There are barely any factions left except the mini-Indian states and some isolated African ones, adn a couple others that are mini-nations, currently collapsing or veyr like/about/already swallowed up into their neighbours influence. .

Leader: Ratna Malla (Kantipir and Lalithpur), Raya Malla (Bhaktapur). Its a complex arrangement as it existed in 1500, see below for detail.
Army Size: 100,000 (between two rulers): Ratna controls 65,000 and Raya controls 45,000.
Detail on leadership: Basically, after death of their father who controlled whole of Nepal, they could not divide the kingdom. Therefore, they decided to divide it up into three territories with capital being divided into three districts (Kantipur, Lalithpur and Bhaktapur). Legally, they ruled together from unified palace which was neither King's territory but was territory of "Nepal" (ie. neutral land). King of Lalithpur died and no one was there to inherit the territory so it went to eldest brother (leader of Kantipur). Before this, all three Kings got on well but after that, they dont like each other. Basically, its territorial pissing match between two brothers who de jure rule over "Nepal" which has been divided into two zones.

BTW, I both hate and love you guys, you all make awesome RP's near my exams. First 2013 RP and now 1500's RP that involves Nepal! How can I say no.
