I took the current demographics, took the percentage of white people down by 6.5% and black people down by 2.1%, and spread the leftover percentage points among Hispanics and Asians. I figured the number of Hispanics would be higher with the current demographic trends. And the main diversity comes from the urban areas, in the D.C suburbs like Fairfax, and there's a decent Filipino-American community in the Hampton Roads area because of the military.

I think you'd have a small non-human population as well then.

And no, I don't mean the black people.
