If you cannot find 1989 numbers for military personnel than use modern numbers and try to make a reasonable estimate of what they would be.

Give us some detail as to what's happening within your country and why Libya has suddenly become such an issue with Egyptians whilst being ignoring their anti-Israeli sediments and the Gaza issue. What's the economic situation? The political situation? Egypt's views on international events?

China follows Maoist Ideology; being communist alone is too broad. There is definately more than 1,000,000 personnel in the PLA and they have more than 2 nuclear bombs. Finally, China has more resources than simple agriculture and iron. Please update your information and you shall have China.

it didnt exist yet, famine started in the mid 90's after soviet food aid stopped amonf other things. You dont have a famine yet
