No, time passes as I deem it to. If alot is happening at once, time will slow to accomodate, if not much is happening, time might jump ahead a little to get something going.

I was implying that should i win the war with west Germany (assuming we ever get one), you would have an enemy across the rhine, however, west german victory is not improbable, in which case Poland would be in grave danger.

1. Notice how Kim Jong il has had to use the policy of songun in order to placate high ranking officers within his nation, should they find his leadership lacking, they would likely overthrow him ( a coup with kim-il sung is unlikely however). I doubt the USSR would hate you so long as you continue communist policies, regardless of the leader in question, although in the end that is for lupina to decide.
