She would feel a presence behind her. Katya was standing close by, staring at the ground with nothing to say. She just felt like being near Dora. She felt bad about having to ditch Kei as well.

Torii let her eyes wander. She was looking at Gio and Blossom, wondering if she should join them. She also saw Bran and lit up. She wanted to sit by her "papa".

She gave him a sympathetic look. "Well, there's plenty of time to talk, or sleep, it off during the flight. Hey, Katya," she said, adjusting so she was between Katya and Jacob.

Behind the trio, Swith and Ogoti filed along, in that quiet yet commanding way they had.

"Miss Katya," Ogoti spoke up. "Good evening to you."

"Good evening.", Katya replied to Ogoti. "So, you're going with us? I assume it's with Mrs. Swith?"

Meanwhile, Torii gravitated towards Gio and Blossom. She didn't want to be near the adults.

Ogoti bowed slightly, in acknowledgement of Katya's words, and then turned to converse quietly with Swith. Miss Katya is quite prideful.

Dora paused at that. She'd forgotten to tell Katya and Jacob about each other, even if she and Jacob were a relatively recent development.

That was a good sign, at least, she thought, as she made her way out of the building to wait for a ride to the airport.

As the group made their way outside, a black stretched limo pulled up. It Urranese flags flying on either side as this was a diplomatic vehicle. A man in dress uniform opened the back door for them to get inside. He bowed to the group and waited for them to get in. Yuri was the first to do so of course.

Blossom slipped inside of the limo and shifted into a cat, curling up on her duffle bag. She purred softly, quite content.

Yuri sighed with content as well as the door closed behind all of them. "Well, off to the airport I guess" the limo sped down the street, flags flapping wildly in the wind.

As the limo moved along, Yuri became restless. She was eager to get home and see the damage for herself. She leaned back in her seat, facing Swith. She shut her eyes and waited, the trip to the airport wouldn't take but a few minutes and the ride was smooth.

Swith smiled at the personification. She had no way of knowing what she was feeling or thinking, but Swith could slip herself into Yuri's shoes. She imagined returning home to Gliese after the war was over... eager to behold all the places she loved most, but worried about the state of those places and the people. Urran wouldn't be wearing its best dress, no thanks to the BranRiech, and bringing guests along would cause Swith to fret over appearances.

"Yuri," she spoke softly, "How go the restoration efforts? Was there much damage to the cities and national parks? Is there anything we can do to help mend the scars?"

The sisters took a minute to get comfortable in their seats. Katya made sure to sit by Torii, and near Dora.

Tiltjuice wrote:"That could be taken in quite a lot of ways," Dora pointed out.

"Yea, I guess it could!", Katya shot back with a wicked grin. Her and Torii both chuckled. Such a thing being said by Katya seemed pretty rare. At least they were in good spirits.

"Hehehe", Katya kept chuckling, "Well, at least we're in a good mood, huh..."

At the question of restoration, Bran started looking ashamed again, over his nationality. He knew he didn't have anything to do with it, but he still felt sick over the question.

He shrunk into his seat, looking down at his feet.

Swith's foot gently prodded his shin. She tilted her head to regard Bran, an understanding expression on her face. She shuffled over to squeeze in beside him, playfully bumping the person next to him to budge over to make space for her.

"Alright, Bran?" she asked as she slipped her hand into his. "The greatest gift you can give Yoshi is to be an example of peace by going on this trip. You've seen so much strife in your life. She opened her eyes and smiled softly at Swith. She was humbled that someone as important and powerful as her would care for her and her small island nation. After all, wasn't she capable of wiping out entire planets if need be? "Numerous coastal fishing villages were damaged or leveled. Damage to any major cities was relatively lite. I suppose we are lucky in that respect....What can you do to help? Anything that you want. It would be wrong of me to ask for your help, but as long as you are offering, you may see the damage and do what you think is right."

"I can help, sure thing."

He looked at her his smiles leaving his face but not his eyes “Liven up a little it not every day you get to save the world. We only get to do it once or twice a month” he said jokingly.

Primordial began working with a collection of glass shards he had gather up off the ground, while vocally requesting his computer create more of them which it responded to by powering up the Nanite banks. He set about each one with a strange multi-pronged device that sparked with strangely colored energies like a beam of northern lights. He took his time touching it gently and deftly to one side of each fragment and on contact with the glass it turned the surface into a radiant polished surface that was inlaid with bright colors like the surface of gasoline. Once he was done he began working on a series of electronic components creating a tight bundle of multi-dimensional magnets and trans-organic flesh conduits. He spent most of his time refining this piece adding comical amounts of glue and melding fats to compensate for a lack of materials.

Primordial had given Natiya the task of creating a series of liquid chemicals to submerge the glass in at one of the workstations in the lab, and the instructions he gave her were simple but not patronizing. She started by submerging a small creature into an ornate vase of black bubbling tar like liquid. The critter was only a few inches long with the appearance of a strangely birdlike shrimp that was very much against the idea of being drowned and after brief struggle Natiya had forced into the pot before closing the lid. When she opened it back up the black liquid had become perfectly see through and a set of greyish bones where now floating in the pot. The instructions then called for several different chemicals to be added in a variety of ways, however not all of the ingredients were labeled causing Natiya to improvise, some were drained of their inhabitants while other where transformed into sound waves before changing back into liquids.
Swith Witherward wrote:But I trust the people here. Well, except Prim. He has shifty eyes but his cute smile make up for it.
