Every nation starts without any troops, however most of the other regions will have troops to defend their country.
By trade you can train/build/improve your own troops/fortresses.
There's also a movement limit, not every nation can move as far as others.
Recrutement is very simple.
500 troops of 0 to 30 strenght will be build in a week.
500 troops of 31 to 50 strenght will be build in two weeks.
500 troops of 51 to 100 strenght will be build in three weeks.
500 troops of 101 to - strenght will be build in a month.
This aslong as you can afford it ofcourse.

Each country also has a special trade item or service.
The system is all and the same for every nation exept Isengard.
Isengard will start with only the five wizards.
They can't train any troops at start and will rely on others to see if they trade the "bleuprints" for the troops.
Also when Isengard creates war or wathever it will affect the wizards. Some could leave in the worst case.
