There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man’s fears, and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination.

"I forgot the wine," he apologized to the men. "If it gets bad here, if the Drone's break through, head to the hangar. There's a pink door. Go through it. It leads to a place of safety." The door led to the rail down down below. It would open and allow them to pass through the shields to safety.
"Keep in mind that those Drone tendrils will start attacking the building once the shield relocates to the rail gun. You'll have very little time to evacuate. Ceril's nanites will keep them from crawling up the building but only for so long. They'll eventually become overwhelmed and the Drones clockworks will reach this place. You need to blow up the gun if that happens. Don't allow them to use it against us." He handed Albert an odd-looking bomb. "Just press the green button. And then run. And also, if no one has said this, thank you for volunteering for this duty. I admire you for doing that."
He walked back to Minerva. "Come, my dear, we have places to be."

"For that, you'll have to find out later." Dora looked into the distance, sliding her left index finger so that it pointed up, at a right angle to her other fingers. It wasn't precisely a battle sign, but it was commonly accepted shorthand among the timecops.

Cerillium wrote:"My clock? You think of everything." Klaus allowed a genuine smile to reach his eyes.
They walked down to the eighth floor and Klaus let himself in to Atosh's apartment. It was stripped bare. Only the ornate coo-coo clock remained, the broken pieces still littering the floor.
Klaus picked the pieces up and removed the clock from the wall. "I suppose I'll need to find a better home for this. It doesn't match Atosh's decor any longer. Not really."
The clock went into another pocket. "Come then, let's leave. There's nothing left for us here."
