Well that is based on your affinity toward your brother. He is your brother, and of course you would belive he is a good RPer.

While I on the other hand do not know the guy, and had an unbiased affinity towards him at the point when i can into the RP. That changed as we locked into battle after battle of who was right and what was Canonical. I would bring fact after fact (from canon) and he would either ignore it or work around it. Culminating in the "Great Christophsis Clamity", where he ignored all the events in the IC against Kaizer and Klaggis and proceeded to godmod both characters into: Kaizer had a fleet of 1500 ships, while Klaggis could not be killed by anybody on Coruscant. Which caused Pantorrum to have to restart the Battle and appease your brother by not having Kaizer dual Grevious. That is why I do not think Decius is very good.

And he can know more about Nation States than me, but this isn't about NS, it's about how how he Roleplays in the Star Wars universe.

I wasn't trying to argue in the beginning... I was just saying that it was not possible for the "Convoy" to stop over Malastare because it is impossible to communicate between hyperspace and real space. But then your brother, rather than fix it, decided that is was better to ignore it and continue on...
Then Gotengo got in on it, with his regular angry speech about how "Alotopia is wrong and you need to be quiet and blah blah blah" without trying to prove anything I have said wrong...

I haven't been part of the argument only subjected to it. I've only posted once asking Alotopia to drop it so another of these arguments doesn't happen.

Alotopia says transmissions and signals can't be picked up in hyperspace and I say they can.

Evidence.

Star Wars Clone Wars Season 1 Episode 3 Shadow of Malevolence- General Grevious contacts Count Dooku from aboard the Malevolence while said ship is in Hyperspace.

Star Wars Clone Wars Season 2 Episode 8 Brain Invaders- Ahsoka Tano contacts the Jedi Cruiser Resolute while the Pelta Frigate she is aboard is in Hyperspace.

Star Wars Clone Wars Season 3 Episode 3 Supply Lines- Bail Organa receives a transmission from the Jedi Temple whilst his ship the Tantive IV is in Hyperspace.

Ok, everyone I need to say something now. if this keeps up its gonna kill my favorite thread. Ok, Decius needs to post his side of the argument, Alotopia needs to post his side of the argument. If we can get these posts in, I will judge them based on facts and known truths. Lets solve this problem now.

If we are talking about just this instance of the argument, then my issues were that ships cannot just drop out of hyperspace because they run the risk of crashing into something, hyperspace communicators are impractical and expensive to put on every providence ship and that even if it did have one it would be basically useless because of the distortion of hyperspace, and that hostilities in hyperspace are not possible so there is no need for a "Convoy" to have an escort.

But if we are talking about the bigger argument, "Alotopia vs Decius and friends", then my points are outlined as followed (Starting from the beginning of where i came in as a RPer) : (Decius will be refered to as "He/His" in the following points)
1. His refusal to acknowledge the use of Imperator Ships, after I repeatedly showed them as being used in the Canonical Clone Wars era. Also, Victory 1 ships and AT-AT walkers...

2. His attack on Naboo (Page 28 OOC). He made up reinforcement ships from Eriadu, a republic world with a Sector Fleet protecting it. He launched an massive ambush from the Sewers(Not possible because communications were breaking up and it would have been very hard to communicate to attack). He "Broke Through" my fleet above Naboo without any fighting and just ignored my fleet.

3. His use of the word "Blockade" meaning, to him, the planet is cut off and no one can escape but my fleet is all together.

4. The Great Christophsis Fiasco- Page 32-34 OOC (Decius by automatically capturing Organa with no battle caused the first restart), Decius' metagaming about knowing that Rathon contacted Grevious (Decius had to delete based on Metagaming), Decius having Kaizer "Sense" that my forces were behind the moon, when my forces attacked Kiazer's "Blockade" was all together but still a blockade, His continued attacks on my characters trying to kill them by cheating, The duel between Grevious and Kaizer was cut short by how Decius ignored it and proceeded to attack naboo with 1500 ships by Godmodding as Count Dooku, and his metagaming about how Gizor was at coruscant and having klaggis attack Coruscant and that entire thing (Page 36 OOC...)

5. The lack of fleet specs for Decius has given rise to him making up fleets and such to suit his needs.

6. The argument on Page 35 OOC about his complaints about me.

7. Page 36 OOC, Kassaran proceeded to talk about Decius' statements from page 35 OOC...

8. The conversation on Page 37 OOC, where Pantorrum orders the deletion of the Christophsis battle and the Klaggis coruscant attack.

9. The Hypervelocity gun on the moon that was never mentioned before the battle. (Page 41-42 OOC)

10. Page 43-44 OOC is when we get into the last major argument before i was banned...

11. Page 47 OOC, Pantorrum officially orders all players to use the new Character apps made by Kassaran. That was last Tuesday, it is Sunday... Still no apps...

12. Decius even was told by Kassaran that he had metagamed over Malastare (Page 48 OOC)

13. Then we have the current situation that was outlined above in my first paragraph.

Feel free to look back at the Pages i have listed and see that Decius has cheated basically the entire time.

Also, every "Evidence" he showed was between major characters and places. Those people/places would have HoloNet transceivers and be able to communicate in Hyperspace. Those were VERY, VERY expensive to buy and put on ships. and it is very unlikely that a run of the mill Providence would have one. The Malevolence and Invisible Hand would have one, as well as Skywalker's ship. They were used for long range communications between leaders, not distress signals.

Really wevare going to bring all that back even though all that was resolved previously. That's it I am done. Either all those topics that have already been settled and fixed stop being brought up or I am just plain leaving.

A Providence was meant as a Flagship. If an ordinary Pelta Supply ship had a Holonet Tranceiver then it is likely that a Flagship Class Ship would have one.

No offense Alotopia but I do kind of feel like your just sucking the fun out of the RP. I mean you get involved in stuff that doesn't concern you which is kind of nosy. I mean you were euining things for me back at Alderaan and taking the fun out of it. I didn't exactly ask for your help.

At this point I'm activating a Cold War Pact. I'll hate Alotopia in silence. Outside the IC I won't even notice him, won't speak to him in OOC, won't respond. That should end this argument quickly shouldn't it.
