They would have to go after him most people are paranoid and there standard procedure is to kill all raiders who ,as cause trouble, they know nothing else then he's probably been scouting the defense we can't let him get away.

Single Person Equipment (About 10 to 15 items preferably, though less than that is perfectly fine if you want your character to not have much at all): ?

Brief Summary on Group/Person: Being far enough from the cites has its benefits, especially being in such a dry climate where the infection spreads a little more slowly with the lack of moisture to support the fungal spores. Jomax was just a small trade settlement till recently the town began to get more organized. Shortly after they got the mines running again they resorted function to the local gun factory pre-outbreak named as Arizona Response Systems. Producing larger amounts of AK model weapons. Most materials for the factory comes from either the mines or is scrapped and melted from nearby cars in the surrounding highways. Being a popular area for the old to retire, nearly every single person in the mile radius had more than ten guns in there homes anyways. On top nearly all of them supported there own loading benches leaving materials for ammunition plentiful. After several attacks, less form infected and more from bands of raiders the community became more united in the early days of the outbreak and in result became more militarized. Since then they have become the top weapons traders in Arizona, caravans bring guns to nearby towns while spreading the word of a large heavily militarized town spreads, leaving "immigrants" to flock in droves. Only those with needed skill sets or knowledge are aloud into the inner city wile the rest are guarded in what some would regard as "slums". Though many are grateful for the security, some remain angry over the lack of the right to vote in the city capital building or over the fact that they are forced to use smaller water ration tickets.

The government is a weak democracy, holding close to a representative democracy on most issues, the military presides over all however they maintain a "hands off" policy with most civilian laws. Most laws are of civilian agreement only while the military keeps with the basics, like: don't, kill, steal, rape or do anything to hamper progress of the group. If you are seen as weak or if you in any way can not provide or more or less " pull your own weight" you are banished to the slums. The military is brutal and if you break laws you are dealt with. To become a citizen of Jomax you must serve a 2 year period in the military/combat zones to witch you will receive your facial markings, or facial tattoos. Facial markings are a right of passage into citizenship in Jomax and represent ones occupation, social status, history and family. The young who are born into the city and outside alike are gathered from the age of 6 and inspected, once cleared, they begin there training there. The recruits began learning mandarin Chinese almost immediately, this is done in an attempt to code communications and keep military activity's from not military personnel. Once they are 14 years of age most are deemed old enough to began home defense. During this time, the children are given the roles of police, but are of course heavily supervised by a squad leader, who is usually a "lifer" in the military. By 16 they are assigned to patrols and by 18 they are assigned a unit and earn the right to facial markings, these are the men and women who will go outside the city and off the trails to combat bandit groups and other enemy groups of the state of Jomax. By the ages of 20 they have the chance to peruse other options of life, however; nearly all find security in there job and stay with the military, though some change there rolls in the military, nearly all stay till they are old or dead. These people are called "Lifers". Those in the slums see being a lifer as something to strive for and thus try to breed healthy children for the military in attempt to boost social standing and one day passage into the city. But those who do not server entirely, either for birth defects, health issues or other reasons are never give a there facial markings. These people who lack facial markings are titled as "Bare Face" loosely meaning, "Not to be trusted."

-Lack of Town wide power besides just a few buildings. (Capital building, military headquarters, gun factory's and the clinic are the only building with any power.)

im working on a group of different face tattoos from my culture. i drew some of the government officials and i will post pictures when im dont adding facial markings. i just dont know if i want them looking kinda like African war paint, native american war paint or even something different

Native American war paint is cool

yea lits of tiger stripe paint or maybe... like... a tribal tattoo looking thing from the pacific. im seeing what looks the best on the drawings. The paint is a war tactic aswell as camo, but it has ciltural meaning, like a birth rite saying they are of age to be a citizen of the city and not just some random fucker.

a jacko lantern look. where around the mouth is is painted black to look like a large demon mouth and the area around the eyes are painted to look dark and demonic.

now.. im thinking if the paint should be family oriented or occupation oriented. like military has one type of paint while the farmers have another?

so how do you like my app? any ideas or anything to improve? i did it while i was pretty tired so i understand if i need to fix some stuff. this place is going to have so many damn guns its insane. i may bring in crucifixions and maybe latter start construction of a small arena for fighing. i need to work out a prison too. maybe use the mines for that. wait. i know where! the concreet mixing yards up the roads! they can work the mines for materials and make my concreet for repairs.

I'm forming a general idea in my head, though I'm always bad at being entirely accurate when joining other peoples groups so I'm always iffy with ideas and usually ask repeatedly if it is fine, because I don't want to seem off.
