Biography: Born and raised for most of his early years in Monaco by his troubled but rich parents, he first came into contact with the underworld here. Eventually, his family becoming too poor, one dying mysteriously after domestic troubles and the other being arrested, he fled to France in his teenage years, conflicted. He was found by the police and returned to Monaco, but since he had learned both French and English (Cornish influence), he was first adopted to a family outside Rouen (Monaco has nobody who'll adopt! Pish!), but when they rejected him, it was decided a change of culture might be in order and he crossed the Channel to live with yet another foster family, but only for a few years, in Edinburgh. He came into close contact with criminal elements, and by the time he reached majority, he was reguarded as a dangerous guest rather than a relative. With police slowly picking up, he used connections, amazing for his age, to catch a flight to China. Here, learning Mandarin despite being in the majority-Cantonese speaking Zhanjiang, he built up a crime empire, kidnapping children, creating disabled beggars, bribing policemen, robbing rickshaws and carts and collecting protection money, getting to bank robberies and government official buying. Eventually, however, the Chinese government was able to stamp down, and by a mere fluke and bad luck, or good luck for some, he was forced out of his hidey-hole into the open, and used an embassy to escape, first to Colombia, then after a few other airports, finally taking a taxi and hiding out in this Methland, obscure and living off a now virtually empty suitcase of cash.
