It has been the center of culture during the 5th millenia BC but has fallen from that positions due to the many wars Vincans fought(with each other and with their neighboors). Now Vinca is ruled by Iskren Usk, a powerful military figure and Vincan politician. He looks to expand the Vincan influence once more and make it a great power. Vincans are warriors, trained almost from their childhood(13 years old) to be strong and endurant. There are several cities in Vinca that are considered significant trading centers, but nothing to extraordinary. Vincans mostly get their profit and food from farming and others from fishing and hunting(9%).
Culture?: Vinca was one the most influencial culture in the world. It is was a very advanced civilization that lost a lot of its technology during terrible wars between themselves and some neighboors. Today Vinca, however, is still fairly advanced and its citizens greatly take part in its advancing culture. They are also very militaristic and are all trained in the arts of warfare. While they do travel via seas from time to time, they arent exactly the sailor type. However Vincans are some of the best horsemen in Europe, and they use that advantage regularly. The religion in Vinca is its own kind of paganism. They developed their religion separate from other cultures. The way it funciotns is there is only one God(Svebog), however there are 12 sub-gods that were created by Svebog and they serve him.

Accepted, but due to it's history and size I will make a compromise. When the leader dies the realm should fracture and the person who can unite it by military might wins the "empire"

Name of Civilization: Drakonians
Location: South Pelloponese (depends on how big we are going to allow people start)
Specialty (warfare, farming, trade, etc): Warfare (Spartan model)
Nomad or Settled: Settled
History: The Drakonians are the native people of South Pelloponese. According to the myth they are the children of Drako, a demigod who was raised by a female Dragon. He was raised in a cave in South Pelloponese. After he grew up he decided that it was the time for him to prove himself and leave his mark on this earth. Thus he conquered vast areas of land where he created his kingdom, which was given to his children. (This is a myth that didn't happen, the RP has no fictional races and stuff like that)
Culture: The Drakonians are proud people whose main goal in life is to prove their divine origin, something which can only be shown in battle. That is how they explain their military based culture. Of course it isn't as extreme as RL Sparta's but it has a lot of common elements. The society is very dependent on family which is sacred. All Drakonians are equal since all of them have the same origin, thus their ultimate leader, the King, is elected by all citizens who are over 20 and rules for life. The King however can't act as he wishes, there is a group of 12 men, whose job is to make sure that the King acts for the benifit of the people. This 12 men are also elected by all citizens over 20, but for a man to join the 12 men group, he has to be over 40.
The children's education is, for the time being, purely focused around military training.
Their culture is advanced for its time with houses and a form of goverment going on, but it is still primitive. An alphabet is also in existance but it is far from perfect.
They are also using ships to trade and travel, but their trips mainly focus on the E.Mediteranean

You are too big mate... can ya limit your are (for now) in the northen parts and then expand?
And this is a note to all, this is still 2000BC so no Acropolis and Socrates level philosophy... yet

IMO he covers too much land and kinda splits the Balkans in to... can we restrict him in the northen areas and maybe give him the adriatic coast instead of Vardaska ?

Those are the historical borders of Vinca in 5000BC. This is 2000BC, i think its managable.

Yes but my nation is greatly unstable right now. I wont be expanding any time soon. If anything i will collapse and numerous generals will fight for supremacy.

History: The Simerii were an Indo European people who have recently migrated from north of the Black Sea into the Near East, fierce warriors who have brought horses with them from their homeland, raiding and destroying where they go. However, the Simerrii may lack the sophistication of their neighbours, and are certainly yet to develop iron weaponry. It may be they will soon look to establish a kingdom of their own, though for the time being, they may will go where they please
Culture: Typical migratory indo european, highly religious favouring a martial chariot based aristocracy. They have yet to develop the skills of agriculture, preferring to hunt, forage or steal from others.
