Hey, didn't we mess up with Germany's max possible conscription?
It's 8,000,000, which is almost twice as much as it should be (aka 8%).
For comparison, Russia has a population of over 125,000,000, Germany has 56,000,000, yet Russia has a max conscription of 9,000,000?

I was wondering if I could be Korea? I didn't see an app for Japan, although I saw the reservation and a post in the IC. I ask since according to the op this RP seems like a historical RP and not a Alternate History RP, at least in the beginning. But I noticed Korea is listed as part of Japan even though it was not annexed until 1910.

Sorry about Japan, the thing with Korea is, even though it was not annexed until 1910, it was made a puppet of Japan in 1895, following the First Sino-Japanese War, and that is why I included that, and a small part of Manchuria. If you wish to play Korea, you are free to make a app.

Well the thing is, your military is still highly equiped compared to Russia, and conscripts are not really effective, as they act as Militia. You can of course, train your real military using conscripts to increase your ranks. Quality over Quantity

With them controlling Palestine, and Ottomans controlling present day Israel, if the Arabs and Israelites keep up the fighting, it might lead to a conflict between the two empires, further worsening relations in the area.

I don't know what map you're using, but I think you mean British Egypt.

EDIT: Israel currently has an Arab majority. Any ethnic strife would be within the Ottoman Empire.

Something is wrong, after looking at the maps I got, this one is from this site: http://www.britroyals.com/, with this picture that includes Palestine. But after looking up that, it says palenstine was got in 1918. Seems weird for that site to be wrong.
