Biography(Shorten if Boring): Spiff was taken from his homeland at an early age by the Imperials, and was sold into captivity. One day, someone broke him out of his owners's house and left their planet. The person who broke him out gave him some awesome weapons such as a Plazma spear and a Spiff-Shot (Spiffy helped make it.). His breaker outer and he became good friends (Even though they could never really talk to each other, they always understood the other), but one day his owner was shot by a stormtrooper. Spiffy then killed the stormtrooper, and went on a mad rage, but he was without a friend. He is roaming throughout the galaxy to this moment, looking for stormtroopers to kill.

I don't think Bayonet would be present for Grievous' transmission. Too low of a rank, unless a general specifically requested him.

the transmission could have been sent to any commlink in the temple. You might catch wind of it from masters in the council.

Maybe... or Bayonet might hear it from his general, but that would be after... unless Bayonet was ordered on the mission to recover them. He technically is counted as a 'senior' clone officer, so it is possible he gets assigned to a jedi.

A portion of it; Skywalker controls the entire legion, but you could control a part of it (like a regiment, company, or squad).

(Edited, due to my own forgetfulness.) You could command another force, or a work with a special detachment to accomplish different objectives in smaller battles.
