President Kablia rentered the room, pausing briefly to stare curiously at the HAZMAT sign now posted on the door, he frowned slightly. It seemed the USAS had arrived, he wondered quietly whose idea this was. He found this potential vandalism tasteless. Why not wait until the meeting had begun to at least pass out pamphlets? Cave got a little happy at least about the warm smile and then sat down on his seat. He wondered how this would go. He was also wondering if the CSA delegate would come. Aleksandr whistled in relief as the Emperor stood at the podium. He looked around the room as things began to settle, and took special interest in the Joseph fellow of Orion. He seemed very wary, unsure as Aleksandr thought. Of course, being a relatively young nations leader, it could all possibly stem from that. He will have a talk with this Joseph later, Aleksandr decided, as a formal greetings from Russia.

The Duke of Toronto, the British Delegate at the conference, arrived in Roma,flying in on his private Airbus A319. The Duke was a slim, cold looking man, with a hooked nose, and a perfectly styled blond coif. After having several pictures taken by the Press, the Duke boarded a Limousine, and made his way to the Senate buildings, a small retinue in tow.
"Beautiful architecture," a seceratary said as she marched behind the Duke and his Chief of Staff, Amelia Symonds.
"Do not speak unless spoken to." A tall guard said.
"Come now Rupert," the Duke said in a silky voice. " The architecture is quite...............quaint."
The Dukes staff set up in the office, while The Duke himself,and Ms.Symonds, went immediately to the main chamber., awaiting proceedings to begin.
