That works very well. Would you mind if I was able to get the remainder of Serbia later on since Austria will be gaining Bosnia and such? It'll prevent any Serb resistance, as they might see the Slavic Bulgars as a better alternative to the Austrians (no offense).

Sure, maybe you could do a "Serbo-Bulgar" empire. Right now, since your under Ottoman occupation, your more or less a rebel group, but afterwards you will have Greater Bulgaria.

I am working on my IC Post right now. I have a problem: the ruler of Spain at the time was Isabella II, but in 1840, she was only 10 years old. Can I change of ruler?

I am not sure about how the Map is but I can give you what I know. Austria owns most of northern Italy. Denmark owns Norway. Prussia owns all of northern germ nay except for saxony. Bavaria dominates the south. The BeNeLux region is Dutch. And Spain owns Portugal.

No there isn't an app people just Asks for a nation. Well anyway you could try and convince me ( Austria) and the Russian Player to liberate Rumania as a nation that you can play as.
