It's the year 2023, and the world is in chaos. The world governments took away more and more civil rights and freedoms, up to the point where the people rebelled. Almost every country fought a civil war. Regions gained independence, then they were occupied, then they were no-man's lands. After 5 years, the world has gone into anarchy. Lawlessness prevails. That is, until new governments were shaping. Governments which will (hopefully) help the world rebuild and give the human race a new start.

That's where you come in.

A new government formed today in the former country of Croatia. It's politics are both socialist and democratic, and the party itself is centrist.

It's power expanded through Croatia and it's neighbours, such as Slovenia, Bosnia and Hungary. The people of Vojvodina also wanted to be a part of it, however people from the rest of former Serbia declined the new nation's offer. As well as despised Vojvodina's choice.

Thus, a new nation was formed, and the first one at that. It's leader, Ljuban Zagora, named it Renetopia.

A nation was created just a few days ago, it encompasses Germany, Denmark, half of Poland, and the Czech Republic, its calling itself Ragnarum. The system is a militarist/militarised dictatorship with votes on certain things. It has a state capitalist and socialist economic policy and thinking, and is very socially liberal. It is currently ruled by a prime minister, try and guess his name will you?

Anyway, this current government was put in power by his supporters, the people in his country don't know what to think of him yet as no major changes have been made yet.

The new governments main focus will be practicality and logical thinking, as well as spread of this nameless ideology.

IC: France has been arose from the ashes and has teamed up with Belgium and Luxembourg. This country, dubbed the Frium Republic, is ruled by the minarchist libertarian party "Parti de la Liberté". Frium will hope to advance into Europe and Northern Africa, seizing lands wherever it can to help rebuild Europe and turn it into a libertarian paradise.

When we have built some new cargo ships, as a lot of docks were burnt down in the revolution, we would like to set up a trade. We can offer slate, oil, coal, small amounts of gold, gas, wood, food and tin. Would any interest you.

The Great British Isles of Gumpurt is to become a very industrialized nation. We want to create clean industry though. So what is left of our scientists who weren't slaughtered in the Revolution are working on cleaner ways of producing things. We are creating more solar and hydro electric plants to harness our natural gifts of wind and strong tides. Most of our new industrialization is going up t'north (English humor) in more urban areas. We are also going to start drilling for our oil up in the north sea. We want to maximize the output of our country. In 2013 UK's GDP was 2.41 trillion. 2022 just before the revolution it was 3.63 Trillion (Aprox) and now after then nasty revolution which destroyed much of our industry our forcasted GDP is just 1.63 Trillion. Over a 55% drop. Over then next 5-10 years we want to get it back where it was. Also we realize that the Great British Isles of Gumpurt is quite small at 247,000 sq km, so we are planning to set of a group of settlers to Canada and parts of Africa to set up small colonies and eventually grow into bustling Industrial super powers. I mean come on, we invented Industrialization. That's the plan anyway if you wanted to know


BTW we are planning to be a peace nation. Or if not, a nation that fights for the right causes. We are open to any alliance offers.

Ragnarum will for now focus on fixing its infrastructure and re-instating law and order. Meanwhile, factories will be re-opened and maintained, giving people jobs and the country more trade and wealth.
Other projects will include building modern nuclear power plants, with less malfunctions than most. Meanwhile, a project to create a fuel source using hydrogen will be worked on.

Ragnarum has also introduced a policy of military service from the age of 21 for around a month and a half, this can be taken in periods of a week over the course of a year. It will teach people useful skills such as self defence, medicine, survival and how to operate and clean a rifle. These skills will prove useful in this particularly hostile new world. After completing it they will receive a rifle and discounts on ammunition, they will be encouraged to join into groups and act as insurgents or partisans if the nation is invaded.
The professional volunteer military is still around though, they will be better equipped and much more extensively trained.

And now what I do best, the weaponry.
Ragnarum has recovered tons and tons of weaponry from the previously-there nations, armouries and ammunition dumps have been located, guns like German G36's and G3A3's, Polish AK variants and all manner of anti-tank and ground to air missile launchers and vehicles.
Plenty of tanks, armoured vehicles and aircraft are still in good condition too.
All these weapons will be used to equipt the Ragnaran military until revised and more modern weapons are made. The Nuclear weapons of these countries are also to be kept.

We hear of these new innovations and ideas from the Ragnarese and are now also creating a scientific project to create fuel with Hydrogen and we are going to build 2 Nuclear power stations to supply us with a much needed boost of power.

On to Military. As i said this nation shall be peaceful so i shan't go into much detail. The revolution was particularly strong in the UK. A lot was wrecked and destroyed. We have 2 Aircraft carriers left:
HMS Invincible
HMS England.
We have a few other battle cruisers and war ships but nothing special. We have found about 77 up to date Harriers, with newly designed landing gears and engines. This shall make up our Airforce for now and will only be called up for immediate defense issues. They can be launched from our Aircraft carriers if we need to battle overseas. About soldiers. We technically have 0 Men. But as a more solid Government is set in we put up mandatory survival skills course, where you learn to survive and fire guns and work equipment. We have reserves we can call up but our army is Relatively small.

Madrid, Castilla
The Republic of Castile is Iberia reborn. The old government was successfully overthrown and the King exiled to a remote island guarded by Royal Security Naval Infantrymen (Basically the Marine Corps of the Castillan Republic).

After that, the new government established the Junta Assembly (Lower House) and the Lord House (Upper House). They wrote a new constitution and reorganized the military. Under the Ministro de Guerra (Minister of Defense) and advised by the General Staff, rifles resembling those made from FNH and H&K manufacturers were being built. Loyal officers were recruited and a new military doctrine came into effect, bolstering the training and funding of the new Armed Forces.

The Navy was very well-maintained and currently has only 1 full fleet of ships (2 Aircraft carriers, 5 Destroyers, 2 Frigates, 1 Helicopter Carrier, 3 Troop Transportation Vessels, 10 Smaller watercraft)

The Air Force was almost entirely wiped out. 10 Eurofighters, 50 Helicopters (Different variants), and 2 Long-Range Bombers were maintained and scientists from the U.S. have smuggled in many (but some damaged and illegible) technological blueprints of U.S. aircraft. These blueprints have been distributed to arms manufactures and are currently under development.

Alongside that, industry was experiencing a boom, after nationalism filled the hearts of many Castilian citizens looking to rebuild their war-torn country. Scientists recruited from the U.S. and Belgium were hard at work looking for more efficient and cleaner ways for Iberians to live their lives.

In order to rebuild, however, they needed vast amounts of resources. Resources were widely available in former colonies of the Spanish Empire, so that has been a concern of the government bringing up a lot of talk in the Legislative Assemblies.

The Ministro de Relaciones Internacionales also began sending telegrams to other nations.
