The United States of America denounces the Union of Socialist Parliaments' action in Egypt and the socialist upheaval in Ireland. The United States Congress has declared by a vote to declare the USP an enemy of freedom and world peace. The US congress had also passed an embargo on all imports and exports between the USP and the United States in response to bombing Alexandria and Cairo and inciting revolution. The United States will not do trade with a nation that threatens World Peace and bombs civilian centers to spread their political and ideologist ways. The US 6th fleet has already blockaded the Mediterranean between Italy and Libya, at the mouth of the Suez Canal, and will blockade the Aegen Sea. The blockade is in place to stop ships form the following nations from entering Egyptian waters:

-The USP
-The USSR
-The DRG
-Communist China

We hope that by cutting off trade with these nations that the violence in Egypt may quell once those being supported by the communist nations realize that they are a threat to world peace. Furthermore if the USP continues to act in aggression against the Kingdom of Egypt, the United States will call upon NATO and UFNO to assist in stoping aggression by any way the two organizations deem.

The USP may call our actions imperialist and a response on behalf of big business controlling the US government. However I will make it very clear that the US has not sought to invade a nation to impose our ways on a people. Since the end of the second world war, the United States has been working with many nations to rebuild and to defend free nations from invasion by communists and socialist regimes.

It was a shocker to the men and women in the office. They realized that if this came through to being a reality, then there would be war, and possibly a nuclear one. Immediately officers scrambled and sent the telegram to all other communist countries, warning of possible hostilities between the capitalist/imperialist countries. They then personally called up the commissar and alerted him of the situational update. He was furious;

"This situation is about to become a very bad thing. If they go and snatch up all of their formal territories, then war will most likely happen. Not only will the Ethiopians and the Libyans be pissed, but so will Tito. After all, Albania is now a part of Yugoslavia which would mean war. Fortunately for Major General Muhammad Naguib, the Parliament had ordered much of Egypt's force to key cities. The revolution must begin now, even if the British won't be coming. Word has reached Colonel Nasser's ears that Soviet Russia has launched a massive fleet, fully armed and with a lot of manpower, to reach Egypt to help the Reds.

Major General Muhammad Naguib only dispatches one message to all Red forces in Cairo, Port Said, and in the southern frontiers of Egypt-Sudan.

"Defect now. Get the king."

It is unclear exactly how many have pledged allegiance to the Socialist movement, but estimates by Major General Naguib's subordinates range from 20,000-30,000 from the original Egyptian Military. Many more are currently being dissuaded to defect, but its unsure if the huge loyalist force in Alexandria will be willing to defect to a Socialist Republic. Until then, Maj.Gen. Naguib must convene a meeting with the British superior officer in the Suez military installation to talk about the reinforcing military force that was promised, but has yet to arrive.

The Confederation of Cuba continued to strive for its independence from the ever growing sphere of the surrounding countries, and with the small population for a ground military considerable funding was put into the Navy. In an effort to not piss off the strong surrounding countries but remain out of the countries spheres the Confederation passed a law expanding the territorial waters of Cuba. The other Islands in the confederation will not be affected by this.

However, a growing force of communism was growing on mainland Cuba and Haiti/Dominican Republic. No violent outbreaks had occurred as of yet, but the protests were growing more widespread everyday and some feared that the threat would expand out to Bermuda, Cayman Islands, and the island of Cuba itself. Heavy police presence was at the protests, but this would not stop a violent outbreak if some civilians decided they would cause panic.

The Aircraft carrier that was being constructed was being prepared for launch within the next year, Cuba's first aircraft carrier was finally nearly done. It was glorious.

Bursting into the already started meeting, they were met by a combination of emotions clearly present on the faces of the Military men currently in conference. Between surprised, dismissive, and irritated, only one face held any warmth for the men. Rising from his seat at the head of the long conference table, Secretary of Defense Alan Chernov walked over to the six men, amiably shaking their hands.

"Its good that your finally here. Please, take your seats, and display the information that will tell these hardheaded military bears, what I have been trying to warn them off for the past two days."

Wasting no time, the two men carrying the evidenced, displayed the originals in the middle of the table, while passing out copies around the table for each individual to have.

"While our informants were not able to retrieve the full details of the first message, full success was met in the interception of the second, which will prove our theory's. "I'm sorry sir, but only state, national and international officials are allowed to use that line. If you would like, perhaps I could connect you to the White House tourism office-" stated the still cheery voice.

"Madame, I require the contact of the President of the United States for very serious reasons," replied Sergie, his voice modulating to a commanding tone, as Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service he had developed that one well over the years.

"Operator, if you will not allow me direct contact, please write this note down and take it to the leader of the FBI Agents, no doubt taping this call."

Hanging up the phone quickly, Sergei took a look around the cramp apartment, where him and 8 other FSR agents have had to call home. These days, no telling what minor, bureaucratic flunky at the embassy could be working for Stalin, Tito, or anyone of the hundred of so-called "Liberators of the Proletariat."

Acquiescing to this strange request from a stranger person, the flustered operator lifted herself out of her seat, and took the note to the 3 Federal Agents, quietly observing and recording in the corner office.

"He said that it was to go to you, and that you would know what it meant." she said, still a bit perturbed by the strangeness of this entire experience. Her already aroused curiosity was expanded by leaps, when the leader of the Federal agents read the strange note, swore loudly and literally bounded out of the Switchboard office, with his two fellow agents trying to catch up.

The US secretary of defense was seated in the conference room nearly 50 feet below the main floor of the Pentagon. This part of the building was highly classified and was stated to not even exist beyond the highest levels of the government. He tapped his fingers as he waited with the head of the Navy, Army, and Airforce. Today they were going to get a briefing from those who 'specialized' in war.

6 men entered into the room and shook hands with the four men that were already seated. Once everyone was seated one of the men stood up.

"My name is Francis Vincennes. I am a military analyst from West Point and these are my partners who graduated from the other US military academies. Our job in the Pentagon is to plan out the wars we could fight. We have worked with countless members of all branches of the military and taken statistics from the second world war to determine the man-power, supplies, intelligence, and weapons needed to fight our wars. In the 1920's our military had planed out a series of color-coded war plans to defend the United States. One of those plans was code named "War Plan Red"; for those who do not know, War Plan Red was to be used int he event of an escalation in tensions between the United States and the British Empire. The plan called for an attack into Canada to seize British interests and destroy any way Britain could retaliate. After about 1935 the plan was out dated and was scrapped at the on set of WW2.

However the recent rise of the Union of Socialist Parliaments has brought some life back into this war plan. However to meet the standards of today's technology we have rewritten the plan for a war on Britain titled Operation Anglo."

He clicked a button on the table and the room projector came on and a map of the Atlantic appeared.

"As you can see my partners and I have been planning for the past 6 years for a situation like the one facing us today. With Canada as an independent state, we can instead focus on the British Isles. As of this time we currently are technologically and numerically superior to the USP. We use the M1 Garand rifle and the M2 carbine while they rely on the Lee Enfield bolt action rifle. Their Centurion tank has become a very powerful battle tank but our M26 Pershing has shown to be about as advanced as the Centurion. Our Air forces is far superior with the B-29 that can deliver atomic weapons and the F-86 air superiority fighter. We have 17 fleet carriers, over 200 destroyers and 15 cruisers that continue to raise in number much faster than their navy can rebuild after WWII."

The Secretary of Defense looked at Vincennes and asked him a question. "So are you saying that in a war with the USP, that the US and it's allies could defeat the USP and it's allies in a war?"

"From the numbers of WW2 and the tactics that the military is using now, I can say that we will."

It was exactly what the secretary wanted to hear.

But that would mean an invasion of Malta and Gibraltar, and an intervention in Korea. He then started to think of a war plan. In a secret planning room, he talked with his top military officials and they started to plan the invasion. Stalin shifted in his seat as the man stopped speaking. He thought about what would happen if he had ordered the Soviet delegation to pull out their pistols and shoot the wretched men dead. But, he knew he would not escape from it, neither would his country.

"Gentlemen, this meeting shall be shrouded in secrecy. I'm sure none of us would like for anyone to know that we came to terms with our enemy. Now, an offer."

He turned to Medvedev.
"We ask for a non-aggression pact that shall be honored to the fullest extent posible. In return, we shall designate two manufacturing and industrial zones to operate within our country. But there is a catch to that, one of the zones must actively produce the AK-47 which you will sell back to us at 75% it's original cost. After we've acquired 10,000 it can produce whatever it wants. Also, I will grant you the previous terms mentioned but only for these two zones.

-The ability for businesses in both nations to outsource and establish a commercial presence
-The freedom to expand, to interwork, and to conglomerate within reason
-The agreement against monopolies, both public and private
-The guarentee that business property and company products will be respected
-The guarentee that business will be safe from Government Nationalization

80 miles from the North Sea, The Mediterranean Task Force

The large Soviet fleet that had disembarked from Arkhangelsk, was moving swiftly through the winter seas. In a week, that had been close to the North Sea and had managed to remain secretive despite the size of the fleet.

The transports of 50,000 Soviet Troops was also not far behind as they had left two days after the main battle fleet.

KGB Headquarters, Ivanograd, Soviet Union

The directory that had been formed to infiltrate the United States had been undergoing training for the entire month of January. The men were afforded the highest possible education of the world and its current situation so that they could be better acquainted with how to deal with certain situations. However, the pace had changed, previously all of the agents were going to the US, but they would be split to establish cells of their own in each country. There were six agents in all who formed the Abroad Intelligence Directorate. Since they had all learned to speak English, their disguises would take the form of Americans in different fields such as businessmen, tourists, actors, and other inconspicuous occupations. Two were sent to the UFCR, one to the USA, one to Spain, another to Egypt, and the last to China.

Also, a message from the United States had been intercepted by the ever growing organisation of the KGB. Stalin had invested millions of rubles into perfecting this agency. At some points, it received more funding than the military. They were very easy to decode as the Americans did not even bother to encrypt the messages.

This news had indicated that the US and possibly UFCR would be taking action in order to hinder the progress of the Soviets and British. Pokorny was outraged and immediately drafted a letter that would be sent with the utmost security.

Foreign Minister Alberto Martín-Artajo y Álvarez approached the Generalissimo-Presidente to seek his advice about the news report of a Soviet fleet going to enforce the Egyptian socialists, but will come from the Baltic. The Atlantic Fleet, according to the commanding Admiral Sebastino Flavier-Jordana via phone call, will make sure that the combined British-Soviet fleets will never relieve both the Gibraltar isthmus and the Egyptian crisis with the combined Spanish-American-Italian fleets. The Spanish Atlantic Fleet had already formed enough perimeter not to let the British get through the mouth end of the Mediterranean by dividing the two task forces: one at the mouth and the other will harass the British ships back without firing a shot.

As Martin-Artajo and Flavier-Jordana made their chatter, Franco signaled a man wearing a Falangist uniform to leave the room as the two generals talked. The man smiled and left with a Roman salute, which Franco undeniably received and returned. He writes a note to the Foreign Minister and hands it to him silently and calm. Alberto reads it and left the room, dropping the phone call after their talk.

The migration officials were informed by the Foreign Minister to stricter implementation of migration laws, particularly authenticity of documents of those who wanted to enter the city. After a memorandum issued by the Minister, there were already 107 persons being held in the airport detention sections for maladjustment and falsification of documents. Most of them came from the Baltic, China, and even from the US. Although the only considered corporal punishment for violators is death, the Generalissimo-Presidente considered to repatriate them back to their homeland. The situation is still hot in the 1704 border of Spain and Gibraltar after the latter had been breached by the Spanish regiments to reclaim the neutral zone and rebuilt a wall between the two entities. The Spanish ground command mentioned of invading the isthmus, but they are still waiting for the Presidente's next orders through their superiors. The ports had been blockaded by the Spanish naval forces stationed near the area and until now, Spain pressures Britain to stop attacking Egypt by doing this military operations. Not only that Spain risks a world war, which the Government is not inclined to hear again and disregard, is that they blame Britain of intervening with the affairs of the Egyptian people, beyond the aid extended by the Spanish. But the Foreign Minister explained that the 'aid' that the media talks about was the regiment sent to secure the Spanish embassy in Egypt.

The clock Struck Midnight. The revolution began, USP forces under the banner of the Socialist party of Ireland (S.P.I) cross the northern Irish boarder. 25,000 soldiers in total, supported by 7200 conscripts, artillery and 125 tanks. The 723 non-Irish soldiers in northern Ireland were left, they weren't to take part in the liberation.

They were under orders to take the major population centers, working their way down from the border calling on the population to rise up and join their comrades in the revolution. 28,000 Irish communist exiles trained and armed by the USP were now in landing craft steaming towards the Dublin dockside. The men were nervous. Many remembered story's of Omaha beach but their were no cliffs here, the Capitalists didn't even know where they were landing right?. Southern Ireland was a hotbed of communist dissent. As the clock struck 12 communist fractions across the south and in cork rose up. Armed by the USP and from what they could scavenge these Revolutionary's were disorginised converging on government buildings and military posts. The Irish Soldiers in cork were led by a Communist sympathizer ,General Sean McCarthys and many of the troops themselves were conspiritures in the Revolution. The city raised Socialist Party Of Ireland flags and McCarthy prepared to lead the Revolutionary forces in the south.

After searching for the Soviet fleet for hours the Captain of the Tang stayed in the area near the Iceland pass. At around 0200 hours they got a flash message from USLANTCOM ordering all US Atlantic ships not involved in the blockage of the Mediterranean to move 100 miles east of Ireland and await further orders. This was something no one had thought about. US submarines attacking Anglo ships. Many of the men onboard the Tang were Irish-Americans who immediately were excited about defending their ancestors homeland.

The United Staes will openly support the government of The Republic of Ireland in their struggle to regain control of their nation from Socialist revolutionaries. The US 4th fleet is moving from the central Atlantic to the Irish coast to provide air support for the Loyal Irish forces and to offload 10,000 US marines to the Eastern Irish Coast in order to assist the outnumbered Irish Army and Airforce. The US navy will also impose a no fly-zone over the whole of Ireland and enforce a blockade around the entire island. Any ship trying to cross within 5 miles of the Irish coast will be attacked by the United States Navy on the count that they are aiding the socialist rebels.

This is not a declaration of war since there should be not foreign involvement by any state to assist the barbaric socialist revolutionaries who have murdered civilians with car bombs and shootings in the past few months. The United States takes no responsibility for any man of another state dying in Ireland because they were in league with the socialist revolutionaries trying to overthrow a legitimate government.

Conor McGroven was sleeping in one of the houses of an IRA soldier. He remembered visiting Ireland when he was a child in 1926 with his family. Once in Dublin they were introduced to their commander Lt. Col. Allen O'Donnell; a 30 year old Irish soldier who was in need of some men. They were split up among a few hundred families who were loyal to the IRA and given room and board.

At 0002 hours Conor was snapped awake by the sound of an explosion. He rubbed his eyes and walked over to the window slowly. It must have been a firework, crazy Irish, he said to himself. However when he got to the window he saw fires burning near the harbor and hundreds of boats with men in them. He immediately snapped out of his trance like state. He put on his pants and then began to button up his shirt when his door opened.

"McGroven get you asses out here, the war has begun." His friend yelled as he keep banging on the doors of the top floor.

The last few days had been the most tense and nerve wracking hours the Egyptian Parliament had ever faced in their lives. The infant King Fuad, could not even comprehend what was going on, but he too was uneasy. At least that's what they claimed. The British attack on the fleets at Alexandria and Damietta had forced the entirety of the Parliament into absolute silence. Their worst fears had at last, come true. Many a great man had resigned from their posts that day, but Omar Youssef, the elected Chairman of the Egyptian Reactionary Government knew that he had to stand tall and defend the remnants of his old state, even if he was the last man alive.

The British actions played out very well, but were quite expected. They obviously went for the major ports at Damietta, Alexandria and even sought to seize the Suez Canal with infantry. The capital would need to be defended but Youssef sought to go on the offensive. In fact, he fought in WWII in Hitler's Afrika Korps, so he was accustomed to the warfare of the desert. After taking the port of Alexandria, the British would obviously land troops to begin the march on Cairo, but they would be denied a two-front advance. The first Army stationed in Alexandra witnessed the destruction of the naval forces there, and were ordered to immediately begin marching to deploy into a defensive line stretching from Al-Mansurah to the city of Memphis. Therefore, any British advance from the west would have to face an entrenched Egyptian army. They would be deployed into defensive positions consisting of barricades for towns, dug in outposts in the desert, and some sections deployed into old abandoned fortresses. They had half of the tanks the Egyptian Army had ever received so they were deployed throughout these positions also. 30,000 men in all were deployed in this defensive line.

The other army, consisting of 50,000 men would also form a defensive line, but it would be behind the main lines, as the Egyptian Second Army would move on the advance towards the Sinai Peninsula. The defensive portion consisting of 8,000 troops deployed from Tanta to Memphis and would protect the outskirts of Cairo and would alert the main armies of a flanking movement. The other 42,000 immediately began the march to retake Damietta. The British would be unable to resupply their troops due to the blockade at Gibraltar, so a siege could possibly destroy the attacking troops. They would reach Port Said in around 4 or 5 days.

There was also the issue of defections. Within the main Egyptian army not many defected and their reasons were merely personal. But, many in guard positions, government posts, and others pledged their loyalty to the Socialist forces. However, Cairo and much of the highly controlled cities had been put under martial law, so no one could get in or out. Telegraph lines were monitored and in some cases, peoples' private homes. So, because of this intelligence the Egyptian Army was able to root out around 3,000 or so suspected defectors and many of them were hung and shot publicly. None were given quarter. This would serve to quell any sort of resistance.

Youssef was faced with the resignations of many prominent members of the Parliament, so he saw this as a chance to proclaim his authority over what little Egypt still controlled. His next move was to completely dissolve the useless Parliament and he instead relied on a council of 12 men to give him advice. The martial law and curfew proclamations were still in effect and much of the male population was mobilised as a defense of these regions. In all, an extra 20,000 men were raised from these prominent cities and even the cities down the Nile River. Aproximately 10,000 were sent to bolster the forces of the Egyptian Second Army.

Troops with rifles across the street fired at the men, and killed them. The King was saved, for now. The government turned their attention to the Egyptian crisis, and had a very good idea about it. "We can promise the US we can help them, in exchange for all of our former colonies back!" "Good idea, I shall send the message."

Stalin and the rest of his delegation had finally returned from the meeting with the White Russians at Kalingrad. Acceptable terms had been reached. Stalin had gotten the much needed non-aggression pact while he granted the Russians two industrial zones within the Soviet Union and subsequent commercial rights. However, he preferred to keep this news fairly unknown to the rest of the country and also abroad as he did not want the world to think the Soviets were weak.

While in Kalingrad, he had been receiving vital information about the much delicate situation and Egypt and he had given orders for the Mediterranean Task Force to disembark if the situation escalated. The fleet was currently in the North Sea and headed to Gibraltar. They would likely run out of fuel so they sought to dock somewhere in Britain possibly until the blockade at Gibraltar was lifted. They also had 50,000 troops meant for Egypt, but some could be spared for Britain's efforts against the Irish Capitalists.

Perhaps the best thing about this arrangement was the ambiguity of it all. This stray thought came about in the mind of one Davos Shek, a Croat-turned-respectible-Russian-business-man. Thanks to the Whites love of free enterprise and winner-take-all mentality. Of course, the treaty agreement limited the corporation he was working for to a particular development zone. It but no restrictions, however, on the amount of business conducted within that zone.

Since both MaRussia, and Ergo Industries were giants in their own right, they had long ago learned the value of marketing their business lable as well as their product. And in a consumer starved wasteland, ripe for the picking for the early birds, sat a consumer based untouched by the likes of these companies. Predicted profit margins were literally flowing out of the ears of the Board of Directors. And what was the price? 10,000 A.K-47's. With the U.F.C.R. arsenal now working at full capacity since the decleration of involvement in international affairs overseas, it seemed that a possible war may be seen on the horizens. Best stock up right? So while the U.F.C.R was continually adding to their own substantial sum of automatics, the business and government leaders did not see why they could not faze out the older models by sending them to the Russians. Let them handle the early, defaulted beasts. Why not? When all this machinery in the Republics could crank out the newest, sleakest improved variations for their own troops.

So they would develop with what they had. They would bid their time, and watch as the consumer revolution took on a form of its own. Only time would tell how much a mark was made.

Admiral Grosky, newly returned from the Capitol, could view the entirty of the docks from his position, high above in his offices which overlooked the entire shipyard. Turning back to his desk, he looked at the newly delivered memorandum, reinforcing his already stated orders.

Good Evening Admiral,

Do to deteriorating relations with the ever miliateristic political leadership in Great Britian, and possible Soviet Communist involvement in the Egyptian crises, I find that I have no choice but to seek to aid through strong-willed diplomacy. You, and the Black Baltic Fleet, must be the visual arm of this initative. You will find orders for the current time, as well as a set of sealed orders, which shall not be opened until you reach the set desination or hostile contact is met on the seas.

Three select individuals will join you in this venture including Vice Admiral Abramovich, Rear Admiral Dorofeyev and Rear Admiral Yeltsin. Sea Marshal Marko Aleksandrovich Ramius will be acting commander-and-chief for the time remaining for this operation. Should the Americans agree to the carrier exchange, you will retain your ship and the Sea Marshal will commandier one of the stated Carriers.

Otherwise, you will relinquish command of the Battleship Dreadnaught Sevastapol, and command the Battleship Potemkin.

And additional fleet of transports will be added amongst the fleets in anticipation for possible invasion, if neccesary. They are to avoid all contact from any possible avenue of discovery. Allied, Enemy, or Neutral. Repeat: They cannot be discovered until deployment.

During tranzit, the transports will not be flying any flags. If absolutly neccesary, raise a Finnish, or Soviet banners. Only combat naval craft will fly the U.C.F.R. flag. The men, arms, and veichles themselves will have no idetification or proof markings, so to avoid any connection to the U.F.C.R. in any possible way. Upon pain of death, the military contigent will refer to themselves as "freedom fighters", and "volunteers for the cause."

The contingent consists of 1 Marine Infantry Corps, 3 Mechanized Brigades, 3 Marine Tank Battalions, 2 Anti-Aircraft Batteries and 3 Mobile Artillary Battalions. They will be under the command of Marine Major-General Rasskazov. Upon landing at specified location, they are to disembark and proceed to continue with their objective.

Bajram stood on the deck, with his binoculars, with his signal gun and coffee, and wearing his raincoat, all in the rain. His destroyer was sailing near Sevastopol as a routine patrol, and he was one of the few spotters on the deck who were vigilant for any Capitalist activity that might mean provocation towards the state. "This is so pointless" he thought, partly 50% of the time he was on the deck, with the other half running around trying to not slip while running around the large 140mm B-13 main cannon situated near his post. Ironically, some spotters are allowed to get a portable chair and set it down at their post, but he wasn't, which he pondered of why and how he could be degraded in such a way. " Those cheeky bastards, why are they allowed to get chairs? This is beyond ridiculous! I wish we weren't in this rain and we could dock somewhere every few days. " he pondered in his head, adding more questions until he sees a silhouette he can't exactly identify due to the drizzling rain and fog breaking up the shape, but he knew it was big enough to be a patrol boat that could have torpedoes. He then notices the other spotters notice as well, keeping watch on the ship, and he zooms in with his binoculars. " I still can't see a darn thing! What the heck is it? " he thinks as it actually gets closer, and then the destroyer jerks to the left, towards the ship that was going towards them. He then heard the hum of hydraulics pushing the B-13 gun to a mark, and then, flare guns and their shrieks cracked the air with ear drum shattering sound.

The ship kept on coming, and it was then the loud speakers were brought up to tell the boat to scram, to go back to where it came from. Unfortunately, the boat was actually a yacht, as some spotters wanted action but they couldn't get it, and the occupants on the boat yelled and laughed at the vigilant crew, being drunk and sticking up the bird. One the spotters almost threw a grenade from the armoury into the boat, but he was smart enough to not lose his job and life. " Ok, it seems like some drunks think they can play with us I guess... So we'll give them more of a good time then they are experiencing! " yells an officer, much to the crowds pleasure, which gives the captain of the ship an idea, giving the order to trail the yacht and get by it at full speed ahead. As soon as the frigate got next to the yacht, blank shells were placed inside the guns and rotten food was thrown overboard onto the little alcoholics, making it a party of the days. " FIRRREEE! " yells a fire control officer in the fire control table room, allowing the press of the buttons, allowing guns to commence the deafening shots of 140mm worth of Soviet Albanian firepower, which wasn't enough to wipe out capitalists but who really cares? Surprised and scared out of their minds, the offenders bugger off in their yacht, which makes Bajram happy both on the outside and the inside..... " Now thats fun "



The Emissary, one of many Leningrad destroyers in Albanian service. Not used by the Soviets anymore in the late 1930s to 40s, the Albanians took advantage of the surplus and actually bought a license to produce these after being under Soviet influence.

Off the Albanian Coast, near Vlorë, Amastian Light frigate, and flagship, Amastia

A short man, wearing a raincoat and a grey fedora, holding a white cup full of coffee and a half-eaten doughnut, stands on the deck of the light cruiser Amastia. He is the honorary commander of a small task force of only 1 light cruiser and 4 destroyers. He is the Amastian foreign minster; Andre Wellov, currently on a mission to establish diplomatic ties to both Yugoslavia and Albania. He also is there to try to convince Enver Hoxha to sway away from the USSR spear of influence and join a proposed Yugo-Amastian-Albanian pact.

After standing on the bridge, he walks into the bridge and talks with the captain. After awhile, he walks back to his bunk and opens up his suitcase. Inside are various documents for Hoxha to read over and sign. But at the very bottom, there was a big file. He looked at it, and it said Top Secret. It was signed by the Commissar himself. He opened it. He started to look around and saw numerous photos and documents. These were forged, however. And behind all of these documents and photos, a letter written and signed by the commissar fell out. It was short, but important;

"Comrade Andre Wellov. Items in this file are top secret. They are forged documents created to "help convince" Hoxha that the Soviets are bad, and are plotting against them. Only use these after you have tried everything to convince him. Remember, ONLY to be used AS A LAST RESORT. Good luck comrade, and make sure he knows, that Italy is a threat."

He sat on his bed, thinking about the upcoming meeting. He then turned off the light and went to sleep.
