Personality: Despite his District of origin, Kaeso is simple, humble, and compassionate. Due to his innocence, he will trust anyone even if that person was planning to kill him.
Bio (optional): Unlike most youths in the First District, Kaeso was raised to be mindful of how other people think of him. His parents are some of the few in the District that are against the Capitol, though secretly. Kaeso has three brothers and two sisters.

Not for tributes. If two competitors are RP'd by one person, then the likelihood of them ever attacking each other is very low. That, and your favorite can just be kept alive by sacrificing the other. It's just more fair for everyone to only RP one tribute.
