Off the Albanian Coast, near Vlorë, Amastian Light frigate, and flagship, Amastia
5:15 PM

A short man, wearing a raincoat and a grey fedora, holding a white cup full of coffee and a half-eaten doughnut, stands on the deck of the light cruiser Amastia. He is the honorary commander of a small task force of only 1 light cruiser and 4 destroyers. He is the Amastian foreign minster; Andre Wellov, currently on a mission to establish diplomatic ties to both Yugoslavia and Albania. He also is there to try to convince Enver Hoxha to sway away from the USSR spear of influence and join a proposed Yugo-Amastian-Albanian pact.

After standing on the bridge, he walks into the bridge and talks with the captain. After awhile, he walks back to his bunk and opens up his suitcase. Inside are various documents for Hoxha to read over and sign. But at the very bottom, there was a big file. He looked at it, and it said Top Secret. It was signed by the Commissar himself. He opened it. He started to look around and saw numerous photos and documents. These were forged, however. And behind all of these documents and photos, a letter written and signed by the commissar fell out. It was short, but important;

"Comrade Andre Wellov. Items in this file are top secret. They are forged documents created to "help convince" Hoxha that the Soviets are bad, and are plotting against them. Only use these after you have tried everything to convince him. Remember, ONLY to be used AS A LAST RESORT. Good luck comrade, and make sure he knows, that Italy is a threat."

He sat on his bed, thinking about the upcoming meeting. He then turned off the light and went to sleep.

"Is é an sprioc i bhfianaise agus tá sé ag cur báistí go trom." he said which meant in Irish, The target is in view and it is raining heavily. On the other ship was a sailor named Gearóid McDonagh who was only 20. He sent a message in morse "Tobermory is in view. We're going to attack soon. Order immediately."

Message: Following your recent annexations of the nations of Southern Asia, I must take it upon myself and my nation to condemn your actions.

Your armaments offered to the Egyptian people are greatly appreciated, however, payment for these nor their return to the Chinese nation will be granted nor guaranteed without the re-establishment of the nations you have so wrongfully annexed into the People's Republic of China and appropriate war reparations be made to the respective nations and their peoples.

For now, the Egyptian Socialist Republic condemns the People's Republic of China. Your envoys to our nation must be exiled to the territories of the P.R.C., and our envoys in Beijing will be returning. All armament, supply, and foods sold/donated to the Egyptian Republic will not be compensated for. Any and all People's Liberation Army personnel must be evacuated from Egyptian soil, or they will be arrested and tried for Espionage, Trespassing, and any other charges deemed necessary by the Court and Persecution trying them.

Trucks enter and exit the gates, soldiers guard and watch from the daunting wooden towers and guard boxes that dot around the gates of the installation. Meanwhile, 2 guards smoke cigarettes while watching over a loading operation of munitions for the navy, an estimated 2+ tons of 140mm B-13 ammunition for Leningrad classes. " Faton, why do you look so chubby you fat-arse, Im only half your size! " laughs the guard named Genti, which makes Faton cross his arms in disapproval, " Atleast I don't eat seeds that are for the birds everyday! " counters Faton, laughing while lighting his cigarette. A little while later, Genti asks " Hey, you know whats going on in Egypt? It's crazy over there, you gotta know! ", being answered by Faton, " Yeah, I think its a civil war or just some real unrest... ".

The two guards start down a street to watch some of the trucks move around and get near the jeep that had a DP and some hot choco. " Genti, who do you support for the Egyptians if you know about this? " asks Faton, who gets the funny answer of " The Soviets, thats right. ", laughing with impunity towards what he just said, but he stops laughing after 30 minutes. " Really, why do they call it the 'Cold War' when everyone's been fighting lately like wolves over a piece of meat. " says Faton seriously, making it tense between the two guards, " Yeah, I think its because the name would be properly changed to something else when some stupid dope thinks about dropping an atomic bomb on Europe or even worse, us specifically and St. Petersburg. " says Genti, who blows his cigarette, drops it and smashes it with his black, tin toed boot. " Everyone would be more then squashed like a bug, they would be disintegrated, no trace left, only the remains of fractured lives and nations, all down into ruin. " continues Genti, who checks his guns magazine, and then drinks more hot choco. Faton stares in grim emotion towards his comrade, who said something that defied his very logic of his friend, but for everyone's sake, he could be right.
