in all, a good match!

Your healing factor is indeed quicker than Midora's, though regarding Durability I'd say Midora is physically tougher.

Minority World has a whole lot of other application than just flying - but that's pretty much the extent of what he can do just now, oh, and speeding up his regeneration slightly.

Oh, Midora is definitely tougher. That's why Dagon wears armor.

Minority World is sounding a lot like Dagon's Suit: capable of great things, but the user only knows a few tricks.

In the eyes of Asumar, he was angered, he wanted the name Masaki to be feared by all who uttered it's name, in order to do this, Asumar delved into the Forbidden Archives of the Celestials to learn their secrets that they left long ago before they went extinct, finding many forbidden secrets about the Celestials and their power, mastering a majority of those powers. During what was known to be the Great Conquest where the Old Masaki Dynasty went to war with many dictatorships and toppled all of them, Asumar Masaki was present on the planet of Rhen Var where he would fight his brother nearly to the death in The Valley of The Force, soon thereafter, Asumar Masaki was defeated by his brother, Severed from The Force, and banished to the Unknown Regions, barred from ever returning to the Old Masaki Dynasties Sovereign Territories.

At some point 136,176 years later, still remaining in the Unknown Regions, Asumar Masaki encountered a Masaki Guardian Legion, believing that the Masaki Warlord Council planned on killing him, he massacred the entire legion, eventually tracking where they landed, finding that there was a large army of Masaki Guardians in that area, suspicious of this, he found that the Old Masaki Dynasty was destroyed by the Imperial Federation a few thousand years ago, he met one of his farther related kin and killed him in combat, he would then have that Warlord's Masaki Guardians to Command, with this he began a plot to recreate the Old Masaki Dynasty in his very own image, of Order and Security.

For those who know all about the clusterfuck that is the WH40k universe, since it is not in my roster of, universes I have decent knowledge of, would you mind setting the setting up? Because I would have no idea where to start and would most likely ruin the experience. Especially for those who know what is going on.

Given the fact that from what I'm reading on the wiki, some characters might it significantly harder to survive than others. Those with healing factors and naturally high durability might be fine. But given the fact that there are some very powerful telepathic beings in WH40k which only a handful of characters can resist... It would be a good place for later in the RP when they decide to stop trying to kill each other.
