The UK is eager to vote aye on resolution 018753, as an unbiased, neutral investigation would benefit all, and the world in general; as one said, "The one evil is ignorance, and the only good is knowledge,". It is hoped that this terrible stain on the history of the planet, a war that has caused instability, death and destruction, may be finally resolved, figured out and ended for good.

STUNNED that the United Nations has not acted sooner on the aggression of the Spanish Government

NOTING that the Spanish government has clearly made a puppet state in Morocco's rightful territory, and that Morocco was a stable region until Spain entered the fray. Spain was never in it for the people within Morocco, but the territorial waters and ports as stated in the peace agreement.

DISGUSTED that the Spanish government had no concern over the well-being of civilians, and the war will eventually lead to mass unrest in Morocco.

ACKNOWLEDGING that the Spanish government may of had legitimate concerns, but it did not go through proper legal-channels, and undermined NATO, the EU and the UN for an imperialist war.

RECOGNIZING the AUDACITY of the Spanish government's attempt to make the Spanish government put in good light after forcing Morocco to sign an unfair treaty.

ALERTS all nations of the UN that Spain provoked the Moroccan government after subsequently claiming Moroccan waters.

What you propose?

The U.N have Spain pay for war repercussions, which will be determined by an independent U.N panel.
All territory that Spain has captured from Morocco will be handed over to Morocco
A team will investigate the government of Spain and the government of Morocco in regards to the start of the war
The U.N render the Moroccan-Spanish treaty null and void
The U.N renders all Sahrawi-Spanish treaties null and void
The UN renders all Sahrawi-Moroccan treaties null and void
All Sahrawi land be given back to Morocco
