Nobody quite knows who built it, when, and why exactly they believed it would be a good idea to construct a facility for this purpose, but Hetalicademy stands somewhere on some planet, perhaps in some entirely other dimension. Nobody even knows where exactly it is to be entirely honest, though that can surely be discovered with enough hard work and studious dedication of the part of its students. However, as America would likely agree, reading and studying and classes are boring as hell. Besides, this is NS Hetalia, no one wants to see our beloved personifications just go to school when they could watch their world-ending antics of the thread they call home!
Of course there's more to it than being a simple school, nothing can ever be so simple when the denizens of NS Hetalia are thrown into the mix. That would be something to discover once the thread is finally begun however, not explained right off the bat. In any case, a better explanation is owed. The campus of Hetalicademy has actually been standing since the beginning of true civilization itself, most hypothesizing that the Indus Valley peoples were responsible for its construction long ago. It was likely more a place of religious observance for all other nations back then, however it's been revamped to fit the purpose of its name more effectively. Now, Hetalicademy is exactly what the name implies - a school for the personifications of entire nations. Not just a college either, a school for the younger upstart nations and those approaching early adulthood are present as well.
Whether or not this is some kind of alternate universe where they are all forced to attend a school they may or may not enjoy attending is uncertain (as surely their exploits of other threads are still continuing), though now our nations find themselves here and for some reason quite unable to leave.
I think when the idea first hatched we all knew it would be realized, welcome one and all to the far more educated spinoff of NS Hetalia. Now down here I could give you a list of classes and instructors and all that academy shit, but who actually goes to school to learn stuff anyway (of course instructors will still be present, because the Old Earth Nations need something to do. They'll just be fucking about with the other nations most of the time)? The same basic principle of the last thread carries over to the new; the personifications of all of your NS nations thrown into the blender being forced to actually interact with each other (or not, you isolationists) and be annoyed by each other's frequent annoyances or actually get along with their fellows, though when's the last time that's happened?
