One year after the New California Republic won the battle of Hoover dam, and took control of the Mojave wasteland, and new vegas they looked eastward. However the difficulty of repelling ceasars legion made them stop expanding, and instead send a party of explorers to move east so they can concentrate on consolidating their gains in the Mojave. The party consisted of Rangers, followers of the apocolypse, and thanks to the truce negotiated by the courier members of the Brotherhood of steel. Their objective was simple: head east, and record everything they find for the NCR, and for the BoS members: recover any advanced technology they can.
NCR
Heavy trooper: Equipped with salvaged power armor, and heavy weapons like miniguns. (Tagged skills: Repair, guns, and melee) Bonus to strength, and endurance due to heavy equipment.
Regular trooper: Equipped with light armor, and a service rifle. (Tagged skills: Guns, medicine, and melee) no Special bonuses
Ranger: Equipped with slightly heavier armor, and better weapons like snipers or marksmen rifle. (Tagged skills: Guns, unarmed, and repair.) Bonus to perception.
Veteran Ranger: equipped with one of the most badass looking armor sets, and the best weapons the NCR can provide. (Tagged skills: Survival, guns, and sneak.) Bonus to perception, and Endurance.
Followers of the Apocolypse: although humanitarian by nature they can still defend themselves, but will require protection from others to ensure long term survival. They make great support characters with bonus in intelligence due to their education. Tagged skills are: Science, medicine, and repair. They come with the jury rigging perk, and junk rounds perk making them great for maintaining weapons, and keeping ammo stocked. Can make chems from scratch.
Brotherhood of Steel: Although not the most friendly of the group they are arguably the best equipped. They come with T-51b power armor, a choice of most energy weapons, and Power armor training. They can train people they trust to use power armor themselves. Bonus to strength from the armor, and intelligence from the brotherhoods obsession with technology. Tagged skills include: Guns, science, repair, and energy weapons.
Enclave remnants: no one really knows that there are any on the expedition, but they need to hide their identity from the others to prevent predjudice from the NCR, and BoS from prior conflicts. They come with enclave remnant power armor, and plasma weapons. Bonus to intelligence, strength, endurance, and charisma due to their upbringing in the most advanced faction in the wastes. Tagged skills are: Repair, science, energy weapons, and guns. They can fly, and repair vertibirds.
Mercenary: The class that garuntees the most freedom. They do not have any tagged skills allowing for you to decide, but have no SPECIAL bonuses. They can be equipped with anything you want, but power armor.

Human (Duh)
Ghoul: Charisma, and speech are lower due to prejudice against ghouls.
(3 Charisma)
Supermutants: Unable to be anything other than a mercenary. Increased strength, and endurance, slightly below average intelligence, and decreased charisma.
(4 Intelligence, 3 charisma)
Rules:
1. No Godmodding
2. No Metagaming (You will not automatically know who is enclave.
3. You will be allowed to determine what you find while searching, but no finding Gatling lasers, mininukes or other high grade weapons without my permission or you will lose the privilege.
4. Vehicles can be repaired, but require parts, and adequate repair skill.
4.5. Vehicles won't be in running condition unless they are in a bunker or shielded building or something.
5. Unique weapons are first come first serve. You can only start with one.

Appearance:
Bio: Not much is known about Alex before he arrived in the Mojave with the Brotherhood, but he is known to have come from the lost hills bunker itself. He participated in the battle at Helios one, and the battle of Hoover Dam. He traveled all over from Zion to the divide gaining experience, and new gear as he went along. Now he was selected by the elder to go on the expedition, and represent the brotherhood.
