Turning her head, she nodded at Jacob's words, taking in their seriousness. "I have never been a fan of war, though I recognize it's place in the world and life in general. None the less, I hope you are able to come to a decision that will lead to safety and prosperity for as many as possible... with dread, I admit there are those who forget that a country is more than just a bucket of resources to dole out one's own personal wishes and agendas. Hopefully, and I believe it so, you will have the intelligence and strength to make the right decisions. May I hug you before you go?"

"*sniffle*...Th-Thank you, Gio...", Ray became rather emotional and tightened his hug around Albert. While his reluctance to allow Albert to leave was understandable, he seemed rather obsessed with the notion.

Many of the myths of the Romans ended wit hthe heroes suffering, but sometimes things turned out well..... except for Prometheus, who for giving fire and technology to mortals, was given eternal suffering..... not quite a fair fate for doing such good for mankind, no?"

Albert wondered why Jacob suddenly got on that topic, but continued hugging Ray anyway, happy to be with his boyfriend right now.

Ray began yawning in the midst of the hug, the warmth making him generally tired. He leaned against Albert in order to support himself, hopping he wouldn't fall asleep right then and there.

"Odd, considering the tales of the Greeks and Romans often tend to follow their figures till death, an amazing feat really. Maybe the story of Prometheus has yet to be concluded? We should be honored to be living in the time of a Roman story, they become top charters, don't ya know? Perhaps you can dream about it tonight."

"Interesting.... and yes, I did forget about Heracles freeing him," Jacob said, scratching his chin. "Maybe I will. My gods are very fickle, and there haven't been new stories of them for the longest time..... And Prometheus's story does end quite suddenly. I wonder why...." Jacob and Albert yawned within a few seconds of each other, and Jacob said, "I think it is about time to head to bed...... Would you not agree Giovenith?"

"Well, It might be best to get to bed then. Goodnight, Gio!" Jacob said giving a wave and beginning to head out of the communal dining room and towards the elevator. Albert waved to Gio as well, and followed behind Jacob, as the group headed for their apartment for some sleep.

"Good-night all," she waved back, before turning around and heading off to her room, daintily skipping over the unconscious body of Yoshi's cousin in the process. She would see Toyla tomorrow.

"Katya nodded. "Yes.", She replied.

She hugged him again and and smiled, with some discomfort. She lightly rubbed her cheek.

Bran was standing around after getting Gio out of her backpack. He figured a bag of his own would be useful, but didn't want to ask Gio for one of his own. He had already turned down her gift, and didn't feel entitled to anything else.

"Good, now.", Torii said. She was sudden;y in a bubbly mood. "I just wish she was around more...but she's puuuuurrrrrrty!"

She leaned over Akito, and behind Dora.

"Never heard of 'dinosaurs' in Terra's history. While the stories of dragons persisted from history- those were only ever encountered on alien worlds, never Terra to my knowledge. But I suppose you learn something new every day, even at my age and experience."

Volturius then observed the curious outburst Minerva suffered with the Cultist Klaus, whom he suspected to be a daemonhost as well. Shaking his head, the Chaos Raptor stood up from his seat and motioned to Tipper to head back to the apartment for sleep.

(Short post, tired, not much to do.)

Tipper had been trying to see the creatures more clearly, but with her terrible vision, they simply looked like graceful brown blurs. Their voices were interesting, and they smelled differently (well, some of them did.) Their feet also sounded odd when they walked.

"Goodbye, Veelosee Raptors," she called to them as she followed Volturius out the door. "Stop by for coffee!" She was genuinely curious about their species. She knew she needed to get out more, and the thought of meeting new xenos... ones that seemed friendly and smart, and weren't assholes like the ones in her former time period... excited her.

She walked along a ways with the Raptor before asking him, "Well, what did you think of the meeting? And of the cultist leaders? I don't think they're like the cultists we're used to. They don't seem very cultist as all." Her mind flashed back to when Volturius had been brought to Grandfather to stop the 'Nid infection. Bits of mental block flaked away. "It's not Chaos Undivided, but it's interesting that a Keeper of Secrets would get along so well with a Bloodthirster."

"Well overall. I'll take any chance I can seize to sate my endless cravings for spilling blood and feasting upon enemies. My only concern is in payment and which means of servitude- we already receive payment from Chaos- and credit is better than worthless currencies. As for the Daemon Hosts? Eh. They're oddly tame for a host, and surprisingly seem to lack multiple limbs or random teeth sticking out of their body. Preferable to the ones that fought along with during the Crusade. Certainly not as crazy. My only grief is their lack of aggressive tactical planning, but beyond that they are far more preferable than any Daemons I've had fight along side before."

Volturius responded to Tipper while he swatted the door ahead of them open, allowing for entrance into the main lobby.

"The relationship between the two does seem odd however. For not only being rivals, but for a Slaanesh daemon host to be resisting the urges or even a Khorne daemon host are at best... a strange reversal."
