The UK is eager to vote aye on resolution 018753, as an unbiased, neutral investigation would benefit all, and the world in general; as one said, "The one evil is ignorance, and the only good is knowledge,". It is hoped that this terrible stain on the history of the planet, a war that has caused instability, death and destruction, may be finally resolved, figured out and ended for good.

United Nations Security Session

[Resolution Number:0-56849B]

Preamble

STUNNED that the United Nations has not acted sooner on the aggression of the Spanish Government

NOTING that the Spanish government has clearly made a puppet state in Morocco's rightful territory, and that Morocco was a stable region until Spain entered the fray. Spain was never in it for the people within Morocco, but the territorial waters and ports as stated in the peace agreement.

DISGUSTED that the Spanish government had no concern over the well-being of civilians, and the war will eventually lead to mass unrest in Morocco.

ACKNOWLEDGING that the Spanish government may of had legitimate concerns, but it did not go through proper legal-channels, and undermined NATO, the EU and the UN for an imperialist war.

RECOGNIZING the AUDACITY of the Spanish government's attempt to make the Spanish government put in good light after forcing Morocco to sign an unfair treaty.

ALERTS all nations of the UN that Spain provoked the Moroccan government after subsequently claiming Moroccan waters.

What you propose?

The U.N have Spain pay for war repercussions, which will be determined by an independent U.N panel.
All territory that Spain has captured from Morocco will be handed over to Morocco
A team will investigate the government of Spain and the government of Morocco in regards to the start of the war
The U.N render the Moroccan-Spanish treaty null and void
The U.N renders all Sahrawi-Spanish treaties null and void
The UN renders all Sahrawi-Moroccan treaties null and void
All Sahrawi land be given back to Morocco
The U.N send peacekeepers to Morocco for a total of 12 months to ensure Morocco regains stability
The U.N send an observer team to Morocco to ensure civil rights are equal for all Sahrawi People
Condemning the imperialist actions of Spain

What should we expect if this is enacted?

[The U.N will return all unlawfully acquired territory to Morocco and send a joint peacekeeping mission to ensure stability return to the nation. In addition, a U.N panel will be sent to ensure equal civil rights for all ]

Signed,

[Li Keqiang]
People's Republic of China]

[Resolution Number:0-23523A]

Preamble

Denmark has seen a radical change from a democracy to a Monarchy, without the People getting a say.

What you propose?

The King of Denmark be declared illegitimate, and the former government restored to power.
Peacekeeper forces to be deployed by neutral states to ensure that this process goes smoothly

What should we expect if this is enacted?

Denmark will return the original state.

Signed,

Peter Wittig

[Resolution Number:(0-666420)]

Preamble

Spain has been widely recognized as having done at least some wrong in its encounters with Morocco, and in addition to that, is not in possession of the most healthy economy. It is thus that, as a democratic nation and important member of NATO, the UN and the EU, it should strive to follow the principles of freedom and democracy. Though the liberties it has taken with North Africa are being addressed, Catalonia is a major issue, and this resolution aims to resolve that.

What you propose?

1. Spain will hold an internationally supervised referendum for the people of Catalonia on independence

2. Spain will recognise that this is a step it should have taken and needs to be done

3. Spain will recognise the results of the referendum as legitimate and to be followed

4. Spain will modify its constitution if necessary to make a secession legal if by this method

5. The international community shall recognise the referendum's results and if an independent or more autonomous Catalonia exists

What should we expect if this is enacted?

This will give the people of Catalonia a voice to speak with, and to make sure Spain realizes that they have a voice. It will resolve the issue of their independence hopefully for years to come, and help provide the fairest solution.

Signed,

[David Cameron]
