Oh yea, I have no idea. I personally thought that the Ottomans owned it. But we could just leave it as neutral since we don't know for sure.

Like I said, I could never find a 100% accurate map on 1900 for some reason, as reliable sources seem to have differing maps of who owned what. I guess we'll give it to the ottomans for now.

Actually, I have decided not to further my ventures into this RP. I am sorry to leave, I just feel that I have had enough of nation RPs for a while, especially since the last to I was in just ended.
