Trust me, when you have Civilization, other games' values just seem small in comparison to dealing with the fact that this guy just met you.

Meanwhile while Cassie is having mental issues, I'm playing GTA 5 and my characters going to the shrink because he is having issues.

I love how well they execute the GTA 5's 3 protagonists as NOT being perfect people. Well, GTA shouldn't have perfect characters, but in this game they don't make them completely terrible people. They feel human to me. The middle-aged man was going into retirement, but now he's getting back into the crap he was trying to get away from, and he's upset with himself for doing so but he's also liking it at the same time.

Then there's Trevor who is kind of just a bipolar psychopath.

And Franklin a gangster.

I just love well-executed characters that feel human, and when they're not technically perfect characters, or good protagonists (Like Joel in The Last of Us. Great character, but by no means a great guy. If you're not family and you try to do any harm, you're screwed). I try to do it in my own characters (Like Cassie having an angry outburst, for example, which everyone knows is very unlike Cassie to do, and to her ideas I have for her after what had just happened), but I can never do as good as some of these video game companies have done with executing their characters so damn well.

And movies, obviously, but lately I've just seen a lot of poorly-executed protagonists and stuff.

Terintania, be warned that Makoto is serious when she says that the subject matter is dark. It would probably also inspire an IC argument between the two about the subject, one which is has a large amount of politics surrounding.

Has anyone here seen Code Geass? I've been working on a concept relating to it and I would like some one to bounce ideas off of to see if I actually have a good idea here or its the sleep deprivation.

If it is sleep deprivation, I need to see this considering some of the odd character ideas I've had when drowsy being just bizarre.

Well I am writing story based around what would happen if US nuclear submarine somehow got stuck in the world of Code Geass. The series didn't have nukes in it before the end. Now what if that submarine happened to be carrying CIA specialists and a squad of green berets. It would basically fuck up the canon in such a beautiful that we could see a different Zero Requiem. I decided to include the CIA and the green berets because they have a good record of overthrowing governments. I mean a sub with enough nukes to vaporise most of north america and two most dangerous organizations the world has spawned with it, it should be an interesting story that naturally develops itself.

If it helps, it was the series where the backstory involved Great Britain winning the American Revolution because Ben Franklin betrayed his enlightenment philosophy, which throws history so thoroughly for the worse that the British crown runs an oppressive, imperialistic, absolute monarchy which is somehow even more in-breed (how else do you explain purple, green, and pink hair being standard?) well after they lost the British Isles and results in an United States-sized hole in world politics whose vacuum causes Japan's fight for independence to fill the gap by becoming the United States of Japan (Sponsored by Pizza Hut: the official food of the American Revolution outside of America).

Holy mother of unintentional comedy, I almost forgot that there was also the glorious helpings of narm.

Are we talking Los Angeles class, because, with food resupplies, those things could last for decades?

Anyway, it is plausible that they would go for the nearest friendly government they can spot, that being the European Union (the United States of Japan being just a rebel group at that point).

Since the EU is the weakest government in that time line, the addition of the ultimate deterrent to the EU would severely rock the boat. If you equipped it for a hail-mary pass of nuclear strikes, you would have thirty-seven tomahawk missiles with W80 flying at the enemy. If nobody noticed because the EU is a non-issue it is so powerless in the setting, Lelouch's plans could have a missile that can change how destructive it will be mid flight from 0.3 kilotons to 150 kilotons should you want to go from "fluffy bunny" to "killer rabbit".

The fact the "dial-a-yield" feature is present would make it particularly difficult to predict and very easy to underestimate.

Nah, It is a 20 minutes in the future submarine that is a mix between the specs of an ohio class and the size of the typhoon class. Also it has an aircraft module that can hold one f-35 vtol its based on the concept of the i-400

Extra information that I should have included is that the CIA specialists age range from 16-17 so they can with the help of the plot approved fairy dust will be enrolled in the academy he goes to. Their original mission in the real-earth time was the guarding of a military manifesto that contained blueprints for every single weapon the nato military machine has to offer. With some help from the eu or lelouch's allies they could then build a-10s with the upgraded materials that the geass verse seems to have. Then imagine lelouch deploying a-10s against knightmares it could cause beautiful chaos. The submarine is probably going to wait and listen for a couple month before heading to eu where I have an arc planned where they all take back Great Britain.

Have you ever played "Toy Soldiers: Cold War"? The game had a boss that was a Typhoon submarine that could carry many armored vehicles, multiple platoons of infantry, was nearly the size of a Nimitz-class carrier, carried tens of helicopters inside it, and could fly.
