The Glorious Multiverse

So, I've been thinking of an RP based on the Multiverse that is P2TM; that is, an RP that encompasses all of the RPs that have taken place here in P2TM, drawing upon them to form some sort of amalgamation of a canon.

The premise would require a few things.

First off, we would have to make P2TM a "place". Well, 'How d'you do that?', one might ask. Quite simple, really. We just get rid of our preconceived notions of P2TM being a subforum and use our imagination to turn it into a physical realm.

Ok, so that's one thing off of our list. Next, what would the lore of this newfound world be? It would be very hard indeed to reconcile the various technology levels and time eras of all the RPs that have come and gone through P2TM, so here is my solution. Instead of making P2TM a static entity, make it -- as its names so suggests -- a portal. It is a shifting construct, one that may one day reside in the midst of a zombie apocalypse and the next in a glorious Elven glade in a high-fantasy realm. It is a conduit of the imagination, visiting each of the many dreams that have been forged through it.

So now that we have both the world itself figured out, and how to seamlessly meld all of the numerous RPs together into one cohesive structure, let's figure out the plot. I was thinking that we would each pull characters from RPs that have been established in the past. Perhaps The Walking Dead RP, Of Men and Titans, or any other RP out there in P2TM. These characters would be ripped from their RPs (which we can call "planes") and deposited in the Portal of the Multiverse by some unknown force. This force would reveal itself to our heroes -- or perhaps our villains -- and plead its case. A dark force is rising in the Multiverse. From forgotten crypts and unspeakable dimensions, long-lost evil creeps forth into the planes. It corrupts the very essence of those worlds and twists them into vile replicas of their former selves. Therefore, the mysterious force would tell them, is the reason that the heroes were wrested from their own planes and brought to the Portal. They were to go forth into the Multiverse and, with their powers combined, cleanse the planes of this wretched evil.

The above was taken out of the Traveler's Cafe. Since I think it pretty much covers everything that one might need to know in regards to plot and how the RP will actually take place, it should suffice as the majority of the OP.

Name: The Shade. Nicknamed 'Stalker' or 'Bogeyman'
RP Of Origin: THE FOUNDATION ((Its in all caps.))
Age: Unknown, although estimated to be around 70.
Abilities: Not able to die against currently known methods, teleporting. The inability to die is unknown, but its rumored that he either eats the victims or he sacrifices them in some demonic ritual.None of these have been proven though.
Race: White.
Species: Unknown, but resembles Homo Sapiens
Personality: He is rather cold and sadistic, taking a sick enjoyment in his murders. He has famous sense of sarcasm.
Bio: Reportings of a mysterious creature that would kill people in there sleep has began surfacing ever since the late 40s, and the information of the creaures existance was nearly leaked when torn up metal was found near a residence in Roswell, 1947. Many military personel thought it was extraterrestrial beings, but they caught the Shade instead. It had kept in a to secret facility, being managed by the founding members of the SCP Foundation, who were serving in the Air Force. It broke out one day, and managed to stay off the radar until 1971. It is a sarcastic and sadistic humanoid who will kill various people in there sleep. One of his murders partially inspired the Zodiac killer, which forced the SCP to kill the Shade. They found that he couldnt die, and he eventually killed evrey person who was involved in his attempted killing. It is still unknown on how he is unable to die, but it is known that he still feels pain. In 19[REDACTED], tge SCP tried to kill him by performing a satanic ritual known as the [REDACTED;See SCP 029], but it failed and led to a power outage and every Class D personel to end up dead, with severe cuts on there wrists, necks and a perfect circle around there left eye. The SCP is now keeping him in a small, enclosed space. Lights must be shone on him AT ALL TIMES. If not, he may breach the facility and kill all in the building. He is identifable by his overcoat, wireframe glasses, lanky body and his pale skin.

• APPEARANCE: This, but slightly flatter
  
  Jane, naturally, is a magical girl, albeit a military one. So, she naturally has a costume. Jane's costume is a mix of dark greens and gold, with some silver and some black accents. A muted gold vest with dark silver edging and lining and two pockets resting atop her hips, held together with a zipper on the inside and held down by a pair of velcro strips on the lower inside edge. Overtop this is a muted green-gold jacket with long sleeves and metallic red lining, along with two pockets on the inside, which can be shut with a zipper. The jacket features metallic green hemming, and extends to just above her navel, as does the vest. While normally hidden by Gae Bulg, the sleeves end in flattened grey-black cuffs and fingerless black gloves. It is double-breasted, with black buttons and green lapels. Her skirt is lightweight and curiously does not interfere with her running. It is a dark forest green with a silver line separating the main body from the jagged hem. It features two silver-black panels on either side separating the front from the back, these extend to just before the hem. Unusual for a mage of either gender is the fact that her costume features a hat. It is a greenish-grey campaign hat, similar to an instructor's hat but more rounded and with a slightly wider brim. It features a black ribbon. It is a very, very bad idea to remove this hat.
  
  Her weapon, Gáe Bulg, consists of a pair of armored gauntlets with alternate amounts of curved talons, which Jane can also move together to form a single, Hand Sonic like blade on each arm. She can also retract them into slits in the black upper arm armor. The left gauntlet has three blades, the right gauntlet has four. Despite her mana color being violet, Gae Bulg's blades are a pure white. The right gauntlet features a Boost module built-in. The left gauntlet lacks this unit as it would be unnecessary, the Boost affects both units equally. The glove part is a muted violet-black, with plating on the knuckles, similar to brass knuckles. While technically not part of Gae Bulg, activating the device also replaces her boots with a pair of battleship-grey jet-propelled ones.
• ABILITIES: Magical girl powers, of course. [See the second spoiler in the source for a more detailed explanation as to what that is, oh, by the way, Gae Bulg calls out the attack names, not her]
  
  • Chain Bind [Effect/Bind]: Self-explanatory, binds the target in chains of mana.
  • Malebolge [Attack/Area Denial]: Jane punches the ground with both fists and extends the blades of Gae Bulg. Jets of mana shoot out from the ground around her, shattering it.
  • Purge [Defense/Reactive]: When Jane's ARTEMIS armor (Or the armor of her costume) fails, it will generate an explosion of mana outward by 'deconstructing' the mana that makes up either the enchantments of her ARTEMIS armor or the fabric of her costume, and converting it into energy.
  • Rocket Rage [Attack/Melee]: Effectively Rocket Thrust in reverse. Jane fires a jet of mana at the target with such speed that it creates a shockwave. While too shortranged to be anything but melee, it can punch through metal and weak defense spells. When combined with Rocket Thrust, she can jam her fist through a defensive spell and blast the enemy from inside their own spell.
  • Rocket Thrust [Attack/Melee]: The blade parts of Gae Bulg retract partially, and Jane charges at the target. She rockets herself forward by shooting out a jet of mana from the rear of whichever gauntlet she is punching with. As she makes contact, the blades suddenly extend, stabbing the target.
  • Scatter Shot [Attack/Range]: Jane places her hands on the opposite side then swings them out violently, palms open, as if throwing knives holstered there. She sends out numerous, oval pulses of mana that either reflect off hard targets or embed themselves in them before exploding, depending on the angle they strike the object at. Despite the name, it does not destroy Dome spells unless fired from close range due to its inaccuracy.
  • Shatter [Support/Disable]: Jane's fists (Or feet) become surrounded in a violet aura that destroys Dome spells and greatly weakens Shield ones.
  • Shielding: [Defense/Shield] A simple Shield spell.

  Jane was born in 1996 in the southern United States where she lived out the vast majority of her childhood and teenage years. Raised by fairly Republican, somewhat devout Protestant parents, she had a bit of bias on the world until she discovered the internet around 12, which slowly but surely dragged her towards the libertarian end of the spectrum.
  
  When she was 14, her magical abilities kicked in and she was taken by some very nice men to a facility in the middle of Nevada owned by the military for training, the main reason being that, at the time, magic was still considered fiction by the public and the US government (Along with other governments worldwide) liked it that way.
  
  She came out 4 years later a Marine, and a beyond-top-secret one at that.
  
  A side note about her: She is high-functioning autistic, though as it's enough to require diagnosis she is deeply embarrassed by that fact, and as such has managed to keep it a secret from pretty much everyone on her home base that doesn't absolutely need to know. Announcing this fact in public is a good way to get her foot lodged several miles up your ass.

• ABILITIES: Winthrop can give you a right good caning if necessary, resurrect the dead when necessary ala Mary Shelly's Frankenstein, is a master of clockwork machinery and implausible steam-powered contraptions, can punch through battleship armor given a few minutes, possesses a great degree of resiliency due to being composed of no less than four individuals' organs and body parts, can digest organic matter from any source and repurpose it, is laced with nanobots of dubious origin and unknown provenance, is purely composed of an eldritch material known as maleomatal, has fought Canadian evangelicals with javelins made of a moose's severed limbs, can de-limb a fully grown adult moose, spits fire and smoke from various orifices not possessed by the mortal man upon occasion, and can subside upon a diet of pure blood and coal, as well as pulling off a dapper waistcoat, top hat, and monocle combo. His left eye also functions as a range-finder for a variety of weapons systems.
• RACE: British, more or less. Over the years he has taken on Chinese, South African, Namibian, Canadian, German, and Brazilian bloodlines, but he's still mostly British.

  The Public had not heard of Gideon Bane much, he was born and raised in a strictly religious and isolated Jewish community in Los Angeles California. After high school he deiced to study abroad in a a Jewish seminary where he first began to learn of his special abilities. Initially Gideon was stunned by them, but after a consultation with his Rabbi he had learned that they ran in his family and were found in many members of his religion. Feeling he had the information and the training he desired Gideon left the seminarian, with Rabbinical ordination in hand Gideon made his way into a bright new world.

• ABILITIES:
  -Hell-Fire Manipulation: Hell Fire is a flame that can burn in nearly any area and unless it's completely smothered in water, will keep burning. It is extremely hot and causes great pain to anyone who touches it along with immolating them fairly quickly. Gary can manipulate said Hell Fire to do what ever he wants, even to make weapons out of it.
  -Supernatural Condition: As a demonic being, he is very durable, strong and fast for his size, being able to bench a full ton with ease and move with extreme agility and speed. This physiology also means he is biologically immortal due to the bodies cells regenerating many times faster than they die off.
  -Imp Form: In his imp form he shrinks down to 5'3 and gets rather large claws, teeth and generally looks horrible. In this form he is more agile and can climb on various surfaces along with claw and bite.
  -Conjuration: He can summon up to 2 minions from Hell to aid him in a fight. Said minions go away after 24 hours or after they have helped him fight. He can also banish the minions he summons at will. This power can also be used to summon items to his hands which do not have a time limit.
• RACE: Caucasian
• SPECIES: Greater Imp/Arch Vile
• PERSONALITY: Gary is the smarter of the three brothers. He is the one who is seen to make the sensible decisions out of the three however can never stop eating or drinking like most imps. Although he is seemingly more sensible and intelligent than the other imps, he is still very mischievous and will take advantage of any moment that he can play a practical joke on someone or just generally piss someone off. Like his brothers he is also hyper active and extremely eager to do things, even to the point of getting violent if he get's too impatient.
• BIO: Gary is one of the three Imp Brothers who worked for the Soviets to capture one of their experimental Cambion Super Soldiers, Oleg Helgan. After catching up to him however, he persuaded them to help him and ever since then they have been loyal minions and companions of Oleg even if at times they have caused problems such as drinking all the alcohol in the house or eating all the food in the house whilst making the biggest mess possible.
  
  Gary, although smarter and more sensible than the other two was still compared to an untrained dog when he made a mess of the house. However after a while, Oleg simply evicted Bob and Larry and sent them to his sisters house, leaving Gary behind who acted as a sort of butler to Oleg. Even further into the future and the three imps were reunited once again when Oleg finally got married and had kids. The imps lived in their own house not far away, however they were still watched by Oleg and his Private Army to make sure they didn't accidentally blow the house up.

• ABILITIES: Aside from being able to talk, there's not much special about this particular feline.

• PERSONALITY: While the generic "chaotic neutral" label could apply to this particular feline, there's a little bit more to it than that. Kashmir is quiet and reserved at times, others he is very loud and verbal. His biggest weapons in debate are his unbridled sarcasm and cold, precise manner of speech. He usually takes neither side in argumentative conversations, preferring instead to play the devils advocate or just piss people off. When not in an argument though, he is quite friendly to almost anyone, provided they show the same respect and politeness back he shows them.
• BIO:
  Kashmir was born just outside a huge, industrial city called Vecors. This particular city was ruled by a highly delusional queen who was of questionable mental stability by the time he decided to move in. He stayed on the streets for about a year or so until he got picked up off the street by some magician. To his later advantage, he miraculously survived all the hazardous experiments of the arcane arts performed on him and got the ability to talk. This later got him thrown out onto the street after a small argument erupted into the nameless magician needing stitches on his face.
  
  While he stayed out of people's lives for a few months--a rather simple task considering he was a cat--he frequented the library and learned how to read, taking a particular interest in things with high level grammar and concerning law and/or politics. His love affair with literature ended, however, when the old hag who run the place started chasing him out with a broom stick under the assumption he was a pest or a normal stray cat.
  
  For about another month or two, he roamed the streets rummaging through the potentially toxic garbage of the city for food before he came upon the Parker family. His previous encounters trying to live with humankind long term had ended horribly which caused him to be cautious around them at first. The two factors that drew him to this particular family was a) the fact they owned a print shop, and b) he didn't want to eat rotten leftovers anymore. To his surprise, the Parkers weren't horrible people, and treated him quite nicely. They also were part of the rebellion against the Queen and her iron grip on the city, something which Kashmir wholeheartedly supported.
  
  By the time he was three years old, his position in the rebellion, while not high ranking or of any prestige, gave him plenty of satisfaction. He had essentially made himself a spy for them, eavesdropping on the royal court and the happenings throughout the city and reporting back to the Parker's and the rebellion's higher ups. Not much else can be said about the talking cat's life after that since he strangely disappeared after an incident in which some guards tried to skewer him with their lances....
